With the progression of global productivity, the production of plastic waste is rising, which poses a significant environmental threat. To alleviate this problem, our team first predicted the production scale of plastic waste in a specific timeframe by simulating a plastic production model. The model would effectively help predict the total accumulation of single-use plastic waste in a given period based on past data such as annual plastic production, recycling rates, incineration rates, and plastic product life distribution in various countries. We then designed a plastic waste reduction model to simulate the extent of plastic waste reduction under four solutions. To monitor the reduction of total plastic waste, we employed a dynamic programming approach to adjust the intensity parameters of the four solutions to minimize the overall implementation effort. Finally, relying on the weighted score calculation based on the entropy weight method, we analyzed the impact of implementing optimal solutions on the social development of different countries and their share in dealing with the single-use plastic waste crisis. © 2023 IEEE.

Lift up exoskeletons have been used in industrial and military area. However, these exoskeletons often do not have the walking assistance algorithm. In factories, warehouses or common outdoor environments, workers usually not work in fixed position. The need of workers moving or carrying load is clear, but this need can not be achieved with most of exoskeletons. In this paper we introduce a multi-terrain adaptation algorithm which can identify the required assistance interval according to different terrains and generate corresponding assistance curves. The algorithm can automatically adapt to all usage scenarios of lift up exoskeletons, and can smoothly switch between different terrains. The core idea of the algorithm is that human body make corresponding actions based on the terrain, by monitoring human movement, the algorithm can generate the desire curve for each step. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Hydraulic energy support is a structural part of hydraulic energy, and its fatigue life affects the service life and reliability of hydraulic energy. In this paper, the fatigue life of energy support under random vibration is studied by analyzing the condition of random vibration fracture. According to the fracture analysis results of the energy support, the fatigue life analysis model of the energy support is established, and the optimization and improvement direction of the energy support is proposed, which provides a theoretical basis for increasing the limit of the fatigue life of the hydraulic energy support under random vibration. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper proposes a lower limb motion intention prediction algorithm based on plantar pressure. First install the pressure sensors on the soles of the foot, install the IMUs to the lower limbs of the human body. At the same time, it collects plantar pressures information and motion information such as the angle and angular velocity of the lower limbs during walking;Then, the sliding windowmethod is used to divide each prediction sample, and a prediction model based on CNN-LSTM is trained. The plantar pressure is used to predict the motion intention of the lower limbs at the current moment (the motion information collected by IMUs);Finally, this paper verifies the performance of the model. The test results show that through the lower limb motion intention to predict the algorithm designed in this paper, the plantar pressure sensors can replace the IMUs installed in the lower limbs, predict the current motion intention of the lower limbs of the human body, thereby reducing the number of sensors installation, reducing the complexity of the exoskeleton robot’s electrical system and mechanical structure. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.

Dual motor drive system can improve system performance and functionality, but electromagnetic interference is severe. In this article, the dual motor system model is established, which can accurately simulate the relationship between speed and torque. In order to accurately predict the electromagnetic interference of the dual motor system, this paper proposes a modeling method of motor drive system considering parametric parameters based on port impedance measurement, the broadband equivalent circuit for power modules, motors, and cables are established. The experimental platform has been established according to the GJB 151B-2013 CE102 standard. The results shows that the proposed model can accurately predict conducted electromagnetic interference and has a certain corrective effect on the improvement of electromagnetic compatibility. © 2023 IEEE.

The thermal reliability of servo control drivers is an important link in the thermal reliability of aerospace aerodynamic control electromechanical servo systems, and the modeling and simulation analysis of their thermal characteristics are rarely studied. This article combines the model of aerospace power control electromechanical servo system to establish a thermal simulation model of servo control driver, and compares and analyzes the simulation results with actual experimental results. When applying slow position signals and fast sweep signals, the error between the simulated model servo control driver's rising temperature and the actual test results is within 3 ° C, which verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation model. It has significant significance for guiding the thermal design of aerospace power control electromechanical servo system control drivers and improving the power density of aerospace power control electromechanical servo system control drivers. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing wide-speed regulation requirements of servo systems, the advantages of variable-flux machine (VFM) are gradually revealed. This paper investigates a series-circuit hybrid-permanent-magnet (HPM) VFM, the effects of stator and rotor parameters on electromagnetic torque, torque ripple and range of speed regulation are analyzed. The variable-flux ability of the machine is analyzed. The machine is proved with good mechanical strength at high-speed region by investigating the equivalent stress and deformation of the machine at 10,000 r/min. © 2023 IEEE.

Electromagnetic interference(EMI) is a major difficulty in the design of motor drive system. In order to provide an effective design basis for the electromagnetic compatibility problem of motor drive system, this paper proposes a modeling method of motor drive system considering parasitic parameters based on port impedance measurement. Analyze the physical structure of the main components of the motor drive system, including cables, inverter, motors, and establish an equivalent circuit model based on the impedance characteristics. An experimental platform is built according to the GJB 151B-2013 CE102 standard, and electromagnetic interference experiments are conducted. Results show that the simulation model established by this method can accurately predict electromagnetic interference. © 2023 IEEE.

The comprehensive evaluation of a country's higher education system is of paramount importance as it serves as a critical factor in the development of higher talents and the future growth of a nation. To achieve this objective, we propose the Higher Education System Health and Sustainability Evaluation Model (HEV), which employs the entropy weighting method to determine the weights of eight indicators that significantly impact the health of a nation's higher education system. Subsequently, the model leverages the corresponding values of each indicator to calculate the health level of a country's higher education system. In addition, we introduce the Health Improvement Model of the Higher Education System (HEVP), which utilizes multivariate linear programming to calculate the desired HEV target score, considering the impact of national policies on the health of the higher education system. The proposed model will be used to evaluate and analyze the national higher education system, and an effective monitoring system will be established through the implementation of specific policies, combined with the impact of relevant social indicators, effectively ensuring orderly performance and sustainable development. © 2023 IEEE.

A master-slave power battery management system based on STM32 microcontroller is designed to deal with the possible safety problems of lithium-ion batteries in power energy applications. The battery pack is composed of 12 cells in parallel with 76 cells in series, and the output peak power is as high as 46 kW. The master-slave modular design is adopted, and the communication is realized by CAN bus, which greatly improves the scalability of the system. The design can not only monitor the working state of the battery pack in real time, but also propose a two-levels fault handling method, which has the ability to monitor and protect the charging and discharging process of the battery pack. In addition, the design scheme, working principle and load test of the system are introduced in detail.
