In this investigation, a quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) model coupled with a quantum neural network (QNN) was used to explore the corrosion inhibition efficiency (CIE) of quinoxaline compounds. Integrating quantum chemical properties (QCP) features reduced computational burden by strategically reducing the features from 11 to 4 while maintaining prediction accuracy. QNN models outperform traditional methods like artificial neural networks (ANN) and multilayer perceptron neural networks (MLPNN), with a coefficient of determination (R 2 ) value of 0.987, coupled with diminished root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute deviation (MAD) values of 0.97, 0.92, and 1.10, respectively. Predictions for six newly synthesized quinoxaline derivatives: quinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid (Q1) , methyl quinoxaline-6-carboxylate (Q2) , (2 E ,3 E )-2,3-dihydrazono-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline (Q3) , (2 E ,3 E ) 2,3-dihydrazono-6-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline (Q4) , ( E )-3-(4-methoxyethyl)-7-methylquinoxalin-2(1 H)-one (Q5) , and 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-methylthieno[3,2- b ] quinoxaline (Q6) , show remarkable CIE values of 95.12, 96.72, 91.02, 92.43, 89.58, and 93.63 %, respectively. This breakthrough technique simplifies testing and production procedures for new anti-corrosion materials.

This paper presents the design to the implementation of the proportional, integral and derivative (PID) remote control system of robot manipulator using Matlab-based Internet network. These studies seek the solution of distance operations, time constraints, and monitoring the operation response of robot manipulator motion as robot that possible to carry dangerous objects which is should be monitored remotely during the operation. PID control system that is controlled remotely by the client and server systems. The monitoring process of robot manipulator is Matlab-based. Testing is done by doing observation to the speed response of the DC motor as the robot's axis driver on open loop system condition, and then doing observation using PID control system. The test of axis robot driver has also been carried out with a variety of no-load and load conditions. The test results showed the motor driver of robot will work optimally when using PID control system. The data acquisition and the stability of data communication between the client and server are affected by the condition of the existing data transfer on the network and also the distance from the server to the plant. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study has several purposes. First, this study aims to investigate the effect of consumer-brand value congruence, brand distinctiveness, brand social benefit, brand warmth, and memorable brand experience on customer-brand identification (CBI). We call all of those factors as the antecedent factor of CBI. Second, this study aims to investigate the effect of CBI on customer loyalty. Third, investigate the role of product involvement as a moderating variable of the relationship between brand distinctiveness, brand social benefit, brand warmth, memorable brand experience and CBI. This research used primary data collected through closed questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-5. The total sample size was 273 respondents located in Semarang City who has or has been using Acer Laptop for minimal one year. This research was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) method through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of data processing indicated that all of the antecedent factors of CBI have the positive and significant effect on CBI of the user of Acer Laptop. In this case, among the five antecedent factors of CBI, value congruence has the greatest effect on CBI of the user of Acer Laptop. The result of data processing also indicated that CBI has the positive and significant effect on brand loyalty of user of Acer Laptop. This study fails to prove the role of product involvement as a moderating variable of the relationship between brand distinctiveness, brand social benefit, brand warmth, memorable brand experience and CBI of the user of Acer Laptop. Moreover, based on the result of hypothesis testing, this study gives some recommendation to Acer Laptop to develop or create some features which are match with the value of user of Laptop Acer in Semarang City. © 2018 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.

Marine debris has become a global concern due to its impact on marine ecosystems. These materials generally come from land and are deposited to marine environment through different agent of carrier. Many efforts are being made to monitor the dynamics of the debris including their presence and their variability in relation to seasons. The latter are assumed from the facts that the presence of the debris is mainly affected by the waves, speed, and direction of ocean currents in the area of interest. In this study, variation of debris in dry and wet season at Manado Bay was assessed by using a shoreline technique. Two locations are selected, Bailang and Malalayang beach. The samplings were conducted in August 2019 (represent dry season) and January 2020 (represent wet season). Several parameters are examined during the sampling; they are: amount of material, type of debris, composition, and spatial density of each type for macro-size (>2.5 cm) and meso-size (0.5–2.5 cm). The results showed that there was variation on composition and density, but the types of debris remain unchanged. Our present study concluded that variation in the season do not affect the variability of marine debris in Manado Bay.

