In this paper, new brain tumour detection method is discovered whereby the normal slices are disassembled from the abnormal ones. Three main phases are deployed including the extraction of the cerebral tissue, the detection of abnormal block and the mechanism of fine-tuning and finally the detection of abnormal slice according to the detected abnormal blocks. Through experimental tests, progress made by the suggested means is assessed and verified. As a result, in terms of qualitative assessment, it is found that the performance of proposed method is satisfactory and may contribute to the development of reliable MRI brain tumour diagnosis and treatments. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2018.

One of the most fundamental element of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) path planning is the assurance that the path planned avoids any terrain collision. The task to “evaluate how much a UAV path is in collision with the terrain” is particularly crucial for path planners that are optimizing random generated paths. This terrain collision evaluation task can be computationally demanding and its computation time depends on the environment representation used. This paper presents a Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) based design of a UAV terrain collision evaluator that evaluates in parallel segments of the path in real-time. Its worst case computation time has a fixed upper bounded, based on the size of the map. For a 500×500 grid map, this upper bound is 1.9 μs, which is a promising result for future UAV real-time path planners.

The article shows the features of digitalization of the agrarian sector of the economy. The main digital technologies used for the innovative development of the country's agriculture in recent years are considered. The main problems that inhibit digital transformation in agriculture are highlighted and the most promising directions for the development of the agricultural industry are shown. The issues of application of one of the elements of resource-saving technologies in agriculture (the precision farming), have been studied in details.

Measurement error in the data sample human voice from the data 1 to 17 obtain measurement results with the algorithm Advanced Chaos Control and Stabilization through several stages of delivery of the process control and and stabilizing the data to find the value of noise and bias in the initial process control and find the value of precision and accuracy in both the stabilization process. Stable value which must be controlled ranging 58,9922dB and 60,47059dB with a standard value of 60dB.

CT skills are one of the skills required by students in facing the real world problems in 21st century era. They can be trained by using several approaches in science learning context. However, there is a little study focused to investigate the impact of IA toward CT skills. This present study investigated the implementation of IA to enhance students' CT skills. The experimental study, which was one group pretest posttest design, has been conducted to garner data from participants. There were 36 students (grade XI) who contributed as participants and they came from one public senior high school in Indonesia. In order to obtain data, an instrument related to CT skills was developed dealing with physics concepts. This finding revealed that students' CT skills enhanced in medium category based on normalized gain (N-gain). A consideration of the implication of this present study is a deep insight in students' CT skills in Indonesian high schools.

Auditing mechanisms are received much attentions from researchers due to the developing of cloud storage. Recently, Wang et al. proposed a privacy preserving public auditing mechanism for shared cloud data with supporting group dynamic. However, we find some security flaws in their mechanism. In this paper, a forgery attack and a data corruption attack are proposed to demonstrate the insecurity. Then, we propose a modified scheme based on their mechanism. The security analysis is demonstrated that our improvement can resist the mentioned two attacks. © 2017 ACM.

Security in a transaction activity is crucial, in digital communication that irresponsible parties can tap all objects sent in the form of bits, the use of cryptographic algorithms such as Base64 and Word Auto Key Encryption can be a solution that produces a secure ciphertext, base64 algorithm which can encode all objects such as text, image, and audio files into text form and the result is re-secured with Word Auto Key Encryption algorithm, the results of this research get better security by combining the two algorithms.

Gene products (RNAs, proteins) often occur at low molecular counts inside individual cells, and hence are subject to considerable random fluctuations (noise) in copy number over time. Not surprisingly, cells encode diverse regulatory mechanisms to buffer noise. One such mechanism is the incoherent feedforward circuit. We analyze a simplistic version of this circuit, where an upstream regulator X affects both the production and degradation of a protein Y. Thus, any random increase in X's copy numbers would increase both production and degradation, keeping Y levels unchanged. To study its stochastic dynamics, we formulate this network into a mathematical model using the Chemical Master Equation formulation. We prove that if the functional dependence of Y's production and degradation on X is similar, then the steady-distribution of Y's copy numbers is independent of X. To investigate how fluctuations in Y propagate downstream, a protein Z whose production rate only depend on Y is introduced. Intriguingly, results show that the extent of noise in Z increases with noise in X, in spite of the fact that the magnitude of noise in Y is invariant of X. Such counter intuitive results arise because X enhances the time-scale of fluctuations in Y, which amplifies fluctuations in downstream processes. In summary, while feedforward systems can buffer a protein from noise in its upstream regulators, noise can propagate downstream due to changes in the time-scale of fluctuations.

Distributed parallel computing platform performs well in processing big data. However, due to the platform's complexity and distributed characteristics, it is hard to design and achieve. For example, during the platform's design phase, variations are unpredictable. To address these issues, a highly structured object-oriented framework for systematic modeling, which has high flexibility, reusability and maintainability, is needed. In this paper, we present and implement an empirical development approach to achieve the specific modeling framework, based on meta-model evolution with hot-spots (variable parts) recognition. Our work expands this idea into the following directions. Firstly, we define a generic and stable meta-model. We give out concept models, object models and dynamic models of main objects. General data partitioning, job division and inter-node communication mechanism are designed. Secondly, based on the meta-model, we complete framework's incremental adaptation using an iterative process according to design variations. Practical experience of our empirical case study shows, the approach gets a relatively mature framework for design theory instruction. The integrated framework clearly expresses main objects and their relationship. This work promotes the development of parallel computing framework to have a qualitative leap, and eventually have more extensive application and popularization of the established framework.
