Remaining useful life (RUL) prediction can improve the availab.lity and efficiency of equipment or system by providing timely maintenance suggestions. In this paper, an improved hybrid attention learning system for RUL prediction is developed. By introducing adaptive weighting, a hybrid attention mechanism with self attention and external attention is designed. The mechanism enhances the attention to samples with similar performance degradation patterns, and improves the feature extraction ability of the learning system for sensor data with strong temporal correlation. Finally, we conducted a series of simulation experiments on the commercial modular aviation propulsion system simulation (C-MAPSS) dataset to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method in RUL prediction. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Background:Diethylnitrosamine,one of food additives,possessed a strong carcinogenic effect in *** paridis saponins,as the main active components of Paris polyphylla,have a good anti-cancer effect in our previous *** verify their inhibitory effect on diethylnitrosamine-induced liver cancer,we carried out this ***:We established diethylnitrosamine-induced mouse hepatocarcinoma models to evaluate antitumor of Rhizoma paridis ***,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to analyze the metabolites in the urine and serum ***:Rhizoma paridis saponins alleviated diethylnitrosamine-induced *** the one hand,Rhizoma paridis saponins down-regulated the levels of liver function markers,such as alanine aminotransferase,aspartate transaminase and alpha *** the other hand,Rhizoma paridis saponins reduced metabolic disorders by increasing fructose and mannose metabolism,and decreasing pentose and glucuronate interconversion,inositol phosphate metabolism,and the process of saturated fatty acids transforming to unsaturated fatty acids,which based on the regulating mRNA expression of glucose transporter type 4,lactate dehydrogenase A,fatty acid synthetas,acetyl-CoA carboxylase and apolipoprotein ***:Rhizoma paridis saponins has the potential application to inhibit chemical-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in the future.

Gut-liver-brain axis is a three-way highway of information interaction system among the gastrointestinal tract,liver,and nervous *** the past few decades,breakthrough progress has been made in the gut liver brain axis,mainly through understanding its formation mechanism and increasing treatment *** this review,we discuss various complex networks including barrier permeability,gut hormones,gut microbial metabolites,vagus nerve,neurotransmitters,immunity,brain toxic metabolites,β-amyloid(Aβ)metabolism,and epigenetic regulation in the gut-liver-brain *** therapies containing antibiotics,probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),polyphenols,low FODMAP diet and nanotechnology application regulate the gut liver brain ***,some special treatments targeting gut-liver axis include farnesoid X receptor(FXR)agonists,takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)agonists,glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor antagonists and fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)*** gut-brain axis embraces cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT),antidepressants and tryptophan metabolism-related *** liver-brain axis contains epigenetic regulation and Aβmetabolism-related *** the future,a better understanding of gut-liver-brain axis interactions will promote the development of novel preventative strategies and the discovery of precise therapeutic targets in multiple diseases.

Evolutionary game analysis of coal industry chain supply chain risk prevention and control from the perspective of resilience

Promoting transformation of energy structure while preventing industry chain supply chain risks has become an important issue facing coal industry chain supply chain (CICSC) under “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. This study is based on evolutionary game model to investigate the risk prevention and regulatory issues involving chain master enterprises, other enterprises, and government regulators. Research results indicate that: (1) System evolution of risk prevention and control of CICSC is not constant convergence in theoretical optimal strategy combination, there is a systematic bias in behavioral decision-making. (2) Reference effect, risk preferences and other subjective preferences heterogeneity affects value judgment of decision makers. The effect of cost reference is greater than that of utility reference, maintaining risk avoidance in cost problems and risk pursuit in revenue problems can help to improve the quality of individual decision-making. (3) There is a non-linear effect of fairness preference on risk prevention and control of CICSC, it makes fairness preference have the positive impact to risk prevention and control when intensity of fairness preference is in moderate range and types of fairness preference are arranged and combined in a scientific order, otherwise, fairness preference will become a kind of behavior that is “detrimental to others and not beneficial to oneself”. We propose new insights for risk prevention and control from the aspects of achievement transformation and guarantee mechanisms, building reward and punishment mechanisms and so on, call for further analysis of risk prevention and control according to specific risks in each link of CICSC in future research. © 2025 The Author(s)

The role of green HRM in driving a firm's green competitive advantage: the mediating role of green organizational identity

Despite the significant contribution made by green human resource management (GHRM) towards the firm's green performance, scholars have not given adequate attention to how GHRM contributes to the green competitiveness of a firm. This situation, therefore, presents a major gap for scholars in green management to fill. We draw on the Ability Motivation Opportunity theory to examine how GHRM drives GCA in a firm. Grounded on this theory, we develop a hypothetical model that is tested by survey data collected from the Chinese manufacturing sector. The results reveal that firms can capitalize on GHRM to build a green competitive advantage (GCA). The findings further illuminate the necessary conditions of green organizational identity (GOI) and green leadership (GL). We believe that the utility and originality of this paper provides a nuanced understanding of how firms can derive GCA from GHRM. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2021.

