The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of secretarial, financial and staffing information systems at the Directorate General of AHU, known as the E-PASTI system. There are two variables analysed, namely system quality and information quality. Data collection using questionnaires that distributed to 123 employees who used the E-PASTI system but returned 93 questionnaires. Data quality analyst uses descriptive quantitative method. The results of the study are several conditions related to the system and information quality of E-PASTI. The quality can be a reference for the AHU Directorate General to improve the quality of E-PASTI that suits the needs of employees. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Since Covid outbreak in 2020, Indonesian Ministry of Health (MoH) has intensively embraced digital transformation initiatives in healthcare management and decision-making process. The latest healthcare digital transformation roadmap 2024, has emphasized the use of AI technology in data analytics and support policy making. The article examines the use of common Machine Learning (AI) algorithms, such as: Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, and XGBoost. The article applies these algorithms to analyse the common diseases faced by Indonesian such as Measles, Malaria, Leprosy, and Diphtheria. Those diseases are classical diseases, however, still infecting many people in large areas. The article takes a case study of national health profile within period 2017–2022, to study the data model of those diseases. The outcome of the article is expected to be used for further policy making.

The purpose of this study is to develop a system that instructs the user to put the throat microphone on the suitable position. Therefore, we investigated the location of the throat microphone, where voice quality is less likely to be degraded than that produced by a condenser microphone. To investigate this, we checked whether there is a similar tendency between the subjective similarity of throat microphone voice and condenser microphone voice, and the objective similarity by formant frequency ratio obtained from the two voices. The results of the experiment showed that the higher the subjective similarity between the throat microphone voice and the condenser microphone voice, the closer the formant frequency ratio of the first and second formants were to 1. It was also confirmed that the ratio of the first formant approached 1 when the throat microphone was mounted on the upper side of the neck. © 2021 IEEE.

With the increasing importance of various countries’ initiatives on reducing carbon emissions (e.g., carbon border adjustment mechanism, CBAM), intelligent order picking systems have assisted electronic retailers in realizing a green supply chain. Previous studies on picker routing operations focused on adopting offline static customer order information to carry out operational decisions. However, in practice, the customer order information is updated dynamically;and high-efficiency warehouse layouts have been increasingly concerned. Therefore, this study creates a mixed-integer programming model for minimizing both the total carbon footprint and the total penalty cost for delayed orders in the joint order batching and picker routing problem with dynamic arriving orders and shipping time constraints in a high-efficiency fishbone warehouse layout. To solve this complex problem, a particle swarm optimization algorithm that integrates the swarm's previous global and local worst experiences and a migration mechanism is further proposed to increase solution quality and computing efficiency. In addition, a three-dimensional space for the warehouse floorplan and shipping time constraints is designed to divide orders into batches to address the constraints. Theoretical analysis of this algorithm is conducted, and experimental analysis shows that this algorithm finds superior solutions than current practical strategies, to offer a valuable reference for carbon emission reduction in greening warehousing. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.

Currently, online project-based learning is one of the methodologies used in university student assessment. Furthermore, this study is supported by several factors and current conditions applied to learning, such as the pandemic situation where all learning activities and assignments are carried out online and also the many applications of online project-based learning as a learning method to increase students' knowledges and abilities. The purpose of this study is to see how flow experience perception, self-efficacy, product evaluation, and learning motivation affect online PjBL effectiveness at a private university in Jakarta to improve sustain ability education. We surveyed 62 active undergraduate students with online PjBL experience and interviewed one of these five responders from various majors for more information. Flow experience perception, self-efficacy, product evaluation, and learning motivation all have a positive influence on online PjBL, according to multiple linier regression. © 2022 IEEE.

