In this work we consider the unbiased estimation of expectations w.r.t. probability measures that have non-negative Lebesgue density, and which are known point-wise up-to a normalizing constant. We focus upon developing an unbiased method via the underdamped Langevin dynamics, which has proven to be popular of late due to applications in statistics and machine learning. Specifically in continuous-time, the dynamics can be constructed so that as the time goes to infinity they admit the probability of interest as a stationary measure. In many cases, time-discretized versions of the underdamped Langevin dynamics are used in practice which are run only with a fixed number of iterations. We develop a novel scheme based upon doubly randomized estimation as in [17, 19], which requires access only to time-discretized versions of the dynamics. The proposed scheme aims to remove the dicretization bias and the bias resulting from running the dynamics for a finite number of iterations. We prove, under standard assumptions, that our estimator is of finite variance and either has finite expected cost, or has finite cost with a high probability. Due to its significant applications in magnetic devices for cell separation, magnetic drugs for cancer tumor treatment, blood flow adjustment during surgery, magnetic endoscopy, and fluid pumping in industrial and engineering processes, magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) has a wide range of applications. Therefore, the aim of this study to investigate the Relative Magnetic Field and slipping effect on Casson dusty fluid of two-phase fluctuating flow over inclined parallel plate. More exactly, the relative magnetic phenomena are fixed relatively to the plate (MFFRP) or fixed relatively to the fluid (MFFRF). The mathematical modeling was established as the set of partial differential equations for dusty Casson fluid. Buckingham's pi theorem is used to find out the dimensionless variables, to make our system dimensionless. The solution in perturb form is to find out by incorporating Poincare–Lighthill perturbation technique (PLPT). To know in-depth different parameters the graphical results for both velocities are plotted with the help of software Mathcad- 15. It is clearly detected that the relative magnetic field performs a vital part in the fluid as well as particle motion. Moreover, the relative magnetic field play a vital role in the decreasing of skin friction of both plates. © 2023

Determining unknown parameter values in dynamic models is crucial for accurate analysis of the dynamics across the different scientific disciplines. Discrete-time dynamic models are widely used to model biological processes, but it is often difficult to determine these parameters. In this paper, we propose a robust symbolic-numeric approach for parameter estimation in discrete-time models that involve non-algebraic functions such as exp. We illustrate the performance (precision) of our approach by applying our approach to the flour beetle (LPA) model, an archetypal discrete-time model in biology. Many vital bodily functions like stress response, immune response, blood pressure monitoring, etc. are controlled by the hormone cortisol. Variations in this hormone are related to various disorders physiological and psychological disorders. Therefore, there is a need to understand the impact of daily activities on this hormone. In this work, we designed a neural network-based classifier ensemble model that attempts to identify if the subject engaged in a particular activity in the past 48 hours, when provided with the cortisol levels measured in the same duration. The activities/behavior we focused on in this preliminary study is caffeine, nicotine and other (non calorie rich) food consumption. We were able to obtain f-score of 0.74, 0.71 and 0.68 respectively. The initial study results seem to demonstrate a predictive correlation between various daily habits and cortisol, and a possibility of isolating specific past activities that impacted the measured values of cortisol. This lays the foundation of exploring other such correlations in depth, that can lead to regulation of cortisol and other hormones.

The learning methods used by teachers in schools in Serang City are very ineffective, especially during the pandemic. This is because not integrated content of material in one subject with other subjects. Never mind between subjects, sometimes the material is not well integrated. The purpose of this study is to provide an alternative learning method during a pandemic, namely a method that integrates material with the realities of life which is abbreviated as IMR (Integrated Realistic Material). The method in this research is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model. In making this learning method according to the stages from the ADDIE study. The results of this study are in the form of learning methods that are integrated with the realities of life during the pandemic. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this paper we consider Bayesian parameter inference for partially observed fractional Brownian motion (fBM) models. The approach we follow is to time-discretize the hidden process and then to design Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithms to sample from the posterior density on the parameters given data. We rely on a novel representation of the time discretization, which seeks to sample from an approximation of the posterior and then corrects via importance sampling;the approximation reduces the time (in terms of total observation time T) by O(T). This method is extended by using a multilevel MCMC method which can reduce the computational cost to achieve a given mean square error (MSE) versus using a single time discretization. The purpose of this study is to identify factors from the literature review that influence knowledge transfer among project managers at all levels. Findings indicate nine factors to potentially benefit knowledge transfer amongst project managers. Sports science is an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary science that strives to increase athletic performance and endurance. Sport science recognizes and prevents injuries. Sensors and statistics formalize Sports science. Runners need coaches and teams to support them before, during, and after the run race. Coaches generate running training plans to boost performance. Running race performances may be impacted by air pollution exposure while training, so coaches should consider limiting air pollution exposure when training. One of the external factors is Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 and PM 10 ). Sensors connecting to the Internet can record external factors and produce csv data. The foundation of supervised machine learning is the labeling process. Labeling a set of data is one of the laborious and time-consuming phases in every machine-learning application because it requires verifying the accuracy of the labels and making any necessary revisions. This research aimed to find a solution to automatically label numerous air particulate matter raw data using a rule based on parameters to reduce manual work, human errors and faster processes. This labeled data will later be used for supervised machine learning classification to support the coach in generating training programs for the runners in a Sports Information System. Based on Indonesia Air Quality index rule-based approach, labeled text data in csv has been generated and tested with PM 2.5 and PM 10 parameters in three scenarios with a 100% success rate. It was possible to automate the labeling process, and it explained how automation results in fast and accurate results.
