Promoting transformation of energy structure while preventing industry chain supply chain risks has become an important issue facing coal industry chain supply chain (CICSC) under “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. This study is based on evolutionary game model to investigate the risk prevention and regulatory issues involving chain master enterprises, other enterprises, and government regulators. Research results indicate that: (1) System evolution of risk prevention and control of CICSC is not constant convergence in theoretical optimal strategy combination, there is a systematic bias in behavioral decision-making. (2) Reference effect, risk preferences and other subjective preferences heterogeneity affects value judgment of decision makers. The effect of cost reference is greater than that of utility reference, maintaining risk avoidance in cost problems and risk pursuit in revenue problems can help to improve the quality of individual decision-making. (3) There is a non-linear effect of fairness preference on risk prevention and control of CICSC, it makes fairness preference have the positive impact to risk prevention and control when intensity of fairness preference is in moderate range and types of fairness preference are arranged and combined in a scientific order, otherwise, fairness preference will become a kind of behavior that is “detrimental to others and not beneficial to oneself”. We propose new insights for risk prevention and control from the aspects of achievement transformation and guarantee mechanisms, building reward and punishment mechanisms and so on, call for further analysis of risk prevention and control according to specific risks in each link of CICSC in future research. © 2025 The Author(s)

Detecting product quality defects through image recognition technology is one of the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing, and also an important step for enterprises to construct smart factory. In the capsulation step of the semiconductor enterprise, the internal wire bonding of the chip is easily to receive the interference and to produce the defects. Companies need to pick out defective chips to avoid them going to the market. Traditional way is to use artificial vision visual inspection, which may lead to low efficiency and high lab.r cost. This study intends to use machine vision detection method based on image processing technology to identify the defect of the chip and to replace the workers artificial detection work. This paper proposes two algorithms to solve such above problems. The template matching algorithm (TMA) is to determine whether the chip is defective mainly based on the standard template. The neighborhood comparison algorithm (NCA) mainly calculates similarity of the neighbor chips to judge the target chip's defects. The algorithm is implemented by Halcon software. A German semiconductor company has provided enough samples to support our research. The experimental results show that the two algorithms are effective in defect detection of specific products. The advantage of the TMA lies in its processing speed, but the applicability and accuracy of NCA is more excellent. The algorithm proposed in this study can be used for enterprise by being integrated into the actual detection process. © 2019 IEEE.

In response to the poor denoising ability of Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and the extracted motion waveform containing some residual noise signals, this paper proposes an iterative SVD decomposition denoising method. Firstly, the original signal is constructed into a binary recursive matrix form, and then SVD decomposition is used to obtain singular values with different contributions to the original matrix. Then, singular values with small contributions are discarded, while those with large contributions are retained. By modifying the signal reconstruction method, the denoised signal can be obtained once, and the required signal can be obtained by repeating the above process continuously. In simulation experiments and tuning fork vibration experiments, this article uses the iterative SVD decomposition denoising method and two existing denoising methods to denoise signals containing noise and uses signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and root mean square error method (RMSE) as denoising performance indicators for data comparison, confirming the effectiveness and superiority of iterative SVD decomposition denoising method and its excellent denoising ability. In the tuning fork vibration experiment, the error between the measured results and the actual results is 0.3125%, proving that this denoising method has practical application value.

Sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) are facultative anaerobic, and the electron transfer process of their growth and metabolic activities is as follows: the electrons released from the metal surface pass through the cell wall into the cell by extracellular electron transfer, and the electron shuttle to the body plays the role of electron transfer between cells and metals. In this study, the effect of riboflavin (RF) as an electron shuttle on SRB corrosion of X80 pipeline steel was analyzed. The results showed that the addition of 10 ppm RF to the SRB medium did not significantly change the type of corrosion products, but resulted in an enlarged corrosion pit area and an increased pit depth. The corrosion weight loss rate of the SRB + 10 ppm RF system is about 3 times that of the SRB system, and the corrosion current density of the polarization curve is about 38% higher than that of the SRB system. Therefore, RF can transfer the electrons released by iron oxidation to the cytoplasm by means of electron transfer across the cell wall, thereby accelerating the corrosion of X80 steel. This further proves that the electronic medium RF can accelerate the microbial influenced corrosion (MIC) caused by SRB. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

