This paper is an immediate continuation of the first part of our paper [1]. Here, in a para-Grassmann algebra we introduce a noncommutative, associative star product ∗ (the Moyal product), which is a direct generalization of the star product in the algebra of Grassmann numbers. Isomorphism between the algebra of para-Grassmann numbers of order 2 equipped with the star product and with the algebra of creation and annihilation operators a±n obeying the para-Fermi statistics of the same order is established. Two independent approaches to the calculation of the Moyal product ∗ are considered. It is shown that in calculating the matrix elements in the basis of parafermion coherent states of various expressions it should be taken into account constantly that we work in the so-called Ohnuki and Kamefuchi’s generalized state-vector space U G, whose state vectors include para-Grassmann numbers ξk in their definition, instead of the standard state-vector space U (the Fock space). Otherwise, the wide array of contradictions arises. An immediate consequence of using the extended state-vector space U G is a necessity to consider the quadratic Casimir operators Ĉ2 and Ĉ2′ of the orthogonal groups SO(2M) and SO(2M + 1), correspondingly. The action rules of the Casimir operators on the state vectors, an explicit form of their matrix elements are defined and a more general connection between the Harish-Chandra operator ŵ2 and the Geyer operator a20 is obtained. The notions of the triple star product, the star exponent and the Moyal bracket are introduced. It is shown that the use of the notions of the star product ∗ and the generalized state-vector space U G allows one to make a form of the matrix element of the contribution into the generalized Hamilton operator H, which is linear in the covariant derivative Dµ, more compact and visual. Currently, most software systems designed to identify objects on raster images are focused on identifying a rigid class of objects. Often for real-world tasks, the capabilities of software systems are not enough. One of the ways to solve the problem is to perform identification in accordance with the user query. The development and implementation of the method for identifying objects on raster images based on the user's knowledge is proposed.

We suggest the description of the dreßed fermion propagator with parity non-conservation in the form with separated positive and negative energy poles. We found general form of the γ-matrix off-shell projectors and corresponding resonance factors. The parity violation leads to deviation of resonance factors from the naive Breit-Wigner form and to appearance of non-trivial spin corrections. Within the framework of the Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau (DKP) formalism with a deformation, an approach to the construction of the path integral representation in parasuperspace for the Green’s function of a spin-1 massive particle in external Maxwell’s field is developed. For this purpose a connection between the deformed DKP-algebra and an extended system of the parafermion trilinear commutation relations for the creation and annihilation operators a±k and an additional operator a0 obeying para-Fermi statistics of order 2 based on the Lie algebra so(2M + 2) is established. On the strength of this connection an appropriate system of the parafermion coherent states as functions of para-Grassmann numbers is introduced. The procedure of the construction of finite-multiplicity approximation for determination of the path integral in the relevant phase space is defined through insertion in the kernel of the evolution operator with respect to para-supertime of resolutions of the identity. The representation for the operator a0 in terms of generators of the orthogonal group SO(2M) correctly reproducing action of this operator on the state vectors of Fock space is obtained. A connection of the Geyer operator a20 with the operator of so-called G-parity and with the CP T -operator η5 of the DKP-theory is established. In the basis of parafermion coherent states a matrix element of the contribution linear in covariant derivative Dµ to the time-dependent Hamilton operator Ĥ(τ), is calculated in an explicit form. For this purpose the matrix elements of the operators a0, a20, the commutators [a0, a±n ], [a20, a±n ], and the product Â[a0, a±n ], where Â ≡ exp（−i23π a0) were preliminary defined. The paper provides further development of the authors' original approach to the representation and properties checking of discrete event systems. The approach suggested is based on the automated inference in the calculus of positively constructed formulas (PCF). Discrete event system is supposed to be modeled in the form of finite automata within the framework of Ramage-Wonham supervisory control theory. It is shown how constructive inference helps to build the product of two finite automata which results in the automaton with accessible states only. Based on the nonmonotonic logical inference of PCF, a new method is presented for checking the controllability of formal languages describing specifications on the functioning of discrete event systems.

Discrete-event systems (DESs) are a wide range of models used primarily to deal with complex technological objects, e.g. communication networks and computer systems. To regulate DES behavior, Ramadge-Wonham supervisory control theory is often used. As usual, only a part of DES's event set is available for supervisor to obtain control pattern. However, sometimes information about the system state is provided by sensors. The issue of correlation between one essential property of supervisors for a DES with state and event observation and for a DES with event observation only is studied using the method of logical-algebraic equations, proved to be very useful in studying various dynamical systems.