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the use of web conferencing systems has become widespread but many people are not likely to send their own camera images. Muting the camera is usable to hide a participant but other participants can not aware the hided participant's non-verbal information. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the ease of conversation is affected when the participants are displayed as avatars instead of actual images in a web conferencing system. For the purpose, we investigated whether the fidelity of participant's image influence on the ease of conversation experimentally. We used four kinds of participant's image, they were default still image, avatar image, point image, and real image. Experimental result showed the possibility that the avatar facial image reduced the participant's embarrassment. Some participants felt that the system using avatar or point image improved the ease of conversation compared to the system using default non-moving image or real image. © 2021 IEEE.

This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between nursing informatics(NI)competency and information literacy skills for evidencebased practice(EBP)among intensive care *** cross-sectional study was conducted on 184 nurses working in intensive care units(ICUs).The study data were collected through demographic information,Nursing Informatics Competency Assessment Tool(NICAT),and information literacy skills for EBP *** intensive care nurses received competent and low-moderate levels for the total scores of NI competency and information literacy skills,*** received a moderate score for the use of different information resources but a low score for information searching skills,different search features,and knowledge about search operators,and only 31.5%of the nurses selected the most appropriate *** competency and related subscales had a significant direct bidirectional correlation with information literacy skills for EBP and its subscales(P<0.05).Nurses require a high level of NI competency and information literacy for EBP to obtain up-to-date information and provide better care and *** planners and policymakers should develop interventions to enhance NI competency and information literacy skills among nurses and motivate them to use EBP in clinical settings.

The printed inverted-F antenna is used to design a multi-band antenna, in which the frequency includes LTE, WLAN, and GPS frequency. The printed inverted-F antenna is applied in the environment and architecture of the 14-inch notebook computer. The design frequency of the antenna is 0.7-5 GHz. The usable frequency band includes three different systems: LTE, WLAN, and GPS. They comply with the wireless network specifications in the industry. Based on the analysis data such as current distribution and antenna field type, the variability and difference of the antenna in the environment are analyzed and compared. © 2021 IEEE.

Flood is one of the natural disasters which has a high intensity in terms of occurrence. Despite the loss value in each event which is not as high as some natural disasters, such as earthquakes or tsunamis, the high occurrence of floods may cause high loss in total. Floods damage property and infrastructure, disrupt economic activity, displace people, harm communities, and degrade ecosystems. This study aims to compare the flood hazard model using Geomorphic Flood Index (GFI) and Multi-criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). GFI is an established method which already used globally to identify the flood-prone area and the depth of the flood. The parameter needed to calculate GFI are the elevation, river network, and historical flood event. Meanwhile, the MCDA method tries to combine environmental, physical, and hydrographic factors, such as land use/land cover, precipitation, and runoff. The study area is Jatinangor District in Sumedang Regency which part of West Java Province, Indonesia. This location is chosen based on historical and potential flood events. Besides, Jatinangor District is the center of industry and commerce which Sumedang Regency is very dependent on. The finding of this study is expected to identify suitable methods for assessing flood hazards in Jatinangor or other areas with similar characteristics, between GFI and MCDA. © 2023 International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. The Renewable Energy (REY) has undergone modifications, laying a strong foundation for the “Renewable Energy Transition” (RET). The majority ownership of the “Renewable Energy Transition” lies with local members or shareholders, empowering it to distribute energy in the transition process. This, in turn, has the potential to unlock separate property and funding for renewable energy sources while providing social benefits. However, it’s important to note that technical solutions must be accompanied by increased public participation, considering aspects like interpretation, manufacturing expertise, spatial planning, and social sciences to ensure the successful implementation of any energy transformation. We recognize that investments and governance principles that account for the complementarity of renewable energy, spatial potential, demographics, potential resistance from incumbents, and the inclusion of traditionally marginalized communities are crucial for implementing REY and achieving a just energy transition in all Member States. This study employs a literature review to highlight the benefits and conducts a comparative analysis, considering recent literature, to address the constraints associated with the broad development of the Renewable Energy Transition. It also offers policy guidance for effective implementation, drawing examples from instances of delayed transition processes.
