Most companies relay on centralized servers, which are considered as a fast and easy to deploy solution for file sharing, but they have many downsides, like security and trust issues, which can be solved using DLT (blockchain) solutions. However, DLT-based solutions have many challenges, such as nodes orchestration, adjusting reliability and double-spending, as well as load balancing. This research proposes a DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) based model for files storage for companies using p2p networks, which takes into account both data reliability and storage space efficiency. More efficient data storage is achieved through the use of the Erasure coding technique. For load balancing, a set of algorithms that can be implemented in the form of a smart contract were proposed. The described model can become the basis of the IT infrastructure for trusted exchange of documents, technical and scientific information, games distributions, mobile applications, updates of scientific, regulatory and technical databases in b2b and b2c format © 2022 IEEE.

Mobile Edge Computing (MEC), an emerging computing paradigm, shifts computing and storage capabilities from the cloud to the network edge, aiming to meet the delay requirements of emerging applications and save backhaul network bandwidth. However, compared to cloud servers, MEC servers have limited computing and storage capabilities, which cannot meet the massive offloading demands of users during high-load periods. In this context, this paper proposes a multi-ENs collaborative task processing model. The model aims to formulate optimal offloading decisions and allocate computing resources for tasks to minimize system delay and cost. To solve this problem, we propose an online algorithm based on Lyapunov optimization called OKMTA, which can work online without the need for predicting future information. Specifically, the problem is formulated as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) problem and decomposed into two subproblems for solution. By using the Lagrange multiplier method to solve the computing resource allocation problem of tasks, and by using matching theory to solve the offloading decision problem of tasks. The simulation results show that our algorithm can achieve near-optimal delay performance while satisfying the long-term system average cost constraint. © ICST Institute for computer sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering 2024.

In this paper, we propose an algorithm for detecting artifacts in long-term video-EEG monitoring data in the problem of diagnosing cerebral ischemia after subarachnoid hemorrhage. The algorithm is based on a threshold detector using the smoothed optical flow value. The optical flow is calculated from the video frames of long-term video-EEG monitoring. We conducted a computational experiment that showed the following: (a) artifacts are detected with accuracy acceptable for diagnosing cerebral ischemia during synchronous analysis of video data and EEG signals;(b) artifacts can be detected in real time. © 2023 IEEE.

Telemedicine plays an important role in Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).The virtual surgery simulation system,as a key component in telemedicine,requires to compute in ***,this paper proposes a realtime cutting model based on finite element and order reduction method,which improves the computational speed and ensure the real-time *** proposed model uses the finite element model to construct a deformation model of the virtual ***,a model order reduction method combining proper orthogonal decomposition and Galerkin projection is employed to reduce the amount of deformation *** addition,the cutting path is formed according to the collision intersection position of the surgical instrument and the lesion area of the virtual ***,the Bezier curve is adopted to draw the incision outline after the virtual lung has been ***,the simulation system is set up on the PHANTOM OMNI force haptic feedback device to realize the cutting simulation of the virtual *** results show that the proposed model can enhance the real-time performance of telemedicine,reduce the complexity of the cutting simulation and make the incision smoother and more natural.

Studying the efficiency of lithium heat pipe above 1000K in case of problems is of considerable value for mastering and controlling its safety. We use COMSOL software to model and calculate a single element above 1000 K, and calculate and analyze its various parameter changes under fault conditions. According to different situations that should be classified and discussed, the cold end fluid temperature and corresponding heat transfer coefficient in the lower temperature area, as well as the temperature situation at the other end, should be separately considered. Based on the calculated results, it is discussed that they all undergo linear and proportional changes with the target parameters, and the fluid situation on the lower temperature side has the smallest impact on these target results. The maximum temperature of the module will reach 1900K, and materials that can withstand 1900K need to be selected during design. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Parity-time (PT) reversal symmetry, as a representative example in the field of non-Hermitian physics, has attracted widespread research interest in the past few years due to its extraordinary wave dynamics. PT symmetry enables unique spectral singularities including the exceptional point (EP) degeneracy where two or more eigenvalues and eigenvectors coalesce, as well as the coherent perfect absorber-laser (CPAL) point where laser and its time-reversal counterpart (i.e., coherent perfect absorber) can coexist at the same frequency. These singular points not only give rise to new physical phenomena but also provide new plausibility for building the next-generation sensors and detectors with unprecedented sensitivity. To date, investigations into EPs and CPAL points have unveiled their great potential in various sensing scenarios across a broad spectral range, spanning optics, photonics, electronics, and acoustics. In this review article, we will discuss ongoing developments of EP- and CPAL-based sensors composed of PT-synthetic structures and offer a glimpse into the future research directions in this emerging field. © (2024), (Electromagnetics Academy). One of the applications of deep learning is deciphering the unscripted text over the walls and pillars of historical monuments is the major source of information extraction. This information gives us an idea about the art and the culture of that respective era. In this paper we proposed a model for digital recognition of textual characters written in Sanskrit language using the 4-fold Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture. At the first stage we remove the noise and subsequently segmentation of characters from the input image is performed, later we convert the image into binary image format by the help of image processing techniques. The research is performed over the Devanagari script which was developed during 1st to the 4th century CE and is common to many languages from the Indian subcontinent. © 2022 IEEE.
