Promoting transformation of energy structure while preventing industry chain supply chain risks has become an important issue facing coal industry chain supply chain (CICSC) under “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. This study is based on evolutionary game model to investigate the risk prevention and regulatory issues involving chain master enterprises, other enterprises, and government regulators. Research results indicate that: (1) System evolution of risk prevention and control of CICSC is not constant convergence in theoretical optimal strategy combination, there is a systematic bias in behavioral decision-making. (2) Reference effect, risk preferences and other subjective preferences heterogeneity affects value judgment of decision makers. The effect of cost reference is greater than that of utility reference, maintaining risk avoidance in cost problems and risk pursuit in revenue problems can help to improve the quality of individual decision-making. (3) There is a non-linear effect of fairness preference on risk prevention and control of CICSC, it makes fairness preference have the positive impact to risk prevention and control when intensity of fairness preference is in moderate range and types of fairness preference are arranged and combined in a scientific order, otherwise, fairness preference will become a kind of behavior that is “detrimental to others and not beneficial to oneself”. We propose new insights for risk prevention and control from the aspects of achievement transformation and guarantee mechanisms, building reward and punishment mechanisms and so on, call for further analysis of risk prevention and control according to specific risks in each link of CICSC in future research. © 2025 The Author(s)

The improper and excessive use of doxycycline (DOX) poses a significant risk to public health through food residues and soil/water contamination, however on-site and accurately distinguish DOX from complex substrates (especially other tetracycline antibiotics which with similar molecular structures) remains a significant challenge for field analysis. In this work, an amino-functionalized cerium-based metal-organic framework (NH2-Ce-MOF) with high peroxidase activity was one-step synthesized by dielectric barrier discharge microplasma. The DOX adsorbs more readily on the (001) crystal faces of NH2-Ce-MOF compared with other tetracyclines, thus facilitating its distinct recognition. Based on the inward filtration effect (IFE) and selective adsorption between NH2-Ce-MOF and TMB, a high effective dual-mode colorimetric/fluorescent DOX sensor was developed and applied for on-site analyzing really pharmaceutical and livestock sewage samples by smartphone assisted visualization, with a concentration range of 0.1-150 μM and a low limit of detection (LOD) of 79 nM with recoveries ranging from 96.56%-107.22%. © 2025, The Authors. Unreliable supply is important to procurement and supply chain management. It arises from uncertainties in various factors such as geography, environment and politics, and thus it seems more and more common as economic globalization. Inventory and supplier diversification have been shown to be effective in mitigating supply risk. However, these works underestimate risk as they assume a risk-neutral buyer. With this consideration, this paper is intended to examine how inventory strategy performs with a risk-averse buyer. We assume customer demand arrives before procurement decision. Due to unreliable supply, the buyer receives a random portion of his order. To make trade-off between profit and supply risk, the buyer intends to optimize expected utility other than profit or cost. Therefore, we establish a single-period model with an exponential utility function. We prove that optimal quantity is greater than otherwise would be ordered if the buyer is risk-neutral, and is unique as expected utility is strictly concave in order quantity. Moreover, expected utility is strictly concave in initial inventory level. Hence, inventory strategy including inventory initialization and procurement is proved effective in dealing with supply risk. Interestingly, we also find that optimal expected utility strictly decreases in supply price, and is independent of maximum supply ratio. This implies supply price take precedence over maximum supply ration, on which however optimal order quantity depends. This is similar to extant work in risk-neutral setting, and could lay a foundation for supplier diversification strategy. The basic model can be easily extended to a multi-period and even dynamic one, and thus significantly contributes to supply risk management in both theory and practice.