The occurrence of landslides in the hills of Walahir, Kidang Pananjung village, Cililin subdistrict. Bandung in May 2004 needed attention and research so that the causes of the landslide could be identified. This landslide took many lives and property, heaped around 5 hectares of rice fields and residents' villages below and claimed 15 lives. Based on geotechnical investigations, the slip plane is at a depth of 4 meters from the ground surface and the area of the landslide ranges from 30,000 m2 leaving weathered rock beneath. Is the opening of agricultural land and fields followed by the use of chemical fertilizers is one of the causes of landslides? This study aims to determine the effect of a single chemical fertilizer (Urea, Za, SP36) and compound (Green Giant NPK, MKP) on the soil under conditions of optimum water content and water saturation or soaked which are carried out at the Chemical Laboratory of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Bandung and Mechanics Laboratory Bandung Institute of Technology. Research on the influence of chemical fertilizers which is carried out using percentages of 1%, 2% and 3% with a relatively short ripening time intends to analyze the extent to which chemical fertilizers have an effect. Research is limited to the identification of minerals and chemical elements of original soil, soil physis properties, Atterberg boundaries, soil index properties, soil classification, soil elastic modulus. Hypothesis; The chemical content of fertilizers in the soil causes changes in soil characteristics. The method of taking original soil is by drilling original soil around the area where landslide disaster occurred at the same height as the height of the landslide slope, soil samples taken from depths of 1 meter and 3 meters from the surface of the land or the base layer between soil and rocks based on ASTM D-1452, 1587, 1586. Volcanostratigraphy study of Slamet Volcano and the Implication to Its Early Stage of Geothermal Exploration

The application of volcanostratigraphy has been broadly used on many early stages of geothermal exploration. The method is simple yet powerful to give a preliminary suspicion on geothermal potential before a field survey. By combining contour analysis in certain scale (1:50,000 and 1:100,000) such as ridge and river pattern with the stratigraphic analysis of volcanic product the volcanostratigraphy units are determined. In this study, the volcanostratigraphy units were assessed using geothermal potential evaluation scheme for a stratovolcano to determine the potential of a geothermal green *** the object of the study, a quarternary stratovolcano of Slamet Volcanic Complex in Central Java region was analyzed. Eight volcanostratigraphic units were determined in Slamet Volcanic Complex area and its surrounding, including six crowns and two hummocks. In addition, the hydrothermal fluid from several manifestations within the Slamet Volcanic Complex area (warm springs) were analysed to characterize the potentials of Slamet Volcanic Complex Region. Based on these determined volcanostratigraphy units,the occurrence of hydrothermal manifestation within the defined volcanostratigraphy units, the result of hydrothermal fluid analysis, and the criteria matching to the potential evaluation scheme for stratovolcano, the Slamet Volcanic Complex was categorized as potentially beneficial to be surveyed in detail. In such system, the volcanostratigraphy method is relatively simple and reliable to be applied since the volcanic evolution sequences data are accessible.

