The development of the smartphones that rapidly increasing, and high smartphone Users as a tool to make a lot of information, make emergence of instant messaging applications with a variety of options for use. Telegram, as one of the instant messaging application that is fairly new, offering in its various features compared to other instant messaging applications, so it can grow rapidly and much in demand in only 2 years. One of the interesting features is the Bot telegram, a special account without number that can handle Command from the User and gives answers appropriate to Command functionality. The account serves as the interface of the running system that communicate via Telegram Bot API. This study seeks to build a Bot telegram with database to built The Online Test application uses Telegram Bots Version 1.0. In each lecture meeting, a Lecturer can make a short test in the form of multiple choices to review the material at the previous meeting and get information about what percentage of students understand the material that has been taught before. We can use the application to send realtime messages to facilitate the test. Of course, which supports the creation of bots easily to add features that did not yet exist. Of the many we chose Telegram to be an online test environment by utilizing the Bot creation facilities provided by Telegram. This article will be a guide that makes it easier for lecturers to give a simple test at the beginning of the meeting, so that they can attract students' daily grades. And in order to be more interactive there are features of student value progress reports that can also be accessed individually so that students can know the progress of their learning outcomes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Identification of T – pier construction work activities on the elevated railway project to develop work breakdown structure

The development of elevated railway infrastructures in Indonesia is going rapidly. The uniqueness of the T-Pier construction in the elevated railway project is the construction method that causes many activities to execute. The explained activities in the construction method were not clear, neither treated in much detail. In line with the problem, this research aim is to identify T-Piers construction work activities specifically. The project sample was MRT Jakarta CP 103 elevated section and T-Pier construction was the object of the case study. The first stage of this research was archive analysis, expert validation, and surveying of 100 bridge engineers. The collected data were analyzed by the descriptive analysis method. Then the work breakdown structure tree diagram was developed and shown the activities development. There were 31 activities identified starting from preparation until finishing and grouped into the main section group of activities i.e. pile cap, pier column, installation, and dismantling of temporary shoring, and pier head group activities. All the experts agreed that the activities identified were valid and almost all respondents 100% agree. The activities identified were at level 5 in the work breakdown structure development. The detailed activities can be standardized as a reference in future similar projects.

Adaptive irregular grid of seismic tomography: A synthetic test

Seismic tomography is a method that is widely applied to obtain seismic velocity structures below the surface. This method is applied to various cases, from global to regional scales, as well as local scales such as in the case of volcanoes, geothermal areas and underground mining. Until now, the grid form that is still widely used is the regular grid form. With a very rigid grid shape, it will be more difficult and inflexible to model the geometry of certain geological models that are very varied, even though mathematically there is no reason to avoid certain grid shapes and sizes. In order to minimize the uncertainty of the subsurface geological model grid, we developed a script to perform seismic tomography where the shape and size of the grid can be made irregular based on the Voronoi diagram. The number of grids in the inversion process can also adaptively increase or decrease based on the number of the raypath data. We then applied it to the synthetic crosshole tomography data and compared the results with the regular grid. With the irregular shape and size of the grid, better inversion results are obtained and are more suitable with the synthetic model.

Identification of high safety risks in box girder bridge construction to develop a safety plan for elevated railway projects

Indonesia is active in infrastructure development, especially the railway infrastructure. Currently, there are a lot of elevated railway construction projects and there are many construction accidents in elevated construction. Different construction methods in elevated construction lead to different safety risks. Therefore, it is necessary to identify safety risks, especially high risks. The main objective of this research is to identify high safety risks in box girder construction on elevated railway projects. This research was designed in 3 main stages, starting from risk identification, expert validation, and risk assessment survey. The main variable is the safety risk in box girder construction with launching gantry, heavy shoring, and cast in situ method. The project reviewed is the Double Track (DDT) Railway Project in Jakarta. The result of the analysis shows that there were some high safety risks in box girder construction with launching gantry method, heavy shoring method, and cast in situ method i.e. traffic accident, hit by heavy equipment, fall from a height, struck down by material, wire hanger broke, formwork collapse, heavy shoring collapse, heavy equipment overturned and collapsed and struck down by box girder. The result of this research can be a determinant in the development of good construction safety planning for the next elevated railway project.

This study examines the mapping of research data on digital technology in the field of health education using bibliometric analysis method. Data was collected by identifying keywords in the Scopus database and sorting them out to sort the studies from the last 10 years (2012–2021). Through this step, a total of 1482 documents were obtained (articles, journals, proceedings, books, and others). The data is then processed using the VOSViewer instrument to obtain a visualization of the mapping analysis. This study also analyzes the network types of authors and co-authors through the VOSViewer instrument. The result of this study indicates that the most document types published within ten years are Articles (66.5%), Review (22.9 % ), Conference Paper (4.2 % ), and others. The most studied subjects are Medicine (55.7%), Nursing (9.0%), Health Professions (8.2%), Social Sciences (7.8%), engineering (3.9%), Computer Science (2.6 % ), Environmental Science (2.6 % ), Biochemistry-Genetics and Molecular Biology (2.2%), Psychology (1.6%), and Dentistry (1.3%). This study offers a written communication process and the nature and direction of developing descriptive means of counting and analyzing the various phases of communication as well as recognizing the authorship and direction of its symptoms in documents on the subject of digital technology in the health sector.

