Bandung City has many thematic parks spread across several districts. One of them is Taman Lansia (Elderly Garden). Although according to Bandung City Government that parks are intended for all age groups, there should be a target for visitors based on different age groups in each park based on the theme. The elderly has physical and psychological limitations that cause the elderly age have special needs that are different from the productive and pre-productive age communities, so special facilities are needed for the elderly in Bandung. Based on observation, existing facilities in Taman Lansia had not been able to cover the elderly needs. So that, the purpose of the study was identifying visitor characteristics and analyzing the facilities needed at Taman Lansia according to the elderly characteristics. The data collection methods were getting observation and interviews. The variables must fulfill criteria for facility that the elderly needs, such as accessibility, security, and convenience. The analysis methods were descriptive analysis. This study indicated that Taman Lansia visitors were dominated by elderly residents. There were several types of facilities that have not been provided in accordance with the characteristics of the elderly such as ramp handrails. The available facilities did not consider the characteristics and needs of the elderly.

As the economy of cities grew at unprecedented rate, urbanites' changing perceptions of the way they see urban space – the city as an entertainment machine – creates a challenge that becomes the background for this study. Malang urbanized area is chosen as the unit of observation due to its potentials as the site for urban tourism development. New tourism icons and economic activities continue to emerge which begs the question as to why such things exist in Malang. Primary and secondary data are garnered through field observation, in-depth interview and from government policy related to tourism development. Mixed method is employed to reveal the effects of tourism sector development on the economic growth of the city. The findings indicate strong correlation between the two; however, cautionary note should be taken as there are many external factors beyond tourism sector development which affect the economic growth of Malang urban area during the observed period. Culinary activities create direct impact as seen through the increase of locally-owned revenues while thematic neighbourhood tourism development affects the local economy and informal sector.

The provision of more comprehensive bathymetric data, for not just apply to the modern marine application but also the development of national data infrastructure. This demand has created a series of development in bathymetric data acquisition throughout the year from the lead line, ship-borne sounding, to air-borne Lidar. However, it has pros and cons in each bathymetric data acquisition related to cost, time, manpower and accessibility. The integration idea drives from the successful of Satellite-Derived Bathymetry technique in solving the problem, moreover, this the way to achieve the data with a uniform resolution in acceptable time and cost. Therefore, this study conducted to generate bathymetric mapping at '`Pantai Tok Jembal'' using Single Band Algorithm (SBA) for two visible bands (Blue and Green) and Green Band Algorithm (GBA). Two comparative analysis conducted in this study first is between SBA-Blue and SBA-Green to evaluate the ability of each band to estimate bathymetry at '`Pantai Tok Jembal'' shallow-coastal water area and while second is between SBA-Green and GBA method to evaluate the ability of each statistical approach in computing absolute water depth. Further, the result evaluated using SBES ground truth data. The root mean square error (RMSE) and R-squared (R 2 ) computed between Single Beam Echo Sounding (SBES) data and Satellite-Derived Bathymetry (SBA and GBA), and the result shows that SBA-Green stand out in both analysis; moreover, this study successfully produces 49.69 km 2 area (Extended Area) bathymetric mapping at '`Pantai Tok Jembal'', Terengganu, Malaysia. However, to support marine application and national data infrastructure, it requires more comprehensive bathymetric data which is giving high in accuracy and reliability, further research needs to undertake to fulfil this support.

Feeding on shrimp culture is important to the shrimp growth process so that the expected yields are achieved. Feeding must be balanced and timely, there are no advantages or disadvantages in feeding because all the feed provided is not necessarily completely consumed by shrimp, therefore it is necessary to have technology that can control shrimp feeding. Automatic shrimp feed technology can be a solution to the problem of feeding to support the productivity of shrimp culture. Automatic shrimp feeder is built using an arduino microcontroller module, RTC module (Real Time Clock), and feed throwing system. The shrimp feeding method with the working principle of shrimp feeder is shrimp feed thrown horizontally due to centrifugal force. With the influence of the centrifugal force from the propeller spreader, the feed will be thrown throughout the surface of the pond. Feeding is controlled using Arduino by setting the time. Shrimp feeding is done every 4 hours and the appliance is on for 7 minutes to spread 10 kg of feed for the number of shrimps 1,500 and the width of kolan 400 m2 with a minimum throwing distance of feed 1 meter and a maximum of 7 meters.

