The widespread implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in various industries, including healthcare, provides significant benefits but raises concerns. Notably, apprehensions about AI generating issues, experiencing malfunctions, and hindering work extend to fears of replacing medical professional positions. This research aims to quantitatively assess the impact of anxiety forms, specifically social, technical blindness and AI configuration, on job replacement anxiety among medical doctors. A pre-test approach was employed to gather data from 38 doctors in Jakarta who regularly interact with AI in their daily work. The study used PLS-SEM structural modelling with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool. Findings indicate that both social and technical blindness and AI configuration significantly influence job replacement anxiety. Additionally, the study reveals that elements within the AI configuration interact with social-technical blindness, and the AI setup effectively mitigates its impact on job replacement anxiety. These anxieties notably affect medical professionals’ fears of being replaced in their current roles. Previous research shows that anxiety about AI among healthcare personnel is persistent. However, this worry can be reduced or eliminated through continuous awareness, education, and understanding of AI’s purpose and limitations. This study aims to provide medical practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of AI constraints and the aspects requiring direct doctor involvement.

Indonesia has a high tendency of having landslides. Bogor is one of regency which is very prone to landslide disaster due to high rainfall. Landslides are a very dangerous threat to public safety. The preparedness can build disaster resilient communities that can support the national resilience. Sociodemographic characteristic and disaster experience are determining factors for the success of preparedness. The purpose of this research is to develop a model of the influence of sociodemographic characteristics and disaster experience toward household preparedness for facing landslide. This research is done in Cibadak Village, Sukamakmur Bogor. This research uses a quantitative approach with 100 sample of households. Multiple linear regression technique is used for analyzing the model. The results of the research showed that household preparedness is significantly influenced by sociodemographic characteristics which is education (p = 0.000), meanwhile age, income and the number of family member don't significantly influence. Beside that the household preparedness is also greatly influenced by disaster experience too (p = 0.000). Education influence on household preparedness for facing landslide as much as 38.81% and the disaster experience is 52.85%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Digital twin for subsea pipeline corrosion monitoring location based on ILI-MFL pipeline operator forum and potentiodynamic test

The limitation of subsea pipeline access coupled with limited personnel mobilization due to the COVID-19 pandemic has become a challenge in pipeline inspections. With these limitations, this study’s Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) was carried out by processing data from In Line Inspection-Magnetic Flux Leakage (ILI-MFL) to be developed into digital twin data initiation by simulating anomalies that occur using a potentiodynamic test. The analysis was carried out using the Pipeline Operator Forum (POF) diagram to map the corrosion morphology of the pipeline. Sampling is carried out using pipeline material API 5L-X42 which will form a certain corrosion morphology that represents pinhole, pitting, and general corrosion which is adjusted to the anomalies feature and metal loss depth from pipe tally in the form of length, width, and depth percent of the anomaly to the nominal wall thickness. Potentiodynamic testing was carried out using corrtest instrument 5.0, resulting in tafel polarization to define Resistance of polarization using a stern geary approach. The results are then analyzed to determine the material in resisting damage which shows corrosion rate (for general) and pitting rate (for pitting and pinhole) which is <0.02 mmpy for outstanding, 0.02-0.1 mmpy for excellent, 0.1-0.5 mmpy for good and 0.5-1 mmpy for fair. This digital twin method combined ILI MFL and Potentiodynamic testing to result in the type of anomalies, metal loss depth, dimension of anomalies from the results of the POF diagram, and determination of corrosion rate and pitting rate of API 5L-X42 material in the subsea pipeline.

The pressure in the hydraulic ram pump increases due to a sudden cessation of flow out through the waste valve when the waste valve is closing. The increasing of water hammer pressure is strongly influenced by velocity of the water flow in the drive pipe. Therefore, the waste valve has an important role in mechanism of the occurrence of water hammer pressure, performance, and flow patterns in the hydraulic ram pump. This study investigated the water hammer pressure and the flow patterns in the hydraulic ram pump that has been installed at Bon sub-village, as well as its performance at various strokes of the waste valve. In addition, CFD simulation using Ansys Fluent was conducted. The result show that increasing stroke of the waste valve increase the water velocity in the drive pipe and the water hammer pressure, and the optimum of the waste valve stroke has been predicted subject to volumetric and total efficiency using the equation of their trendlines. Furthermore, the flow patterns such as vortex, split flow, and blockage mass in the hydraulic ram pump have been identified.

Reducing non-productive time of mud pump with acoustic emission monitoring techniques on fluid end parts

This research conducted for overcoming the high non-productive time (NPT) damage of fluid end part mud pump in the drilling of PT. Pertamina PDSI Drilling Rig # 42.2/N1500-E Well SWI-001 at Pali, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution for detecting early worn out of fluid end part with the innovation of the electric audio module (EAM), which is suitable for conditions in the field. This EAM works using the method of detecting acoustic emission signals from piezoelectric sensors that arise due to the movement of the drilling fluid and fluid end part in the mud pump module body. Then the emitted pulse is forwarded to the EAM, and the results give through two outputs, namely the spectrogram graphic and the acoustic emission sound that enlarged through headphones. The results of this EAM innovation can reduce the NPT in PDSI Rig # 42.3/N1500-E from 34.5 hours to 0 hours, and monitoring can be done remotely up to more than 50 meters no longer on the spot. The application of EAM in drilling rig implies a modification in the maintenance of a mud pump from breakdown to predictive maintenance. It supports the safety aspect considering monitoring which can perform remotely.

