This study aims to: 1) describe the mechanism of the level 2 IQF (the Indonesian Qualifications Framework) descriptor development for electrical engineering, and 2) formulate a set of detailed-level-2 descriptors for electrical engineering. The method used to develop the descriptors is brainstorming between the researcher and several experts from both academicians and practitioners. Meanwhile, the method to formulate the IQF descriptors for electrical engineering is literature review referring to The Indonesian National Work Competency Standard (SKKNI) and focus group discussion involving experts from academicians, Professional Certification Institute Gema PDKB, the Association of Indonesian Electrical Works (APEI), Consortium for Electrical Installation Safety (KONSUIL), and industry practitioners such as PT. LEN Bandung, PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia, and PT. Smart Energi Semesta. The descriptors are in the form of the guttman scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was then tested on limited-scale respondents. The KR 20 method was employed to examine the reliability and resulted in r11 = 0.9;thus, the guttman scale questionnaire was considered "very reliable". The respondents consisted of 8 academicians, 8 electrical engineering teachers at vocational high schools, and 8 industrial practitioners. The collected data were then analyzed descriptively. This study resulted in a set of level 2 IQF descriptors which were designed according to the taxonomy of electricity system, namely electric power transmission system descriptors, electric power distribution system descriptors, and electric power utilization descriptors. In regard to electric power transmission system, 103 out of 154 (67%) descriptors were approved by more than 80% of respondents;for electric power distribution system, 83 descriptors (75%) were approved by more than 80% of respondents;and for electric power utilization system, 61 descriptors (94%) were approved by more than 8

Big data technology is the overall technology that can handle the processing associated with analyzing the data to explore the potential that is in it. The problem found in the accumulation of village status data that has not been utilized in the decision-making process to determine the status of the next village and the absence of an application to process the data stored in the data database so that a tool is developed to analyze the buildup. Mineral resources of a region are development assets and are one of the essential capital of development as well as the source or potential of wealth in the area. To make the right use for the welfare of the community, there is a need for proper identification of types, positions and reserves, excavation, and management. Therefore, to manage the mine deposit, especially industrial minerals, an area needs to be mapped to reveal mining resources concerning the type, size, and position of deposits in a field. The purpose of the study was to determine the potential for the dissemination of mining excavations in Situbondo Regency. The research method used remote sensing with guided techniques based on data in the field and geological maps. Based on remote sensing results, it was found that there were 5 minerals in Situbondo Regency. The excavated materials are sand, limestone, trass, mountain rock, and phosphate.

Research on the effect of T6 heat treatment and artificial life time on crystal size, density dislocation, hardness, and microstructure of Al 6061 alloy material made from powder metallurgy. The T6 heat treatment starts with a solid solution which is heated at 530 ° C, held for 60 minutes, then quenching into the water media, and the artificial aging process at 200 ° C and variations in the holding time of 1h, 24h, and 30h. Crystal size, dislocation density and lattice microstructure testing using X-ray diffractometer, hardness testing with Vickers scale and surface microstructure with SEM-EDX. Test results of crystal size, dislocation density, and micro lattice strain on 4 phase α-Al at the miller index plane (111), (200), (220), and (311) show that the crystal size increases with the duration of heating time of artificial aging. While dislocation density and micro lattice strain increase over a heating period of 1h to 30h, dislocation density and lattice strain decrease at the Miller index plane (111) to (311). The hardness testing of Al 6061 as-cast material was 54 HV after quenching the water hardness value of 75 HV, but after artificial aging the hardness decreased with a longer holding time from 45.50 HV to 39.95 HV. Microstructure observations with SEM-EDX, showed that the Al 6061 test sample without heat treatment showed a dominant α-Al matrix, whereas in the Al 6061 sample after the T6 process it was seen that the Mg2Si phase functioned to harden the Al 6061 alloy.

In this paper introduces the 'Eco-green Design Concept' to utilize plastic waste (type 2) as fishing boat material. This concept will recycle 3 tonnes of plastic waste into the material of a fishing boat. In addition, the implementation element of eco-green design concept (design quality (D), Environmental Friendly (E), Eco-green Material (G)) into the design of fishing vessels has been successful. The concept does not only utilize type 2 plastic waste into the hull of the ship, but the design of the ship is made to have small resistance, good stability and has a large cargo area. The Southern Trans-Java Route (Jalur Jalan Lintas Selatan – JJLS) infrastructure development is a national program that goes through five provinces in the island of Java, namely the provinces of East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta Special Region, West Java, and Banten. In Yogyakarta, the Southern Trans-Java Route (JJLS) cuts across three regencies, which are Gunungkidul Regency, Bantul Regency, and Kulonprogo Regency. This research selected locations in Jetis Village, Saptosari District, Gunungkidul Regency, Gadingsari Village, Sanden District, Bantul Regency, and Sindutan Village, Temon District, Kulonprogro Regency for its study. The aims of this research are to analyze price changes that occur. The research method employed in this study is the qualitative descriptive analysis method. The villages set as study locations were determined by purposive method and data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with informants who understand the issues relevant to the research objectives. Based on the acquired study results, the highest change in land price took place in Sindutan Village. A significant increase in land price occurred.

By using the principle of circular economy, the value of products and materials is maintained and utilized as long as possible, so that the landfill can be limited as little as possible. Electronic devices that are no longer used sooner or later will end up at the final processing site such as landfills or incinerators, where they will release toxic material into the air, soil and water, whereas the circular economy concept for e-waste can also be applied. Therefore, this research aims to make a small to medium size e-waste collection pilot project within the scope of UNTAR and UPH industrial engineering students, with participatoryergonomic approach. The research method used is action research anddata collected includes the number of core team students' participation, the amount of participation outside the core team, the form of participation, the network created, the average length of time for e-waste storage before donating, the amount of e-waste per category. In this project there were 102 students involved and divided into 19 groups. Total e-waste collected was 738 pieces.

The purpose of this research is to know the growth rate and biomass production of Scenedesmus obliquus in palm oil mill effluent (POME) medium taken from aerobic pond and to know the lipid concentration produced by S. obliquus. In this research, S. obliquus was cultured in various POME concentration, those were 20, 60, 80, 90, 95, and 100% v/v, while the concentration of inoculum was 30% v/v, and fatty acid content was analysed by gas chromatography. The results revealed that growth rate was decrease with the increasing concentration of POME (0.3545, 0.1792, 0.1566, 0.1268, 0.1158, and 0.1008/day), dry biomass weight was increase with the increasing concentration of POME (0.40, 1.20, 1.30, 1.77, 2.28, and 2.45 g/L), and lipid content also tended to increase with the increasing concentration of POME (13.10%, 36.59%, 36.65%, 50.37%, 60.40%, and 64.98%). Oleic acid and behenic acid were the dominant fatty acid content in S. obliquus lipid cultured in 100% concentration POME media. It is concluded that aerobic-pond POME can be utilized as growth medium for S. obliquus with a high lipid content.
