Rapid advancements of the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)and artificial intelligence(AI)pose serious security issues by revealing secret ***,security data becomes a crucial issue in IIoT communication where secrecy needs to be guaranteed in real ***,AI techniques can be utilized to design image steganographic techniques in *** addition,encryption techniques act as an important role to save the actual information generated from the IIoT devices to avoid unauthorized *** order to accomplish secure data transmission in IIoT environment,this study presents novel encryption with image steganography based data hiding technique(EISDHT)for IIoT *** proposed EIS-DHT technique involves a new quantum black widow optimization(QBWO)to competently choose the pixel values for hiding secrete data in the cover *** addition,the multi-level discrete wavelet transform(DWT)based transformation process takes ***,the secret image is divided into three R,G,and B bands which are then individually encrypted using Blowfish,Twofish,and Lorenz Hyperchaotic *** last,the stego image gets generated by placing the encrypted images into the optimum pixel locations of the cover *** order to validate the enhanced data hiding performance of the EIS-DHT technique,a set of simulation analyses take place and the results are inspected interms of different *** experimental outcomes stated the supremacy of the EIS-DHT technique over the other existing techniques and ensure maximum security.

Amblyopia resulting from early deprivation of vision or defocus in one eye reflects an imbalance of input from the eyes to the visual *** tested the hypothesis that asynchronous stimulation of the two eyes might induce synaptic plasticity and rebalance *** on normal adults showed that repetitive brief exposure of grating stimuli,with the onset of each stimulus delayed by 8.3 ms in one eye,results in a shift in perceptual eye *** studies(Clinical trial registration number:Chi CTR2100049130),using popular 3D movies with similar asynchrony between the two eyes(amblyopic eye stimulated first)to treat anisometropic amblyopia,established that just 10.5 h of conditioning over<3 weeks produced improvement that met criteria for successful *** benefits of asynchronous conditioning accumulate over 20–3045 min sessions,and are maintained for at least 2 ***,we demonstrate that asynchronous binocular treatment alone is more effective than patching *** novel treatment is popular with children and is some 50 times more efficient than patching alone.