Natural disaster nowadays often occur in Indonesia due to climate change, especially those related to atmospheric dynamics anomalies. The statutory event of atmospheric turbulence statistically is quite significant in its improvement. This is an important issue to conduct research both in the analysis of atmospheric dynamics and early detection solutions for these events. The Windshear phenomenon is an atmospheric turbulence disaster that occurs below an altitude of 3000 feet, often known as low level windshear (LLWS), which is very dangerous for planes taking take-off or landing. Its effect on the aircraft will result in increased airflow on the wings, so this increased airflow will result in a sudden increase in aircraft speed. If the pilot is not aware of the indication of the windshear, he will instinctively throttle back to reduce/compensate for the aircraft's speed. However, once the plane passes through the wind shear zone, the wind suddenly turns into a downdraft. The design of windshear early detection devices have been developed to complement research on the dynamics of the atmosphere. The results obtained are anomalous changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure at this time, and the windshear sensor can detect it well. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Many reports related with alkali treatment on coir of coconut are available but the data related with the stress-strain curve is not provided. In this research stress-strain curve of tensile test data of the coconut single fiber obtained from alkali treatment with 5% NaOH is provided. Seven repetitions was conducted. The results indicate that the fiber is linier elastic with no indication as ductile material. The average of tensile strength is 130.9 MPa, failure (maximum) strain is 22.4 % and modulus of elasticity is 681.4 MPa. Randomly addition of 3 cm length of coconut fiber with fraction 15% in to the unsaturated polyester give maximum reinforcement that reach tensile strength of the composite about 24.5 MPa

This study investigated the anticancer potential of the endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp., extracted from soursop leaves. The metabolite profile of Phomopsis sp. was analyzed and its anticancer and apoptotic activities were assessed in both human breast cancer cell (MCF-7) and normal Vero cell lines. Phomopsis sp. were cultivated in yeast malt broth, extracted with ethyl acetate, and separated using column chromatography. The brine shrimp lethality test gave ten fractions (F1–F10), with F1 demonstrating the highest cytotoxicity (LC50 = 2.33 µg/mL). The obtained fractions were evaluated for antiproliferative effects, revealing an IC50 of 5.65 µg/mL for MCF-7 cells and 5.21 µg/mL for Vero cells, indicating effective anti-proliferation through apoptosis, as confirmed by acridine orange-ethidium bromide staining. Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry identified 38 active compounds in F1, including known anticancer agents such as cytosporone C, kynurenic acid, maraniol, (-)-caryophyllene oxide, and chalcone. Computational in silico analyses utilizing PASS online, molecular docking, ADMET/pharmacokinetic studies, density functional theory (DFT) analysis, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations further validated chalcone as a promising anticancer candidate. Chalcone exhibited favorable ADMET/pharmacokinetic properties and achieved the highest docking score -8.392 kcal/mol among the compounds tested. MD simulations over 300 ns demonstrated that chalcone outperformed tamoxifen, with binding energy calculations revealing a value of -227.069 kJ/mol compared to -45.598 kJ/mol for tamoxifen. These findings highlight the therapeutic potential of Phomopsis sp. and its bioactive compounds, particularly chalcones, as candidates for effective anti-breast cancer therapies. © 2025, The Authors. This investigative research aims to convert urban non-organic waste fuels such as plastic waste into energy using fixed bed pyrolysis technology. Pyrolysis fixed bed (PFB) is one of the most efficient technologies for converting various types of undegradable solid waste into thermal energy and liquid fuels with high efficiency. The study was conducted on a lab-scale PFB reactor with dimensions of 15 cm and 55 cm in diameter and bed height respectively. The reactor is equipped with a cooling and decomposition system to accommodate liquid and gas products. Reactor temperature variations using an external heater were tested and quartz sands were selected as a bed material to improve the temperature function of the PFB reactor so as the maximum quality and quantity of liquid product were obtained. The fuel properties of the derived oil were tested including their physical properties, calorific value, elemental measurement (CHNOS) analysis. The results of the study showed that the increase in temperature resulted in an increased pyrolysis performance which was indicated by the increased volume and liquid caloric value. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

An analysis of the damage level and reconstruction priority of elementary school buildings in the Central Lombok District

In Central Lombok District, the allocation of funds for the rehabilitation of elementary schools is very small compared to the number of schools that need reconstruction. The percentage of classroom rehabilitation work based on the target schools only reached 9.96%. Consequently, it needs to study to analyze the damage level of buildings and find out the most influenced criteria in formulating decisions for selecting school priorities that must be rehabilitated. Due to controlled aspects and standards are quite a lot and more sophisticated, accordingly the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is the proper method for solving these complex problems. The sample in this study was 13 of the 25 schools that received special funds in 2018. The application of the AHP method was preceded by a survey involving experts who were competent in their fields. The results showed that the number of schools with moderate damage was six and severely damaged as many as seven schools. At the same time, based on the order of priority, building repairs are determined by the most influential criteria, namely the level of damage and primary education data.
