The paper designed a method to get hot water by combining heating method composed of solar collector and air source heating pump to change the former situation of environmental pollution and energy wasting brought by original oil-fired boilers. The control system offering user-friendly human machine inter face adopting the framework of PLC + HMI. Through fuzzy control strategy, the system is more stable and energy saving. The heat pump operation strategy is organized based on time-oriented electricity pricing policy. The practice proves that the system can save energy effetely and produce heat on-demand in real-time control.

Mobile devices have been widely used to assist the existing public transportation system. A new solution to the vehicle information collection is introduced. The hardware design of a vehicle information communication platform is mainly introduces, including platform power distribution design, the battery design, UART port expansion, the power supply isolation design and impedance matching design. This paper reviews prior Maglev train traction calculation methods and proposes one traction strategy depending on fixed time. Meanwhile, minimum energy consumption model is built under limited Maglev train operation time. Multi-population evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the train's energy saving. Based on elitism preservation and immigrant strategies, the optimization process is rapidly converge and the stability is enhanced. Finally, the validity and advancement of the proposed strategy is verified by an actual calculation.

Compared to traditional magnetic gears, magnetic harmonic gears offer the advantage in terms of larger output torque density with a high gear ratio. An efficient conformal mapping method for predicting the radical and tangential flux density in an eccentric magnetic harmonic gear is developed. The eccentric air-gap magnetic field is calculated due to the permanent magnet of the eccentric rotor or stator acting alone, and then the air-gap magnetic field of the magnetic harmonic gear is obtained according to the superposition principle. Air-gap flux density of the analytical results are compared with the finite element analysis results, which proves the accuracy and the effectiveness of the derived expressions.

In the complex environment, such as in mountainous area, under-ground, urban, in-door situations, the satellite navigation signal will be kept out, which makes the user's receiver unable to receive enough navigation signal to position itself. Ground-Based Navigation System can flexibly deploy ground-based navigation based station according to different environment. It provides navigation signal with high quality to meet the user's needs, so it increases the coverageof the navigation service. With the same principle as satellite navigation system, the user uses the ground-based navigation stations as time and space base to determine its position and time. Comparing with the satellite, the coordinate of ground-based navigation station can be obtained with higher accuracy, which makes the inter-station time synchronization become the very important factor to impact the precision of positioning. To achieve cost-effective and accurate inter-station time synchronization, a time and frequency lock method based on two-way time transfer is proposed in this paper, measurement error model is established, and the synchronization flow is established under the typical ground-based navigation signal framework, i.e. the ‘CDMA+TDMA' framework. It not only realizes two-way time difference measurement and navigation signal transmission in the same time, but also tracks time-frequency change through time and frequency lock technology, as a result, the effect of troposphere delay can be reduced and the accuracy of time synchronization can be significantly improved. The simulation and experiment results show that the time synchronization accuracy is better than 1ns.

In order to obtain the motor current signal conveniently and solve the problem caused by the fundamental frequency fluctuation of the power network, a current harmonic detection system based on magnetic sensor is proposed in this paper. This system will simplify the measurement process, as it uses the magnetic sensor instead of the traditional current transformer to obtain harmonic current waveform. In order to improve the calculation accuracy, the window function and interpolation algorithm is used in the detection system to correct the result calculated by Fast Fourier Transform, which can depression the disturbance of asynchronous sampling and non-integral period truncation. Test results show that the measurement error of frequency and the relative error of amplitude is small,which can prove that the proposed system is simple and effective.