In recent years, most of the studies have shown that the generalized iterated shrinkage thresholdings (GISTs) have become the commonly used first-order optimization algorithms in sparse learning problems. The nonconvex relaxations of the \ell _efficiency -norm usually achieve better performance than the convex case (e.g., \ell _efficiency -norm) since the former can achieve a nearly unbiased solver. To increase the calculation efficiency, this work further provides an accelerated GIST version, that is, AGIST, through the extrapolation-based acceleration technique, which can contribute to reduce the number of iterations when solving a family of nonconvex sparse learning problems. Besides, we present the algorithmic analysis, including both local and global convergence guarantees, as well as other intermediate results for the GIST and AGIST, denoted as (A)GIST, by virtue of the Kurdyka-Lojasiewica (KL) property and some milder assumptions. Numerical experiments on both synthetic data and real-world databases can demonstrate that the convergence results of objective function accord to the theoretical properties and nonconvex sparse learning methods can achieve superior performance over some convex ones. © 2013 IEEE.

Comparing Provincial Vehicles Cradle-to-Grave (C2g) Environmental efficiency Evaluation in China: A Network Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with Life Cycle Analysis (Lca) Approach

The main pollution stages and pollutants in electric vehicles (EVs) differ from those in internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs), thereby complicating the environmental efficiency of vehicles in regions with varying resource endowments. Most studies have focused on the energy production and usage stages in the life cycle assessment (LCA) of different vehicles in different areas. The lack of a comprehensive assessment at the vehicle manufacturing stage distorts environmental efficiency evaluation in different areas. In this study, the cradle-to-grave (C2G) lifecycles of five different environmental efficiencies of ICEVs, hybrid vehicles (HEVs), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), and EVs from 30 Chinese provinces were compared. By integrating LCA with network data envelopment analysis (DEA) models, recommendations for enhancing each province’s five different environmental efficiencies were provided, and a detailed vehicle portrait for each province was created to better align with reality. The results indicated that EVs and PHEVs outperformed ICEVs regarding energy and carbon efficiencies. The use of cleaner energy sources and improvements in vehicle manufacturing, especially battery manufacturing, could further enhance the particulate matter, photochemical smog, and terrestrial acidification (TA) efficiencies of EVs and PHEVs. However, the TA efficiencies of EVs and PHEVs are still lower than those of ICEVs. The research findings provide data support on the emissions of different vehicle pollutants in 30 provinces and prioritize policy suggestions to enhance the C2G environmental efficiency of vehicles. © 2024, The Authors. In this brief paper, a data-based method on the fault diagnosis in aero-engine transmission systems is developed. Firstly, during the operation of splines, we acquire the acceleration vibration signal. We process the signal into time-frequency images using the short-time Fourier transform. Then, the improved convolutional neural network with channel attention is trained using time-frequency images of multiple fault signals. Finally, we implement fault prediction for spline wear and misalignment faults in aero-engine transmission systems. The result shows that the fault diagnosis using the proposed method has a high level of accuracy. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

In response to the poor denoising ability of Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and the extracted motion waveform containing some residual noise signals, this paper proposes an iterative SVD decomposition denoising method. Firstly, the original signal is constructed into a binary recursive matrix form, and then SVD decomposition is used to obtain singular values with different contributions to the original matrix. Then, singular values with small contributions are discarded, while those with large contributions are retained. By modifying the signal reconstruction method, the denoised signal can be obtained once, and the required signal can be obtained by repeating the above process continuously. In simulation experiments and tuning fork vibration experiments, this article uses the iterative SVD decomposition denoising method and two existing denoising methods to denoise signals containing noise and uses signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and root mean square error method (RMSE) as denoising performance indicators for data comparison, confirming the effectiveness and superiority of iterative SVD decomposition denoising method and its excellent denoising ability. In the tuning fork vibration experiment, the error between the measured results and the actual results is 0.3125%, proving that this denoising method has practical application value. © 2023 IEEE.
