To obtain 3D map including depth information, is one of the key theory and technology in machine vision field. We focused on structured light spatial encoding method, because for 3D information acquisition of the tested object, only one image is needed to be captured by camera by this method, so it has some advantages such as high resolution, easy implementation and fast measurement. A kind of new method of color stripes permutation encoding is adopted to measure the large object surface. The pattern is projected to the tested object by a digital projector. The 3D coordinates of the object can be obtained by decoding and calculating the parameters from the color image captured. In order to measure the whole objects, objects are be measured from different angles or different regions. Two images merge using marked circle technology and the least square principle. The results of experiments show that, the methods of 3D measurement and merge that used in this paper are feasible. © 2011 IEEE.

The real time property of fieldbus network is very important to industrial control system, and the scheduling method of real-time information is an important factor that influences the real time property of fieldbus network. According to industrial real-time applications, a node produces a variety of information which have different requirements for real-time characteristics, the mixed service strategies scheduling method has been presented. This method makes the information scheduling process have the real-time property and without losing its flexibility. The results of simulation show that, compared with the traditional way of using a single service rule, the mixed service rule makes the transmission delay time of real-time information reduced by 50.00%53.75%. © 2011 IEEE.

An important issue in the classification of electromyography signals is the classifier design. For surface electromyography signals in the acquisition process of serious interference by the noise, in particular frequency electrical interference, we use the zero mean of the electromyography signals and the whole cycle of filtering, obtain effective extraction of the electromyography signals characteristics. we compared the whole period of Electromyography signals filtering and f non-whole period filtering for hand acting, obtains the whole period of electromyography signals filtering to suppress interference is a very effective method. The way of electromyography signals feature extraction provides a simple, fast and practical method and lay the foundation for follow-up electromyography signals multi-action recognition. © 2011 IEEE.

The real time property of fieldbus is very important to industrial control system. The transmission time delay is an important factor that influences the real time property of fieldbus. Starting from the medium access control mechanism of PROFIBUS, the PROFIBUS simplified transmission time delay formulas were given, and one of the important factors that influence message transmission time delay message block time, has been deeply analyzed. According to the relation of the address of the node which tries to send message with the node which owns the token, PROFIBUS message block time mathematical model was proposed, and the correctness of the mathematical model has been validated by the simulation. The conclusion of this paper will provide the theoretic reference basis for the further study on the real time property of PROFIBUS. © 2011 IEEE.

Research of New Type Protein Coagulation Sensor and its Measuring Method

To measure protein coagulation process in soybean curd making, studied light side scatter and transmission responses, and designed a detecting system which was used to test by optic fiber. It was made up of LED light source, optic fiber, sample cell, light density measurement circuit and appropriate computer system. Firstly, used optic fiber to collect the weak reflection light density, and amplified the weak light density signal by circuit, then processed and analyzed it by computer. The experiment shows that the optical correlation of protein coagulation could be developed and obtain stable and reliable repeatability test results.

In this research, an approach is described that emphasized using visualization to teach synthetically experiment course. This research discusses the multi-lessons and synthetically education, the way the visualization experiment course overcome the difficulties in organizing teaching contents is used true research items stemmed from teachers. This approach includes allowing the students to select their own choice of accomplishing circuit board manufacture, teaching all signal collection, data acquisition, signal process with the help of conceptual visualization based on Matlab, making the students to come up with hand drawn mathematical result before they start simulation, motivating student searching for new algorithms leading to the creation of the system.

This paper deals with the method of simulating sea wave for decreasing its disturbance in the watercraft navigating. Firstly the ITTC two-parameter spectrum is selected as the power spectrum of sea wave to be simulated. Secondly the selected power spectrum is approximated by the rational spectrum and its coefficients are calculated by least squares method. Finally the shaping filter is concluded and the simulated sea wave is obtained by inputting white noise to the shaping filter. The spectrum analysis by Welch verifies the simulated sea wave. Without loss of generality, this method is practical in engineering and important for the operating parameters of watercraft prediction and filtering, the forcast of sea wave and marine dynamic positioning. © 2011 IEEE.

A data fusion algorithm was established for estimating the state of target tracking system with multi-type sensor. Through Kalman filter regarding the multi-sensors to computer goal estimated value, it can obtain estimation value of goal at moment. And mean square deviation of fusion estimation value was smaller than single sensor's mean square deviation. The simulation results indicated that synchronisms data fusion method was effective to the multi-target tracking problem. Asynchronous multi-sensor fusion process can obtain good control effect in the practice control process. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Light scattering approach and optical measuring instrument are the most popular system in the protein aggregation detection, especially in the therapeutic and diagnostic protein industry. Microsoft windows based software written in Matlab was developed as a teaching/research tool for designing light particle instrument and detection systems. This software incorporates information for lots of optical parameters, formulas and methods. There is a choice among 3 light scattering system design style. The software output includes advising parameter of light particle instrument and detection system, intensity of light scattering at some angle, characteristic curves of light scattering style. The software also provides the capability of visualizing the design layout and performs numerical computation to analyze the experimental data.

Authentication technology based on geometric characteristics of hand image has the advantages of high speed and easy operation. So handkey becomes another biological characteristics authentication system as fingerprint key. Palm image preprocessing is the basic of hand shape recognition system. Denoising is a necessary preprocessing before edge detection of palm image. The paper introduces a denoising method, wavelet modulus maximum value method. The wavelet transforming has the advantage of multi-resolution either in time domain or in frequency domain, so it can be used to describe the partial characteristics in the both domain. Wavelet denoising is a more successful kind of application of wavelet transforming. Because of the multi-resolution of wavelet, the non-steady characteristics of signals can be described better. The principle and processing steps of the algorithm are described in this paper in details. Experiments show that the method not only can remove noise effectively, but also keeps edge details of the hand image. The preprocessing program designed in MATLAB is listed in the paper, the original hand image and edge detect image after wavelet denoising are shown, too. © 2011 IEEE.