Detecting product quality defects through image recognition technology is one of the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing, and also an important step for enterprises to construct smart factory. In the capsulation step of the semiconductor enterprise, the internal wire bonding of the chip is easily to receive the interference and to produce the defects. Companies need to pick out defective chips to avoid them going to the market. Traditional way is to use artificial vision visual inspection, which may lead to low efficiency and high labor cost. This study intends to use machine vision detection method based on image processing technology to identify the defect of the chip and to replace the workers artificial detection work. This paper proposes two algorithms to solve such above problems. The template matching algorithm (TMA) is to determine whether the chip is defective mainly based on the standard template. The neighborhood comparison algorithm (NCA) mainly calculates similarity of the neighbor chips to judge the target chip's defects. The algorithm is implemented by Halcon software. A German semiconductor company has provided enough samples to support our research. The experimental results show that the two algorithms are effective in defect detection of specific products. The advantage of the TMA lies in its processing speed, but the applicability and accuracy of NCA is more excellent. The algorithm proposed in this study can be used for enterprise by being integrated into the actual detection process. © 2019 IEEE.

This paper considers distributed online convex optimization with time-varying constraints. In this setting, a network of agents makes decisions at each round, and then only a portion of the loss function and a coordinate block of the constraint function are privately revealed to each agent. The loss and constraint functions are convex and can vary arbitrarily across rounds. The agents collaborate to minimize static network regret and network cumulative constraint violation. A novel distributed online algorithm with a vanishing stepsize is proposed and it achieves an O(Tmax {c,1-c}) static network regret bound and an O(T1-c/2) network cumulative constraint violation bound, where T is the number of rounds and c∈ (0,1) is a user-defined trade-off parameter. When Slater's condition holds (i.e, there is a point that strictly satisfies the inequality constraints), the network cumulative constraint violation bound is reduced to O(T1-c). Moreover, if the loss functions are strongly convex, then static network regret bound is reduced to O(log (T)), and the network cumulative constraint violation bound is reduced to O(√log (T)T) and O(log (T)) without and with Slater's condition, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first to achieve tighter (network) cumulative constraint violation bounds for (distributed) online convex optimization with time-varying constraints under Slater's condition. Finally, the theoretical results are verified through numerical simulations. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

Cloud computing provide an efficient big data processing platform for many small and medium scale enterprises, how to replicate and allocate data in clouds is a critical problem influencing cost consumption for small and medium scale enterprises. Cloud data management systems mainly serve two kinds of workloads, one is read-intensive analytical workloads (e.g. OLAP), the other is write-intensive transactional workloads (e.g. OLTP). It is essential to minimize data management costs like storage, communication bandwidth, update and power with guaranteeing the service level agreements. Toward two workloads, a cost-effective data replica placement approach for minimizing data management costs on cloud computing centers is proposed. The definition of different data management costs is identified first, then we construct the cost optimization model of the data replica placement problem. The paper proposes a hybrid genetic algorithm and a data support-based initialization method that addresses the problem. Experiments show that the approach result in significant reduction in total data management cost and the algorithm is with good performance. © IFIP International Federation for Information processing 2018.

Supply chain risk management (SCRM) has received increasing attention. However, our knowledge of how to manage supply chain risk is still limited. Although many scholars appeal that supply chains (SCs) should be cooperatively managed and information sharing should be used to reduce risks and invisibility in SCs. To the best of our knowledge, little empirical research exists concerning information sharing and supply chain risk. Specifically, based on an empirically study of 308 samples of Chinese manufacturers, we try to answer three questions: Does risk-related information sharing reduce supply chain risk? Does risk-related information sharing increase firm performance - operational performance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance? Does supply chain risk mediate the impact of riskrelated information sharing on firm performance? Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that supply chain risk, operational performance, and customer satisfaction all benefit from riskrelated information sharing. Supply chain risk negatively relates to operational performance and customer satisfaction. Financial performance is positively related with operational performance and customer satisfaction, but there is no relationship between supply chain risk and financial performance.

In this paper, we examine the knowledge transfer process on community networks by analyzing the average knowledge level as a function of the agent's absorptive capacity. It is found that the average knowledge level decreases with the increment of inner-community links and the decreases of intercommunity links when we keep the total links (including innercommunity and inter-community links) constant. It is also shown that as for inner-community (inter-community) links unvaried, the increment of inter-community (inner-community) will promote average knowledge level. © 2010 IEEE.

Data entry, one of the basic businesses in service outsourcing, depends much on human resources. The companies need to reasonably choose and arrange staffs in order to deliver data production in time. In consideration of production process and staff skill, a two-step multilevel multiskill labor staffing and scheduling model was built.
