Exploring better Gamma, X-Ray and IR-Mid-R detectors, adequately sensitive to ambient temperatures and environmental conditions, is highly desirable. Therefore, following this path, we present detecting opportunities, based on data of experimental and theoretical investigation of the electronic and optical properties, photocurrent behavior at different bias voltages as well as the reflection for the He-Cd cw laser after irradiation by three different IR laser wavelengths, for recently grown TlPb2BrI4 single crystal with strong anisotropic, two-dimensional (2D) layered structure. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy brings data on binding energy values of core levels of TlPb2BrI4 for both as-grown and Ar+-ion-treated crystal surfaces as well as for elucidation of the energy distribution of the valence electronic states. In opposite to well-known IR-detector materials, TlPb2BrI4 crystal surface shows high chemical stability concerning Ar+-ion bombardment. Further, we carry out ab initio band-structure calculations to gain curves of total and partial densities of states and to elucidate the principal optical constants of TlPb2BrI4. The present studies indicate that, in spite of the fact that the TlPb2BrI4 crystal contains two very hazardous/toxic chemical elements, thallium and lead;however, it is chemically stable and reveals very low hygroscopic behavior when being exposed to environmental conditions. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

Design of Water Temperature Stabilizer Using Element Peltier and Atemga16 for Louhan's Aquariums

This study aims to design a water temperature stabilizer in the louhan fish aquarium by using a cooling system based on a Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) or a Peltier element. The system is built using several tools including a DS18B20 temperature sensor, a relay circuit and 3 Peltier elements. and AVR microcontroller. Temperature control is done by comparing the desired temperature set-point with the temperature from the sensor. The test was carried out by stabilizing the water temperature with two conditions, namely running water and inot flowing water and observing the behavior of the fish while the stabilizer system was running. The working principle of the stabilizer is that the sensor will read the water temperature, then the data is processed on the microcontroller. The temperature data will be compared with a predetermined set-point value which is around 29°C. If the temperature is more than 290C, then the cooler will turn on. The on-off control signal is generated by the microcontroller to turn on the relay and cooling system. From the test results obtained, the tool is able to stabilize the temperature of 290C and shows the behavior of fish with good conditions.

In recent years, machine learning potentials (MLPs) have become indispensable tools in physics, chemistry, and materials science, driving the development of software packages for molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and related applications. These packages, typically built on specific machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, face integration challenges when advanced applications demand communication across different frameworks. The previous TensorFlow-based implementation of DeePMD-kit exemplified these limitations. In this work, we introduce DeePMD-kit version 3, a significant update featuring a multi-backend framework that supports TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and PaddlePaddle backends, and demonstrate the versatility of this architecture through the integration of other MLPs packages and of Differentiable Molecular Force Field. This architecture allows seamless backend switching with minimal modifications, enabling users and developers to integrate DeePMD-kit with other packages using different machine learning frameworks. This innovation facilitates the development of more complex and interoperable workflows, paving the way for broader applications of MLPs in scientific research. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. In this paper, with considerations of low efficiency of missile path planning (MPP) by traditional aggregation technology, it uses affinity propagation based multi-objective evolutionary algorithm with hypervolume environment selection (APMO-HV) to solve the problem of MPP after establishing the MPP model. The experimental part compares and analyzes APMO-HV with six state-of-the-art algorithms, and applies it to address the MPP problem. The experimental results show that compared with the other six algorithms, APMO-HV has achieved the best solution performance in both the GLT test suite and MPP problem. This not only validates the effect of the proposed algorithm, but also enriches and improves the research results of MPP.

Synchronization and H synchronization of multi-weighted coupled neural networks（MWCNNs） with eventtriggered communication are researched in this paper. Firstly, we derive a synchronization criterion for MWCNNs with eventtriggered communication by using Lyapunov stability theory and some inequality techniques. Then, we use the similar method to get a criterion for ensuring the H synchronization of the considered network at the level of disturbance attenuation. Finally,two numerical examples are verified to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained synchronization and H synchronization criteria.

In this paper, in the case of quantized communication and coupling delays, a novel quantized pinning control(QPC)law is designed to deal with the synchronization problem of complex dynamic networks(CDNs). Utilizing the Lyapunov method,non-smooth analysis tools and convex combination techniques, some sufficient criteria for achieving synchronization of CDNs with coupling delays are given. Finally, the effectiveness of the main results is demonstrated by presenting a simulation example.

This paper investigates the multisynchronization problem of a new class of delayed memristor-based neural networks(DMNNs). To address this problem, a class of feedback controller is designed. By employing the Lyapunov stability theory,the corresponding sufficient conditions for achieving multisynchronization of DMNNs with the presented feedback control are derived. It implies that multiple agreements of system responses are obtained via the dynamical evolution of the controlled DMNNs. Finally, a simulation experiment is presented to verify the validity and feasibility of the main result of the DMNNs.

This paper investigates the decay synchronization problem of multi-weighted coupled reaction-diffusion neural networks(MWCRDNNs) with and without coupling delays. Firstly, we present the decay synchronization concept based on ψ-type function and ψ-type stability. Secondly, some criteria for decay synchronization of the considered MWCRDNNs are proposed by designing appropriate controllers and using several inequality techniques. Finally, a numerical example is given at the end of this paper to verify the effectiveness and correctness of our obtained results.

The coupled complex-valued memristive neural networks (CCVMNNs) are investigated in this study. First, we analyze the passivity of the proposed network model by designing an appropriate controller and using certain inequalities as well as Lyapunov functional method, and provide a passivity condition for the considered CCVMNNs. In addition, a criterion for guaranteeing synchronization of this kind of network is established. Finally, the effectiveness and correctness of the acquired theoretical results are verified by a numerical example.
