The traditional method of high ability of ECC used when NAND flash in low P/E cycles state would cause the waste of computing process and storage space. To deal with this problem, the research in this paper aims at ECC integrated operation cost. This point based on the following two main theories: (1) the increasing trend of average BER with the retention time and the P/E cycles can be easily modelled;(2) the reliability of different pages in the block varies, and only a small part of the whole pages is poor. The main idea is: traditional FTL management algorithm completed wear equilibrium, but it ignored the reliability difference between different pages. For different pages with different erasure conditions, we choose adaptation strategies of ECC for each page, in that way, we can avoid waste of computing and redundant area consumption of OOB (out of band) caused by high error correcting ability of ECC. The experimental results show that the adaptive page level ECC strategy not only meet the requirements of the reliability, but also raise the efficiency of ECC encoding/decoding. The access time of ECC data of was reduced by 38.1%, and the area consumption of OOB decreased by 56.7%. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

To reduce key disagreement rate and increase key generation rate, this paper proposes a lightweight and robust shared secret key extraction scheme from atmospheric optical wireless channel. A conception of grouping samples by using B+ tree and quantizing groups is introduced to improve the balance of distribution of channel measurement values in quantization intervals. Based on the conception, a basic B+ tree quantization algorithm (B-BPTQ) and a compensation-technology-based B+ tree quantization algorithm (C-BPTQ) are designed. A LDPC-based multi-scale information reconciliation algorithm (LDPC-MSIR) is put forward to simplify information reconciliation and reduce its computation complexity. An enhanced randomness post-processing algorithm is formulated to increase statistical randomness of initial key sequence. Finally, the performance of the proposed scheme is validated by numerical simulations and field experiments. The experimental results show that it has better performance in terms of key disagreement rate, key generation rate and key randomness compared with other schemes. © 2024 IEEE.

In this study, we propose a three-dimensional forward modeling algorithm for the Semi-airborne frequency-domain tipper sounding method (SAFTSM) based on the finite volume method to analyze the characteristics of SAFTSM responses with complex arbitary source geometry. We the used QMR algorithm preconditioned by the Jacobi method to solve the coupled symmetric equations of magnetic vector potential A and scalar potential f under the Lorenz criterion. In these numerical experiments, we used grounded wire as a transmitting source. The accuracy of the algorithm is verified by comparing the three-dimensional results with the one dimensional results. We first calculate the low resistance model tipper response of a single source. After that, a reverse source is added on the basis of a single source, calculating the tipper response with an inverse parallel double source system. Finally, by comparing different emission source systems, we analyze the influence of the multiple sources on SAFTSM, so that we can provide a theoretical basis for practical detection. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Crashworthiness assessment is one of the important contents to ensure the safety of civil aircraft. Improving the energy absorption performance of aircraft components is the core issue of the aircraft crashworthiness research. This article is based on PAM-CRASH and analyzes the thin-walled openings of typical aircraft. The impact performance of structural (C-shaped, I-shaped) cross-section members is studied, and the results show that the energy absorption ratio of I-shaped structure is higher than that of C-shaped structure. The introduction of different trigger mechanisms has little effect on the deformation mode, but it can greatly reduce the initial load peak value. © 2021 SPIE

Emergency breakaway design is one of the key technologies in civil aircraft design. Successful emergency breakaway design can better avoid fires and reduce the mortality rate of aircraft accidents. Based on the analysis of the airworthiness and airworthiness clauses, this paper uses the large-scale collision impact simulation software PAM-CRASH to simulate and analyze the emergency breakaway of the civil aircraft pylon. The results show that when the aircraft crashes on the concrete ground at a 10-degree angle of attack with the ground, the design of the pylon fuse pin meets the requirements of emergency breakaway. © 2021 SPIE

Cross-universal coupling is a key component of the mechanical transmission system and the cross-shaft is the core component of the coupling for torque transmission. Under normal circumstances, cross-shafts are most susceptible to fatigue and deformation, mainly due to the large torques they carry and the irrationality of their structure. Traditional design methods rely on practical experience to determine the key dimensions of the cross-shaft, resulting in long design cycles and low reliability. To address this problem, parametric modelling of the cross-shaft is carried out in this paper and imported into ANSYS Workbench. In addition, static and finite element analyses are carried out to find the weak parts of the cross shaft as the objective function. Finally, sensitivity analysis is carried out using the main structural parameters of the cross-shaft as design variables. Based on the linear correlation matrix and sensitivity graph, the three design variables that have the greatest impact on the objective function, journal height, thickness and body length, are selected. © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

While motion planning techniques for automated vehicles in a reactive and anticipatory manner have already been widely presented, cooperative motion planning has only been addressed recently. For the latter, interaction between traffic participants is crucial. Consequently, simulations where other traffic participants follow simple behavioral rules can no longer beused for development and evaluation. To close this gap, we present a multi vehicle simulation framework. Conventional simulation agents, using a simple, rule-based behavior, are replaced by multiple instances of sophisticated behavior generation algorithms. Thus, development, test and simulative evaluation of cooperative planning approaches is facilitated. The framework is implemented using the Robot Operating System (ROS) and its code will be released open source. © 2018 IEEE.

We present a simple method to synthesize Pb（OH）2 nanorods by solution-phase reaction. Rod-like lead hydroxide precipitates are obtained by mixing lead nitrate with a concentration of about 0.01 M and potassium hydroxide with concentration of about O.03 M in an aqueous solution. Sodium chloride as an additive is premixed with the lead nitrate aqueous solution. The presence of chloride ions in the precursor solution results in the rod-like morphology of lead hydroxide precipitates. The growth mechanism of the lead hydroxide nanorods is discussed.

To verify the effectiveness of the health assessment model, experimental validation research on helicopter dynamic component was conducted. Firstly, the health representation of bearing signals was self-learning by stacked auto-encoder, and the health representation was input to Mahalanobis distance for health assessment. Then, the comprehensive design of test and verification profile for evaluating the degradation capability of bearing performance was carried out. Finally, the bearing degradation test and signal acquisition was carried out, and the collected vibration signals was analyzed and processed using the stacked auto encoder and Mahalanobis distance method, which verified the effectiveness of the health assessment methods proposed in this paper. © 2024, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