This paper considers distributed online convex optimization with time-varying constraints. In this setting, a network of agents makes decisions at each round, and then only a portion of the loss function and a coordinate block of the constraint function are privately revealed to each agent. The loss and constraint functions are convex and can vary arbitrarily across rounds. The agents collab.rate to minimize static network regret and network cumulative constraint violation. A novel distributed online algorithm with a vanishing stepsize is proposed and it achieves an O(Tmax {c,1-c}) static network regret bound and an O(T1-c/2) network cumulative constraint violation bound, where T is the number of rounds and c∈ (0,1) is a user-defined trade-off parameter. When Slater's condition holds (i.e, there is a point that strictly satisfies the inequality constraints), the network cumulative constraint violation bound is reduced to O(T1-c). Moreover, if the loss functions are strongly convex, then static network regret bound is reduced to O(log (T)), and the network cumulative constraint violation bound is reduced to O(√log (T)T) and O(log (T)) without and with Slater's condition, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first to achieve tighter (network) cumulative constraint violation bounds for (distributed) online convex optimization with time-varying constraints under Slater's condition. Finally, the theoretical results are verified through numerical simulations. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

Background:The Huashanshen(HSS)dripping pill has been widely used in asthma for a long time in ***,the relaxant mechanism of HSS is not well ***:In this report,high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry was used to identify the constituents in rat plasma after oral administration of ***-sensitized allergic asthma and isolated trachea were studied for the anti-asthmatic mechanism of ***:D-anisodamine,L-anisodamine,scopolamine and atropine were detected in the rat plasma containing *** was clear that the HSS inhibited the release of inflammatory mediators,regulated the balance of T-helper 1 and T-helper 2 to reduce the airway inflammation,and relaxed the tracheal smooth muscle by controlling the KCa channel,Ca^(2+)influx and release to reduce the airway ***:Atropine,anisodamine and scopolamine might be active compounds of HSS which inhibited the release of inflammatory mediators,regulated the balance of Th1/Th2,and relaxed the tracheal smooth muscle to reduce airway hyperresponsiveness.

A Governance Framework for Blockchain-based Manufacturing Collab.rative Platform

The traditional manufacturing collab.rative platforms (MCPs) face challenges of weak trust and innovation inhibition in the transformation and upgrading of the global industrial chain. This paper investigates blockchain-based manufacturing collab.rative platforms (BMCPs) as a potential solution in response. This paper first analyzes the ecological characteristics of MCPs and BMCPs, and puts forward six governance challenges caused by the unique openness, uncertainty and complexity of BMCPs. Then, in order to offer comprehensive and adaptable guidelines for BMCP governance practices, we propose a governance framework with three layers (off-chain community, on-chain DAO, and on-chain contracts) and five dimensions (roles, incentives, communication, decision-making, and value evolution). Finally, based on the value evolution characteristics of BMCPs, the research investigates how to apply the proposed governance framework during the start-up and optimization stages of BMCPs. Using member expansion and fault management as two-stage examples, the paper uses a UML sequence diagram to demonstrate how the governance framework works. This study provides a theoretical framework and practical guidance for creating a more transparent, intelligent and sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.

Microplastics, interacting with drought stress, have become threat to crops by altering soil environment. Currently, the effect of combined microplastic and drought stress on crop growth remain poorly understood. In this work, the mechanism of multi-stress responses was investigated under the exposure of polvinylchloride microplastic (PV) and drought (D) individually and in combination (DPV) on rice varieties Hanyou73 and Q280 through proteomics and metabolomic analysis. All treatments negatively affect chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activities, rice grain composition, metabolome and proteomic profiling of both rice varieties. Full rice grain yield was decreased under all treatments except PV treatment in which it was increased in both rice varieties. DPV treatment shows the lowest grain yield and more adverse effects on metabolome by affecting glycerophospholipid metabolism, tryptophan metabolism and alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism. Soluble sugar contents were decreased in H73 but in Q280 increased by 159 % under DPV and 123 % in PV treatment, compared to their control group. The results from metabolomics illustrate that glycerophospholipid metabolism is commonly altered in both rice types under all treatments. PV and drought alone and in combination induce extensive alterations in proteomics of rice leaves especially impacting proteins related to binding, translation and photosynthetic process. The results reveal that PV and DPV treatments highly distort the abundance of metabolites and proteins in both rice types, demonstrating that microplastic toxicity effects on rice plants become more severe when combined with drought stress. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.

Na2S2O8/CuFe2O4 addition and hydrothermal pretreatment were combined in this paper to ameliorate the dewatering performance (DP) of sludge with specific-resistance of filtration (SRF), time of capillary suction (CST), and water content (Wc) as well as water types investigated. The results shown the synergistic effect between Na2S2O8/CuFe2O4 addition and hydrothermal pretreatment and the DP of sludge reached to the best when the hydrothermal temperature was 150oC, the addition amount of Na2S2O8 was 0.08 mmol/g-VSS and the mass ratio of Na2S2O8/CuFe2O4 was 2.0. Through the analysis of water distribution, it was also demonstrated that the sludge structure was destroyed with the surface moisture released. All the results obtained shown the significant impact of the combined methods on ameliorating DP of sludge and promoting sludge recovery and utilization. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020.
