Electron density and collision frequency are important parameters of plasma, which have great influence on the interaction between plasma and electromagnetic wave. This paper assumes that the plasma is in local thermodynamic equilibrium and calculates the densities of 13 components (including electron density) in the air plasma. Based on the data of component density and collision cross section, the theoretical values of electron collision frequency in air plasma at latm,300-20000K are obtained. The results of electron collision frequency calculation are compared with those of two commonly used formulas. The results show that in the range of 2000-6000K, the error of the proposed method is less than 3 times that of the empirical formula of pure air plasma, and less than 11 times that of the empirical formula of first principles. In the range of 6000-20000K, with the increase of gas temperature, the error between the calculation results of this method and the two empirical formulas gradually increases. Through analysis, the reason is that the two empirical formulas use the collision frequency of electrons and neutral particles to approximately represent the electron collision frequency, and with the increase of temperature, ion components in the plasma gradually dominate, at this time, it is necessary to consider the influence of the ion components on the electron collision frequency.

In closed-loop dual-atom interferometers, the initial phase shift is a non-inertial phase induced by Raman pulses. This initial optical phase affects the measurements of both acceleration and rotation rate. In this study, we present a method to modulate the initial optical phase of light pulse atom interferometers (LPAIs). Employing this modulation method, we investigated the influence of the initial optical phase on a closed-loop dual-atom interferometer. The results reveal a better short-term sensitivity in the rotation rate measurement at an initial optical phase of 0. Our closed-loop dual-atom interferometer allows for decoupled measurements of rotation rate and acceleration. With a short interrogation time of 2T = 1.73 ms, the short-term sensitivities of the rotation rate and acceleration measurements are 2.73×10-5(rad/s)/Hz and 272μg/Hz, respectively. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the field of industrial production, a complete production line is often composed of a number of electrical equipment with different functions. Once the equipment fails, it will reduce the product quality, cause economic losses and even lead to production accidents. In this paper, a device fault feature extraction algorithm based on photosensitive sensor is proposed. By blocking the light intensity, the photosensitive sensor can receive the light change, thus changing the resistance value of the circuit, and converting it into digital signals such as current or voltage to prompt the staff to reinforce it. Equipment state information processing classifies and processes the collected information, extracts features that can represent the equipment state, and proves whether it has been damaged or not. Simulation results show that, compared with SVM method, this method has obvious advantages in the later stage of operation, and the error is reduced by 22.86%. The feature extraction algorithm of equipment fault based on photosensitive sensor is better than that of SVM, and it can accurately detect the state and fault of equipment.

In the field of machine vision, algorithms for estimating optical flow in sequential images have been proposed for many years. However, due to the advancements in image resolution and video frame rates of sensor, the optical flow algorithm running on a CPU or a GPU may struggle to meet real-time processing and low power consumption requirements. This paper presents an FPGA-based accelerated method for high-speed LK optical flow estimation. We implemented a serial input and multi-window output buffer structure to enhance the algorithm's parallel processing capability and improve processing speed. Additionally, we designed a multi-clock convolution structure to reduce resource consumption. Tested on the Middlebury dataset, the FPGA-based LK optical flow algorithm developed in this paper can achieve a processing speed of 330 frames per second for image sequences with a resolution of 640x480. It also maintains a relatively high level of accuracy and has low power consumption. © 2024 SPIE.

This paper mainly introduces an optimized matching pursuit algorithm for the reconstruction of seismic reflection events. It adopts intelligent optimization algorithms of genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm algorithm (PSO) to matching pursuit algorithm for improving the processing effect and efficiency. Through experiments on synthetic seismic records and field seismic data, it demonstrates that both GA-MP and PSO-MP can reconstruct the reflection events effectively and efficiency, while PSO-MP performs better especially in waveform reconstruction.

Mixed-valence is an effective way to achieve high electrochemical performance of anodes for ***,inordinate mixed valence with more structural defects leads to structural *** development of mixed valence electrodes that can maintain a stable structure during the defect formation process is the key to resolving this ***_(2-x)Se with mixed-valence is a potential candidate,the stable monoclinic structure of Cu2Se can be transformed into another stable cubic structure(x>0.15).Herein,Cu_(1.85)Se anode with mixed valence reveals the ultrahigh specific capacity of 247.8 mA·h/g at 2 A/***,the introduction of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)into Cu1.85Se further improves the specific capacity(435 mA·h/g at 2 A/g).XRD shows that the introduction of MWCNTs can improve the reversibility via chemical interactions and accelerate the electron transfer in the Cu1.85Se/***,the assembled symmetric supercapacitor(SC)device expresses a high energy density of 41.4 W·h/kg,and the capacity remains 83%even after 8000 charge/discharge *** research demonstrates the great potential of developing high specific capacity anode materials for superior performance supercapacitor.

This paper studies the visual navigation of vehicles in unknown environments. Due to the lack of global information, the accuracy of graphical navigation method will be decline. We propose a double LSTM attention navigation model to improve vehicle navigation performance. The model utilizes a dual-channel LSTM network for processing time series data and introduces an attention mechanism into the asynchronous dominant actor critic algorithm to mitigate the reward sparsity problem. Through comparative with various models on the AI2-THOR platform, the enhanced model improves the cumulative rewards and success rates of visual navigation. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Spatial mode(de)multiplexiing of orbital angular momentum(OAM)beams is a promising solution to address future bandwidth issues,but the rapidly increasing divergence with the mode order severely limits the practically addressable number of OAM *** we present a set of multi-vortex geometric beams(MVGBs)as high-dimensional information carriers for free-space optical communication,by virtue of three independent degrees of freedom(DoFs)including central OAM,sub-beam OAM,and coherent-state *** novel modal basis set has high divergence degeneracy,and highly consistent propagation behaviors among all spatial modes,capable of increasing the addressable spatial channels by two orders of magnitude than OAM basis as *** experimentally realize the tri-DoF MVGB mode(de)multiplexing and data transmission by the conjugated modulation method,demonstrating lower error rates caused by center offset and coherent background noise,compared with OAM *** work provides a potentially useful basis for the next generation of large-scale dense data communication.

Wavefront shaping technique has been applied to actively control the intensity profile of optical speckles, and a recent progress is to realize glare suppression with the low-transmittance eigenchannels of the transmission matrices (TMs). This makes it possible to custom-tailor the speckle fields. For the purpose of suppressing glare at will, research about the properties of low-transmittance eigenchannels in glare suppression is demanded. In this paper, we report the area expansion effect of glare suppression with low-transmittance eigenchannels. With numerical simulations, we found the actual darkened area was larger than the set target area due to the transverse correlation of the speckle field. Their difference is related to the measuring noise of the TM and gets smaller with the increase of the noise intensity. We believe our research could help to design structured speckle fields, and it will be of significant for advanced applications of optical speckles. © 2023 SPIE.
