On the basis of the motor controller dedicated for electric vehicle, the vehicle realizes automatic transmission, through development of the automatic shift controller. The function of gear-selection and gear-shifting is implemented through air cylinder and shifting fork driven by electromagnetic valve. The MeU detects the vehicle speed, the motor rotating speed, the gear position, the accelerator position and the motor current, adjusts the motor rotating speed and controls the electromagnetic valves. The algorithm of speed tracking adjusts the motor speed accurately and rapidly, and provides guarantee for the dynamic shift. According to vehicle and motor running status, the two-parameter shift schedule combined with the current parameter, improves the motor efficiency and makes the shifting process more smoothly. © 2013 IEEE.

The paper inctroduces the guide for the design of a portable instrument for straightness measurement of large machine tool. the measuring instrument is designed with two-quadrant photocell which is used as the position sensor, single-chip for the processor is MSP430F427 which have LCD driver circuit, the instrument is charged by lithium battery-powered. Its size is small, no external connection when it is used, data acquisition, processing and error displayed can be done in the part of light target. It have the advantage of convenience, simple and high measurement accuracy when it is used. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Grading software system for Bluetooth, breaking out limitation of one-to-one communication mechanism of Bluetooth in the android platform, using the method of the thread pool polling, realized real-time and one-to-many communication with Bluetooth in the android platform and the function of grading. Based on the android platform, the system was fully considered the scalability at the beginning of design. According to different application requirements, new features can be added in the form of increasing functional class. Taking the example of singing contest, this subject introduces how to grade with the Bluetooth in android and adds statistics, rankings and save functions.

Developed an experimental device for rapid and accurate detection of milk macromolecular content. This device developed based on laser scattered through principle, the principle use of the ingredients of the scattered light and transmitted light ratio characterization of macromolecules. Peristaltic pump to achieve automatic input and output of the milk samples, designing weak signal detection amplifier circuit for detecting the ratio with ICL7650. Real-time operating system μC / OS-II is the core design of the software part of the whole system. The experimental data prove that the device can achieve a fast real-time measurement of milk macromolecules.

The paper studied the rail length measurement method, analyzed the sound waves attenuation in rails. The sound wave attenuated severely after traveling through the rail, so adopted the signal correlation principle of the lock-in amplifier to detect weak signal. Then completed the circuit design such as the acoustic emission circuit, the preamplifier circuit, the signal operation circuit of the digital lock-in amplifier and so on. The lock-in amplifier did correlation operation between the signals and completed the reference signal phase shift function by DSP and at last, detected the weak signals in noises.

The scheduling method of real-time information is one of the important factors which affect the real-time property of industrial control network. According to the generated characteristics of information in industrial real-time system, an arrival process which generated time spacing between adjacent information shall not be less than a constant has been presented. For the polling system, each node generates real-time information and non-real-time information, the concept of virtual node has been introduced. To apply the multiple vacations queuing theory, each virtual node has been as an M/G/1 queue system with multiple vacations, the real-time information scheduling method based on queuing theory has been presented (abbreviation: RSQT), and computational formula of real-time information waiting time has been deduced. Using MATLAB simulation experiments verify the influence of the information arrival rate to information transmission delay time, and giving theoretical reference for parameter optimization of RSQT method. Simulation results show that the information waiting time increases with the increase of information arrival rate. When information arrival rate increases to 9.5, the waiting time has increased by 8.53% than when information arrival rate is 5.0. When the system load is greater than 70%, the waiting time is increasing at a rate of about 73%. © 2013 IEEE.

The basses of the intelligent measurement and control system used in underground stereo garage at the downtown business district were investigated. Firstly, the principal constituents for vehicle storage and the intelligent supervision systems were explored, the scheme involves the warehousing guidance, access mode and transmission system. Secondly, the modules of overrun detection and the parking place detection in the vehicle guidance system were successfully designed. Thirdly, three-dimensional information of the storage vehicle (i.e., length, width and height) and the position of the vehicle was collected by employing semiconductor lasers and peripheral circuits. STC89C52 Single-chip Microcomputer was adopted to improve the signal acquisition and control the voice prompt and light guide information and their output. Based on this information, the coding, debugging and testing of the control program were completed. The research of the parking vehicle storage intelligent guidance control at the downtown business district reduced the garage control cost, to a certain extent, and improved the cost-effective, which has an important significance for popularization and application of stereo garage.

The power frequency in 50Hz and its harmonic interference is one of the main noise sources during the acquisition process of surface electromyogram signals (SEMG), how to restrain interference power frequency and its harmonics effectively is one of the important issues on the EMG preprocessing. In this paper, we will determine the power frequency interference and its frequency of the harmonic through the signal acquisition, make the cross-correlation by the constructor and the collected data, and determine its magnitude. We can draw a conclusion that this method can effectively restrain power frequency interference of EMG during the acquisition process through the comparison of the power spectrum of de-noising before and after. The Experiments show that this method can effectively separate the power frequency interference during the acquisition process, and is suitable for the real-time processing of EMG. © 2013 SERSC.

This paper focused on the vehicle control strategy for electric variable transmission in hybrid electric vehicle. The operation modes of hybrid electric vehicle based on electric variable transmission were analyzed, and the vehicle control strategy based on the logic thresholds was proposed, according to the power requirement, current vehicle speed, and SOC of battery. Then, the simulation model of hybrid electric vehicle based on electric variable transmission was built, and the simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed strategy.

In phased array at subarray level with monopulse technology, generally, analog weighting at element level are adopted for sidelobe suppression of patterns, while digital weighting at subarray level for adaptive processing. This paper studies the sidelobe suppression method for sum and difference beam by using only subarray level weighting instead of analog weighting, which is most of interest for the reduction of hardware cost and complexity. A new approach is presented, which adopts genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize weights vector at subarray level for sum and difference beam, and the encoding scheme, constitution of fitness function, and realization of genetic optimization are also given. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can suppress sidelobe of patterns effectively, especially for sum beam. © 2012 IEEE.