Summary: Most studies investigating the association between physical activity and osteoporosis prevention only focused on specific types of physical activity. This study’s evidence regarding the combined effects or interaction of sleep duration and physical activity. The findings emphasize the role of sleep duration and physical activity in association with osteoporosis. Purpose: The associations between physical activity, sleep duration, and prevalent osteoporosis in Taiwanese adults were studied in this cross-sectional study. Methods: The Taiwan Biobank enrolled a community-based cohort of ~ 120,000 volunteers (as of April 30, 2020) between 30 and 76 years of age with no history of cancer. Amongst, bone mineral density (BMD) measures by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) were available in 22,402 participants. After excluding individuals who had no complete data of BMI (n = 23), MET score (n = 207), T-score (n = 8,826), and sleep duration (n = 16), 13,330 subjects were included as the primary cohort. Univariate and multivariable regression analyses were performed to determine the associations between the presence of osteoporosis, physical activity level, sleep duration, and other variables. Results: The results showed that after adjustment, subjects with physical activity < 20 METs/week and ≥ 20 METs/week (aOR = 1.017 and 0.767, respectively) were associated with risk of osteoporosis than those with zero MET. The odds of osteoporosis were not significantly lower in subjects who slept for ≥ 8 h/day (aOR = 0.934,p=0.266). In addition, compared to short sleepers with no physical activity, adults with increased physical activity ≥ 20 METs/week and sleep ≥ 8 h/day had a significantly lowest likelihood of osteoporosis (aOR = 0.702). Those with medium physical activity (< 20 METs/week) plus average sleep duration (6.5–8 h/day) did not have significant higher odds of osteoporosis (aOR = 1.129,p=0.151). Background: The widespread use of electronic health records in the clinical and biomedical fields makes the removal of protected health information (PHI) essential to maintain privacy. However, a significant portion of information is recorded in unstructured textual forms, posing a challenge for deidentification. In multilingual countries, medical records could be written in a mixture of more than one language, referred to as code mixing. Most current clinical natural language processing techniques are designed for monolingual text, and there is a need to address the deidentification of code-mixed text. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness and underlying mechanism of fine-tuned pretrained language models (PLMs) in identifying PHI in the code-mixed context. Additionally, we aimed to evaluate the potential of prompting large language models (LLMs) for recognizing PHI in a zero-shot manner. Methods: We compiled the first clinical code-mixed deidentification data set consisting of text written in Chinese and English. We explored the effectiveness of fine-tuned PLMs for recognizing PHI in code-mixed content, with a focus on whether PLMs exploit naming regularity and mention coverage to achieve superior performance, by probing the developed models’ outputs to examine their decision-making process. Furthermore, we investigated the potential of prompt-based in-context learning of LLMs for recognizing PHI in code-mixed text. Results: The developed methods were evaluated on a code-mixed deidentification corpus of 1700 discharge summaries. We observed that different PHI types had preferences in their occurrences within the different types of language-mixed sentences, and PLMs could effectively recognize PHI by exploiting the learned name regularity. This paper examines the use of chaos theory towards the ensuring the securitoy of nonlinear signal communication networks. Chaos encryption is based on the given properties of the chaos: the minimized differences between two neighboring states, this method contributes to stronger protection based on definite non-predictability. Analysis of result shows that proposed chaos based methods provides better SNR, BER, and computation complexity than the conventional encryption method and hence suitable for WSNs. The methodology includes simulation of chaotic systems, conversion of information through chaotic masking and synchronization with the receiver for decoding. With the help of simulation, it is shown that chaos-based encrypting agents have optimal security measure in moderate noise level and relatively less computational time. The development of the chaos-based encryption encounters problems and these problems are mainly in the areas of synchronization between the chaos transmitter and the receiver, the chaos sensitivity to noise and how to implement the large number of nodes in a network. The interoperability with the next-gen technologies including quantum computing and machine learning holds the prospects for future investigations. These advancement might help enhance the flexibility and reliability of the chaos based encryption systems and thus open the gate for the practical implementation of the technology in various fields of application. According to this study, there is immense potential for using the chaos-based encryption technology applied to nonlinear communication networks but the further research is needed to overcome the practical issues. Further works should be directed into the improvement of noise tolerance, expansibility, and realism so as to to pave way for the real world adoption of chaos based cryptography to facilitate the security of modern day communication systems.

Lack of temperature sensation of myoelectric prosthetic hand limits the daily activities of *** this end,a noninvasive temperature sensation method is proposed to train amputees to sense temperature with psychophysical sensory *** this study,22 healthy participants took part besides 5 amputee *** duration time of the study was 31 days with five test steps according to the Leitner *** adjustable temperature mug and a Peltier were used to change the temperature of the water/phantom digits to induce temperature to ***,to isolate the surroundings and show colors,a Virtual Reality(VR)glass was *** statistical results conducted are based on the response of participants with questionnaire *** Chi-square tests,it is concluded that participants answer the experiment significantly correctly using the Leitner technique(P value<0.05).Also,by applying the“Repeated Measures ANOVA”,it is noticed that the time of numbness felt by participants had significant(P value<0.001)*** could remember lowest and highest temperatures significantly better than other temperatures(P value<0.001);furthermore,the well-trained amputee participant practically using the prosthesis with 72.58%could identify object’s temperature with only once time experimenting the color temperature.

In the digital era,electronic medical record(EMR)has been a major way for hospitals to store patients’medical *** traditional centralized medical system and semi-trusted cloud storage are difficult to achieve dynamic balance between privacy protection and data *** storage capacity of blockchain is limited and single blockchain schemes have poor scalability and low *** address these issues,we propose a secure and efficient medical data storage and sharing scheme based on double *** our scheme,we encrypt the original EMR and store it in the *** storage blockchain stores the index of the complete EMR,and the shared blockchain stores the index of the shared part of the *** with different attributes can make requests to different blockchains to share different parts according to their own *** experiments,it was found that cloud storage combined with blockchain not only solved the problem of limited storage capacity of blockchain,but also greatly reduced the risk of leakage of the original *** Extraction Signature(CES)combined with the double blockchain technology realized the separation of the privacy part and the shared part of the original *** symmetric encryption technology combined with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP–ABE)not only ensures the safe storage of data in the cloud,but also achieves the consistency and convenience of data update,avoiding redundant backup of *** analysis and performance analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our scheme.
