Technopreneurship represent a form of entrepreneurship that emphasizes entrepreneurial skills and technology. Studies on technopreneurship have been conducted, but research investigating antecedents of technopreneurship based on the entrepreneurial event model (EEM), is still limited. Most research on technopreneurship is dominated by the use of the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Therefore, this study aims to investigate the driving factors in EEM, namely perceived desirability, propensity to act, and perceived feasibility to technopreneurship intention. In addition, another purpose of this study is to explore technopreneurship intention towards technopreneurship commitment. To achieve this goal, the study used quantitative research design, primary data sources, and data collection methods using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 240, with the sampling method using purposive sampling. Reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS software version 3. The results showed that perceived desirability affects technoprenurial intention, propensity to act affects technoprenurial intention, perceived feasibility affects technoprenurial intention, and technoprenurial intention affects technopreneurial commitment.

Data mining is a technique of extracting information that has not been known before in a collection of data in the database. Data mining has been applied in various fields that require extracting information, some of the work that can be generated with data mining is classification, prediction, and data grouping. In this study, an analysis of village data collection was carried out to explore the potential or knowledge of the data that has been presented with the main objective of producing a grouping of village status. To support clustering or grouping activities the K-means algorithm used with the general process is to carry out the modeling process without supervision and is one of the methods for grouping data with a system partition, with the principle of allocating each data to the centroid or the closest average, work steps conducted in support of this research is to collect data related to the analysis of data grouping and proceed with the calculation process in accordance with the work steps of the K-means algorithm, the amount of data used as a test of 303 villages scattered in the old Padang regency. The results of calculations by displaying a new group of Cluster 0 is occupied by 120 villages, cluster 1 with a total data of 123 villages, Cluster 2 with a total of 6 villages, cluster 3 with a total of 33 villages while cluster 4 with a total of 21. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This research aims to: (1) producing android-based Electronic Fuel Injections (EFI) learning media;(2) knowing the feasibility of android-based EFI learning media;and (3) knowing students' responses to the learning media of the Android-based Electronic Fuel Injections (EFI) system. The rsearch was conducted using the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono. The technique of data collection is done by questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the research were obtained: (1) products in the form of Android-based Electronic Fuel Injections (EFI) system learning media;(2) learning media in terms of material included in the very feasible category and in terms of media included in the very feasible category;and (3) students' responses when testing the product, the aspects of use are included in the category very easily and the aspects of usefulness are included in the category of very useful. Technology always have the potential to disruptive the society, especially electronics since this technology follows Moore Laws. Electric vehicle is predicted to change how individuals are going to do their daily commute. Electric motor cycle is an answer to eco-friendly transportation, economical in the operation and will be more affordable in the future for the people. One of the main component for this vehicle is the 3 phase motor controller. Three phase electric motor has an advantage of being light weight, low cost and more compact compare with dc motors with a comparable power. The design is featuring a regenerative braking system which brings back the mechanical energy back to the system on braking time hence a significant advantage to increase energy efficiency, since a major power lost is happening during braking on conventional vehicle. The design on purpose is using 100-125 cc equivalent of gasoline engine since this engine has the most market in Indonesia. Visible light-based human–machine interactive media is capable of transmitting electrical readouts to machines and providing intuitive feedback to users ***,many inorganic mechanoluminescent(ML)materials-based interactive media,typically ZnS-loaded phosphors(ZLPs),have been successfully ***,organic ML materials-based solutions were rarely exploited despite their huge merits of strong structural modification,abundant luminescence property,low cost,easy preparation,and so ***,we propose a novel interactive tactile display(ITD)based on organic ML materials(Cz-A6-dye)and triboelectric nanogenerator,with ultra-brightness(130%enhancement)and ultra-low threshold pressure(57%reduction)as compared to *** proposed ITD achieves the conversion of weak mechanical stimuli into visible light and electrical signals simultaneously,without extra power ***,the relationship between the luminous performance of organic ML materials and mechanical force is quantified,benefiting from the uniform ML layer *** by convolutional neural networks,the high-accuracy recognition(97.1%)for handwriting and identity of users is realized at the same ***,the ITD has great potential for intelligent wearable electronics and classified military applications.