Aluminum is important material due to high strength/weight ratio. Nickel plating is proposed on luminium for the purpose of improving wear resistance, tribological properties, surface hardness, and decorative appearance. There are number of difficulties when electroplating nickel on luminium is expected. The luminium is amphoteric are soluble in both alkaline and acid. The potential difference between luminium and nickel can affect the deposition reaction due to the diameter and the crystal lattice structure of both different atoms. This study developed nickel electroplating on luminium. Copper and zinc are used as intermediate deposits and final pretreatment coating performed with nickel plating. Interface layers that have been produced are investigated to determine the quality of the nickel layer is obtained.

One of the solutions for fossil fuel crisis is to find alternative energy based on renewable materials. In this research, catalytic cracking of used cooking oil has been investigated to produce biofuel using Cr-charcoal catalyst. The charcoal was produced from solid waste (shell) of palm oil industry. Chromium solutions with various concentrations (1%, 2%, and 3%) were impregnated into charcoal to produce Cr-charcoal catalyst. The catalysts were used for catalytic cracking of used cooking oil at three levels of temperature: 450°C, 500°C and 550°C. The XRD patterns and SEM images of the catalyst showed that the catalyst was in amorphous form. SEM-EDX analysis showed that the Chromium was impregnated into charcoal successfully with amount of Chromium absorbed into charcoal was 0.51%; 1.07% and 14.38% respectively. The SEM images also showed that charcoal as supported catalyst and Cr-charcoal catalyst have unique pores. The highest liquid oil fraction was obtained by catalytic cracking at 500°C using 3% Cr-Charcoal catalyst. The liquid product of this process was mainly diesel oil with 8-24 carbon atoms (86.35%) and the rest was liquid product with 6-7 carbon atoms.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), an acute capillary leak syndrome caused by dengue virus, is one of the major public health problems in Indonesia. Several major DHF outbreaks have occurred, and the incidence rate has increased from year to year. The increasing use of social media for health-related activities and the geolocation social media data can be leveraged to enhance the current surveillance system for controlling communicable diseases, including DHF. This study explores Instagram, one of the most popular social media in Indonesia, to analyze posts about DHF toward improving the surveillance system. We extract Instagram posts in 2017 - 2018 with geolocation and date-time value, that contained one or more DHF keywords in Indonesian language (i.e., demam berdarah dengue, demam berdarah, dengue, Aides aegypti, and fogging), resulting in 665 posts in dataset 2017 and 976 in dataset 2018. The preprocessing of the dataset includes tokenization, word normalization, stop word removal, stemming, and building the term-document matrix. The training dataset is labeled into news, education and information, and other classes, and the K- nearest neighbors (KNN) is applied to classify the DHF posts. The accuracy of the KNN classifier is 71% for the 2017 dataset and 77% for the 2018 dataset. For the deployment, we perform spatial analysis and compare the results with the actual DHF cases from the Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The spatial analysis results report that 17 provinces reveal similar changes between the number of DHF posts on Instagram and the number of actual cases from 2017 to 2018, while 17 other provinces reveal the opposing changes. The results and findings of this study show that Instagram posts may contribute to enhance the current surveillance system. For example, the frequency of Instagram posts and its sharp increase may indicate unusual events about the DHF situation in a specific province.

Rainwater harvesting is the local collection of rainwater and its storage using various technologies, with the aim of using it to meet water needs in human activities. The factors that affect the quality of rainwater runoff in the rainwater harvesting system are the rainwater harvesting components and external factors, such as climatological conditions that include the intensity of rainfall and dry days. This study aims to analyze the quality of rainwater runoff from various types of roof, the influencing factors, and the potential utilization of rainwater runoff in residential–industrial areas. Three types of full-scale roofs—asbestos, clay tile, and galvanized zinc—were observed. Rainwater runoff was sampled from each type of roof using a composite method. The Mann–Whitney test and Spearman's correlation coefficient were used to determine the significance of the factors that influenced the quality of the rainwater runoff and the relationships of each factor to the quality of rainwater runoff, respectively. The results revealed that internal factors, such as type of roofing material and slope of the roof, have a significant influence on the quality of rainwater runoff, while a high intensity of rainfall and long dry periods, as external factors, caused higher concentrations of contaminants in rainwater runoff. Though some parameters of rainwater runoff met quality standards, it is recommended that a simple water treatment unit be installed to ensure clean water for sanitation needs.