Failure Analyses on Corrosion of Hot Water Tank Storage Made from Stainless Steel

Hot water storage tank that was made from stainless still was investigated in this case. The tank was found failure in service due to corrosion in welded section. Corrosion also was found at the bottom part of the storage tank. The tank was used for no longer than one year but unfortunately severe corrosion was found. The purpose of this research is to find the reason why the tank easily corroded especially at the bottom part and at the welding section. The research was carried out by conducting metallographic examination directly in situ by utilizing portable metallographic microscope. It is found from investigation that the corrosion was happen due to galvanic corrosion. Investigation by using X ray fluorescence also agree that the composition of the bottom part of the tank was different with the wall, and upper section. The welding filler also was found not correctly prepared that make pitting corrosion to occur. It is suggested to conduct advance research to investigate the correct composition for the filler during welding.

There are so many areas in Indonesia that are prone to landslides. Bogor is the regency with the most frequent landslides. Therefore, high community preparedness is needed to deal with the landslide, especially at the household level because it is the spearhead of preparedness and influence disaster risk. The objective of this research is to measure and analyze the level of household preparedness for facing landslide. The location of this research is in Cibadak Village, Bogor regency where a landslide disaster had happened. This is a quantitative research. The number of the samples were 100 household. Data collection was done by surveying samples and distributing questionnaires. The data would be analyzed with descriptive analysis, and the results of level of household preparedness would be categorized to five levels which were very prepared (80-100), prepared (65-79), almost prepared (55-64), less prepared (40-54), and not prepared (0-39). The results of the research are the average index value of Knowledge and Attitude (KA) parameter is 66.77, Emergency Planning (EP) parameter is 52.24, Warning System (WS) parameter is 64.80, Resources Mobilization Capacity (RMC) parameter is 51.25 and the level of household preparedness for facing landslide is 59.26 or and it is significant at the almost prepared level.

Micro Hydro Electric Power Plant (MHEP) Prototype A study Of The Effect Of Blade Numbers Toward Turbine Rotational Velocity

Micro hydro electric power plant (MEPP) prototype is a small scale power plant (less than 100 kW) that utilizes height difference and water discharge per second. Prototype consists of a water pump, where capacity of 41 liter per minute serving as turbine driving force channelled through a nozzle, with a 40 liter water reservoir, and the water flow rate controller is a gate valve. The results show that at blade counts of 4,8,12, and 16, and with water discharge at 40 l/s, 35 l/s, 30l/s, and 25 l/s, with nozzle shooting angle of 50 °, the turbine rotational velocities are 310 rpm, 639 rpm, 655.5 rpm, and 691.3 rpm respectively. Furthermore, at water discharge of 35 l/s, the velocities are 293.3 rpm, 375,3 rpm, 412.7 rpm, 446.2 rpm, and at water discharge of 30 l/s, they are 240.3 Rpm, 395.0 rpm, 430.5 rpm, 445.2 Rpm. Moreover, at water discharge 25 of l/s, the speeds are 285.5 rpm, 330.5 rpm, 426.0 rpm, 431.1 rpm. It is concluded that the higher the water discharge rate, the greater the number of rotation, and it is also concluded that shooting angle has a significant effects on pelton turbine rotation and power.

作者： HOPE, JP STORTZ, VE Jan Paul Hope a native of Northern Virginia received his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia in 1969. Upon graduation he began his career in the Department of the Navy with the Naval Ship Systems Command in the acquisition of patrol craft mine sweepers and submarine rescue ships. In January 1971 he transferred to the ship arrangements branch of the Naval Ship Engineering Center. He was selected for the long-term training program at George Washington University in 1974 and completed the program in February 1976 with the degree of master of engineering administration. While at the Naval Ship Engineering Center Mr. Hope was general arrangement task leader on the AO-177 CG-47 CSGN CSGN (VSTOL) CGN-9 (Aegis) and CGN-42 and he also assisted in the landmark Naval Sea Systems Command civilian professional community study. In 1978 he was selected as acting head of the damage control section and subsequently was selected as acting head of the surface ship hydrodynamic section. In February 1980 he was promoted to head of the surface combatant arrangements design section. Mr. Hope was selected for the first class of the NA VSEA commander's development program. While on the program he served in the DDGX combat systems engineering division and the DDGX project office of NA VSEA was the assistant director for ship design in the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for shipbuilding and logistics and was the director of weight engineering and the director of systems engineering for the DDG-51 project in NA VSEA. Upon completion of the program Mr. Hope was assigned as the deputy director of the boiler engineering division to create a new division as a major fleet support initiative by NA VSEA. In June 1985 he joined the staff of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for shipbuilding and logistics. Mr. Hope was presented the Department of the Navy meritorious civilian service medal in June 1983 for his service with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the

This paper discusses the need and processes for designing warships to meet cost constraints and for managing warship acquisition programs during the design phase to assure effective adherence to production cost constraints by the design team. The resource control methodology used during the contract design of the Arleigh Burke class destroyer, DDG-51, is examined as a potential model for controlling the cost while maintaining the combat effectiveness of warships. The paper begins with a summary of the basic issue — the relationship among unit cost, unit capability, force level numbers, and force capability — showing recent trends in destroyer costs and force levels. This introduction also includes a discussion of the cost constraint for the DDG-51 in relation to historical trends and ship construction funding allocation. The resource control methodology used to reduce and control costs of the DDG-51 is discussed with a summary of the approach, key concepts and tools, chronology of key events, examples, and results achieved. A number of observations on this methodology are then made which are followed by comments on life cycle costs. The paper concludes with remarks on the future application of the resource control methodology and areas for further work to improve future resource control efforts.