Station-keeping strategy for wave gliders considering obstacle area

An obstacle mode station-keeping strategy that considers obstacles in the station-keeping center area is proposed for wave gliders (WGs) to cope with special applications such as oil spill monitoring on drilling platforms and observation around the island. Different from the traditional station-keeping strategy which requires closing in the preset position as much as possible, this strategy uses the adaptive integral line of sight (AILOS) algorithm to make the WG sail around the preset obstacle area. A partitioning control strategy based on distance error is introduced to divide three areas according to the risk level: warning area, escape area and obstacle area. A tan-type barrier Lyapunov function (BLF) is introduced into the warning area control method to determine the boundary. To avoid the potential risk of collision, the escape area control strategy is to make the WG move away from the obstacle area as quickly as possible. Simulation and sea trial results verified the capability of the proposed station-keeping strategy in a stable ocean environment and the station-keeping safety of the WG using this strategy under extreme situations. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

There are many cities on the west coast of the Sumatra, which are at high risk of the Tsunami disaster. Regional Regulations on Regional Spatial Planning for each City/Regency have compiled disaster mitigation by constructing several evacuation roads. This study wants to illustrate: what are the volume of traffic generation and road performance, if there is a Tsunami disaster. The simulation is developed by predicting traffic volume based on parameters, population density, vehicle ownership, land use, and activities in the area around the road. The assessment was carried out on two tsunami evacuation roads in the city of Padang, West Sumatra Province. The results show that the highest traffic volume occurred in the period from 06.30 a.m until 3:00 p.m., during school activities. One of the roads will not be able to accommodate the volume of traffic during a disaster, due to significant traffic congestion. This study shows that: (1) the period of activity and land use are two main parameters, which must be considered in designing tsunami evacuation roads, (2) The degree of saturation ratio and the ratio between the capacity of sections of Tsunami evacuation routes can be proposed as a parameter for assessing the performance of Tsunami evacuation roads in urban areas. © 2020 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.

Education about health sciences has historically been limited in the curriculum of health professionals and largely inaccessible to the public. In practice, most of the health science education is still running conventionally. Supposedly with the advancement of technology and the use of the internet everywhere, learning such as e-learning can be important, especially in the health sector. Until this research was conducted, only 514 academic documents about e-learning in health sciences were found for 20 years from 2001 to 2020, obtained in searching on the Scopus database. This study presents a comprehensive overview of studies related to E-learning in the Health Sciences sector. This study uses bibliometric analysis and indexed digital methods to map scientific publications throughout the world. This research employs the Scopus database to gather information, as well as the Scopus online analysis tool and Vosviewer to show the bibliometric network. The method consists with five stages: determining search keywords, initial search results, refinement of search results, initial compilation, and data analysis. Among the most published and indexed articles by Scopus, papers published by researchers in the United States have the highest number of publications (80), followed by United Kingdom (63) and Australia with 45 academic publications. The processed data shows the pattern and trend of increasing the number of international publications in E-learning in Health Sciences field, which Scopus index. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. Corrosion and bacterial behaviour of amorphous tantalum oxide (Ta2O5) and hydroxyapatite (HA) were studied by sol-gel coating on AZ91 Mg alloy in this study. Investigating the potential of AZ91 Mg alloy for permanent prosthesis applications is the main motivation of this study. Ca(NO3)2.4H2O-P2O5 and Ta(OC2H5)5 chemical precursors were used for coating HA and Ta2O5 on AZ91, respectively. The coatings were deposited on the surfaces in layered and hybrid forms. Primarily the structural and morphological evaluations of the coatings were carried out by XRD, FTIR and SEM/EDS analyses, in experimental studies. Antibacterial activities were evaluated according to the interaction of the samples with gram-positive, Staphylococcus Aureus(S. Aureus) and gram-negative, Escherichia Coli (E. Coli) bacterial strains. Furthermore, linear scratch tests were done to find out the mechanical properties of the coatings and the interfacial connections with the substrate. The electrochemical corrosion tests were conducted by using Hank's Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS), Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) and 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + DMEM mediums. Eventually, the aluminium release of the samples in DMEM was followed for 28 days with inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). As a result of the study, it was seen that the amorphous Ta2O5 coating improved the antibacterial property and positively affected the corrosion and scratch test results when coated with HA. © 2023, The Authors.
