作者: Leite, MJ Mensh, DR Michael J. Leite:is a Principal Engineer with PRC Inc. a division of Litton Industries. He supports combat system engineering for theater air and missile defense. His other tasks have included the command and control for the AEGIS shipbuilding program systems engineering for the 21st Century Surface Combatant combat system survivability and the development of NATO standardization agreements for naval ordnance. He was previously a Senior Engineer with San Diego Gas & Electric with responsibility for its energy application and lighting programs. Prior to joining SDG&E Mr. Leite was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy where he served in operations and engineering assignments. Following active duty he accepted a Naval Reserve commission and has retired with the rank of Captain. His assignments included command operational and engineering tours. Mr. Leite has also served as an expert witness in admiralty and engineering matters. He is a gradate of the University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego. Mr. Leite is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of California and Minnesota. Mr. Leite is a member of ASNE ASCE MORS the Illuminating Engineering Society and the U.S. Naval institute. Dennis Roy Mensh:is a Senior Engineer with PRC Inc. a division of Litton Industries in Crystal City VA where he supports modeling and simulation tasking for combat systems. He received BS and MS degrees in applied Physics from Lopola College in Baltimore MD and the American University in Washington DC. He has also completed the course work towards a Ph.D. degree in computer science specializing in the fields of Operations Reseurch Anabsis Systems Analysis and Computer Modeling and Simulation. Previously he was employed at the White Oak Laboratory of the Naval Surface Warfare Carter in Silver Spring MD where he worked in the areas of naval sensor and weapon system analysis

Bamberger:was born on January 30 1965 in Buenos Aires Argentina. He received his B.E.E and PhD from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1986 and 1990 respectively. Currently Dr. Bamberger is an assistant professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Washington State University. Dr. Bamberger's research program is focused on the design implementation and application of multidimensional multirate filter banks subband image and video compression analysis of nonstationary data and application of digital signal processing techniques in the design of analog and mixed-mode integrated circuits. Dr. Bamberger is the founder and director of the Signal Processing Instructional Facility (SPIF Lab) at Washington State University. The SPIF Lab features interactive multimedia-based tools for teaching concepts related to linear systems theory. Dr. Bamberger is active in developing multimedia-based instructional laboratories for a variety of other topics as well. In addition to his teaching and research programs Dr. Bamberger is an associate editor for theIEEE Transactions on Signal Processingand a member of the editorial board forComputer Applications in Engineering Education. Dr. Bamberger is also advisor to the WSU Student Branch of the IEEE and assistant director of the WSU Cougar Marching Band. 作者: MALKOFF, DB MOY, MC WILLIAMS, HL Dr. Donald B. Malkoff majored in physics as an undergraduate at Harvard University. He received an M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1960. This was followed by an internship and residency in neurology at University Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan. He spent several years at the National Institutes of Health engaged in gerontology research has practiced and taught clinical neurology and in 1983 received an M.S. degree in computer science at the University of California San Diego. Currently Dr. Malkoff is employed by the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center in San Diego California where he is senior investigator in a human factor/computer display-and-control project involving the DDG-51 gas turbine propulsion unit. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology the Society for Neuroscience the American Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Association for Computing Machinery. Dr. Malkoff is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has taught computer science at UCSD and published in several research areas including magnetoencephalography and electron microscopy. His basic interests are in the areas of artificial intelligence and learning expert systems particularly as they apply to the problems of fault-detection and control. Dr. Melvyn C. Moy received his undergraduate training in mathematics and chemistry at the University of Texas Austin. He studied experimental psychology at the University of Wisconsin Madison receiving his M.S. in 1970 and Ph.D. in 1972. He served as an assistant professor at the University of South Dakota where he taught experimental design and methodology for a year before joining the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center in 1973.