The technology for creating an information and analytical environment (IAE) for spatial data processing based on the use of spatial data infrastructure (SDI) components and a service-oriented paradigm was proposed for the management of territorial development. The environment is characterized by its spatial nature and distribution of territorial information resources. At the same time, emphasis is placed on the transition from a standard SDI, as an access medium for the exchange of spatial data, to an SDI of an integration type, as an environment for access, exchange, creation, storage of new sets of spatial and thematic data and processing services. The use of Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), open standards by OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium), Web technologies, standardization of the browser's interface and Web services, allowed to move from local to distributed and "cloud" computing in which information and computing resources are provided as Web services. The technology for creating an information and analytical environment involves the use of sets (combinations) of thematic Web services with standardized interfaces integrated with standard protocols (SOAP, WSDL, etc.). © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The high-performance computing systems include a large number of hardware and software components that can cause failures. Nowadays, the well-known approaches to monitoring and ensuring the fault tolerance of the high-performance computing systems do not allow to fully implement its integrated solution. The aim of this paper is to develop methods and tools for identifying abnormal situations during large-scale computational experiments in high-performance computing environments, localizing these malfunctions, automatically troubleshooting if this is possible, and automatically reconfiguring the computing environment otherwise. The proposed approach is based on the idea of integrating monitoring systems, used in different nodes of the environment, into a unified meta-monitoring system. The use of the proposed approach minimizes the time to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting through the use of parallel operations. It also improves the resiliency of the computing environment processes by preventive measures to diagnose and troubleshoot of failures. These advantages lead to increasing the reliability and efficiency of the environment functioning. The novelty of the proposed approach is underlined by the following elements: mechanisms of the decentralized collection, storage, and processing of monitoring data;a new technique of decision-making in reconfiguring the environment;the supporting the provision of fault tolerance and reliability not only for software and hardware, but also for environment management systems. Path planning is an important part of UAV intelligent control technology. For the current UAV path planning, the A∗ algorithm has a large memory overhead during the planning process, and the search speed is slow. It cannot meet the path planning in a complex three-dimensional environment. The immediacy requirement and considering the constraints are less, this paper made the following improvements to the A∗ algorithm. The first, combining an anytime repair search framework with a weighted A∗ algorithm, it is possible to quickly find a feasible path during the search process. The second, aiming at the defect of relying on low heuristic function weights in the algorithm, a double ranking criterion is proposed to improve the efficiency of the algorithm approaching the optimal path in the iterative process. And third, to reduce the number of node expansions in the planning process, increase list storage constraints have been improved. Finally, the results of simulation experiments show that the improved algorithm proposed in this paper can quickly generate feasible paths, and can continuously optimize the approach to the optimal path within a specified time, which is far superior to the traditional A∗ algorithm in terms of planning efficiency and immediacy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Currently, the coordinated use of autonomous mobile robot teams seems to be one of the most promising and ambitious technologies to provide an efficient solution to a range of economic, military, and environmental problems. Complex large-scale operations in different vast and dynamic environments usually involve long stay activities of vehicles under the limited battery capacity. Since it is not always possible to replace low-battery robots with functionally equivalent, but fully recharged vehicles on schedule, available charging stations on-site are required for long-term mission success. In this context, a reasonable recharging schedule must be generated to maintain continuous and uninterruptible mission implementation. It should be taken into account, that the real-world multi-vehicle systems are partially self-contained and could be subjected to any malfunctions or unforeseen events and thus should be able to adjust the current strategy autonomously if needed. Summarizing the above, two following problems have to be handled at once: to determine the reasonable recharging order for the team over the extended time and to ensure the possibility of regular communication sessions within the *** this paper, we propose the high-level dynamic mission planner based on the rendezvous point-selection scheme. The idea is to represent a mission as a sequence of time-limited operating periods with final group rendezvous at the end of each period. The planning problem here is to allocate each rendezvous point and assign it to an event of either communication or regrouping (robots leaving the group for recharging or joining the group after recharging) nature to achieve regular recharging in preferably alternate order. While doing this, the group's parametric and functional heterogeneity should be taken into account to ensure the working squad's maximal performance capabilities.