Use of the Web API as a basis for obtaining the latest data on bitcoin prices at 30 exchange places

Bitcoin has become a commodity traded by millions of traders from all over the world. This is one of the causes of fluctuating price movements. From the data we got on coinmarketcap, Bitcoin is traded on various cryptocurrency trading exchanges. And at every exchange that has a reputation, of course, has an API service to access historical data about the price movements of all the crypto commodities they have traded from the start. By using the PHP programming language and implementation of the CURL function for JSON readings, we can pull Bitcoin movement data in real time. In this paper, Bitcoin is specifically observed because it is the forerunner and the main cryptocurrency commodity traded and is a determinant of Alternative coin price movements in general. In this paper Bitcoin price monitoring is carried out at 30 reputable exchange places through API access provided by each exchange place. Furthermore, conclusions are drawn about the various variants of how to access the API from the 30 bitcoin exchange places. The program code that is displayed directly in this paper can then be used as an initial reference if you want to develop a Cryptocurrency price movement monitoring application for Bitcoin. At the end of the paper, an example of the application of Bitcoin price monitoring will be presented using a web-based application containing charts and supporting indicators as well as a telegram bot to display price depth charts.

Volcanostratigraphic Approach and its Implication for Geothermal Evaluation in Talang Volcano West Sumatra

The desk studies are a fundamental preliminary step in any geologic investigation of volcanic regions. These studies are very important approaches used in the reconnaissance survey stage for the exploration of volcanic geothermal systems. Volcanostratigraphic study has been done in Talang volcano and nearby regions, where the two topographic maps on the scale of 1:100000 and 1:50000 were utilized by drawing the patterns of drainage, ridges and flows without intersecting these flows. The first scale employed to distinguish eruption product units based on their respective eruptive centers (Crown), as well as a map on 1:50000 scale to find detailed parasitic distributed unit (s) product such as (Hummock). The challenge based on this approach is to distinguish different volcanic products based on their origins without ground truthing. Thus, the correlation with existing published geological map was employed. One volcanic unit were identified (Talang Brigade) which consists of three eruption centers (The Talang Bawah, Talang Batino and Talang Jantan Crowns) and three Hummocks with different ages based on age of eruption. The volcanostatigraphic units, is bounded by a large Talang Brigade caldera with a diameter more than 2 km. Based on analyses of the dimension, maturity, stress regimes, and an estimation of the thermal resource base of its magmatic heat source, it was concluded that Talang volcano as a geothermal potential that deserves further detailed studies before embarking to development phase. For verifying desk work studies, the detailed volcanostratigraphic mapping is recommended to understand the physical- and chemical properties of the volcanic rocks and provide the history of volcanism and validation of the potentially geothermal boundaries.

Nanocellulose Obtained from Biomass as Advance Adsorbent for Methylene Blue and Crystal Violet

In this research, the ability of papaya tree trunks as nanocellulose adsorbent for dyes removal was conducted. The synthesis of nanocellulose is carried out in several steps, including isolation of cellulose using the extraction method, immersion with a variety of alkaline bases, namely KOH, KOH+NH3, and KOH+Na2CO3 and synthesis of nanocellulose by hydrolysis reaction. The adsorption process was carried out in batch method, by contacting the nanocellulose adsorbent with the dye, then filtered and observed the change in concentration using UV-Vis. Meanwhile, to observe the functional groups contained in the nanocellulose obtained from synthesis of papaya tree stems FTIR result was evaluated. The results showed that all cellulose-forming groups (CO, CH2, CH) were present in synthesis nanocellulose in accordance with those of the commercial. The synthesis results with variations in the alkaline base which the closest to commercial yield was the variation with the alkaline KOH base. In addition, determination of adsorption performance of ones is compared with performance of commercial nanocellulose.

Transformers play a big role in the distribution of electrical energy. One of the factors that determines the reliability level of the transformer is the life of the transformer. If the transformer is used longer, the level reliability of its transformer will be decrease. The purpose of this research was to predict the life of a transformer based on the health index transformer calculation, then the value of health index transformer will be modeled by using artificial neural network. The results of this research were the values used as the parameters in transformer testing, which were insulating oil, furan, and dissolved gas. One of the advantages of artificial neural network methods in predicting the life of the transformer is a calculation error that can be minimized. From the result of this research, the transformer's life prediction system can be used directly to determine the lives of other transformers, both new and operating ones, with a low percentage of errors. Furthermore, this method can be used as an option in maintaining power transformers.
