To achieve high precision direction-of-arrival estimation of MIMO arrays in highly coupled environments, based on the difference and cooperative array principles, the uniform array fitted with 5 base layer array and the uniform array fitted with 6 base layer array were used as transmitting arrays, and with the addition of 1 base layer layer sparse array as receiving array, two sparse multi-in multiple-out arrays were designed for single-base radar, which have the characteristics of low coupling of transmitting array and high freedom of receiving array.

Accurate tracking of unmanned devices is essen-tial for higher-level decision-making in collaborative confrontation scenarios. However, the robustness of current positioning methods based on Ultra-Wideband (UWB) is limit, and the positioning error is unstable. This paper presents a collabo-rative localization algorithm specifically designed for indoor unmanned systems, which leverages UWB technology combined with Least Squares (LS) and Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) models to achieve anchor calibration, as well as precise and stable positioning of unmanned devices. First, the positions of anchors is estimated using fixed-point ranging information; Second, the positions of anchors are simultaneously corrected while locating the tags on unmanned devices. The experimental results show that our algorithm achieves positioning accuracy within 10 cm in the three-dimensional space, even with a ranging error of 5 cm.

In addressing the issue of localizing near-field source signals in the presence of impulse noise, this manuscript introduces a novel de-impact function designed for preprocessing received signals to alleviate the interference caused by impulse noise. Simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed de-impact function in effectively suppressing impulse noise. Furthermore, to augment estimation precision, a novel algorithm for near-field source localization is proposed. Building upon the framework of correlation entropy theory, a new correntropy covariance matrix is formulated to replace the original signal covariance matrix for signal processing. Through a succession of low-bias approximations between near-field and far-field scenarios, the algorithm converts the original 2-D search into 1-D operations. Additionally, the conventional spectral peak search is replaced by polynomial solving to further mitigate the computational complexity of the algorithm.

In order to solve the problem that traditional sparse arrays only emphasize high degrees of freedom and ignore low coupling, uniform array fitting method can design arrays with low coupling. However, the existing array coupling based on uniform array fitting method still has room for decline, and the value of weight function is not the minimum, so the performance of array DOA estimation needs to be further optimized. Therefore, based on the uniform matrix fitting method, a uniform matrix fitting 6-base-layer array is designed. By extending the spacing of each subarray of the uniform subarray in the base layer, the number of small array element spacing pairs in the differential cooperative array is reduced, and the coupling between the elements of the whole sparse array is reduced as a whole. The performance of DOA estimation of the designed array is simulated and analyzed by using spatial smoothing multiple signal classification algorithm.

SHOCK FORMATION FOR THE 2D ROTATING SHALLOW WATER EQUATIONS WITH NON-ZERO VORTICITY

In the paper, the shock formation for the two-dimensional rotating shallow water system is established. We construct a large class of initial data which leads to the finite-time blow-up for the solutions. Moreover, the solutions are allowed to have non-zero large vorticity (in derivative sense), even up to the shock. Our results provide the first complete geometric description of the shock formation mechanism to the two-dimensional rotating shallow water system with vorticity. The formation of shock is characterized by the collapse of the characteristic hypersurfaces, where the first-order derivatives of the velocity, the height, and the specific vorticity blow up while the potential vorticity remains Lipschitz continuous. The methods developed in this paper should also be useful in studying the shock formation for the Euler equations with various source terms and a class of quasilinear Klein-Gordon equations in multi-dimensions. In recent years, with the continuous development of molecular biology technology, the effective use of environmental microorganisms to solve the problem of pollution in the ecological environment has been widely used. However, the original microbial cultivation, environmental application and monitoring have the disadvantages of high degree of specialization, long time and high cost. In this case, the use of computer image processing and machine learning techniques for microbial identification and classification becomes a more efficient, economical and necessary method. This paper presents an environmental microorganism microscopic image classification method based on texture features and machine learning. In the research and experiments, microscopic images of microorganisms are cropped, grayed, data augmented, target areas segmented and extracted four types of texture features. The training set and test set are divided in a 1:1 ratio, and different recognition results are obtained based on different texture feature vectors and classifier models. Ultimately, the gradient-gray co-occurrence matrix feature combined with the Random Forest algorithm classifier achieves an F1-measure value of nearly 40%, which improves the work efficiency of environmental microbial researchers and related field workers. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Skin cancer is a type of cancer and has emerged as one of the most prevalent types over the past decade. Early diagnosis and treatment are a key factor in the treatment of skin cancer. The traditional clinical diagnosis method of skin cancer is dermoscopy. On account of the complexity of the skin image, occasional instances of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis arise, leading to delayed optimal treatment for patients. Two different networks, Inception-V3 and ResNet-50, are put forward in this paper. The dataset is separated into two categories, and the network performance is evaluated using evaluation indicators. Findings indicate that the ResNet50 network attains a higher accuracy rate of 88.83% compared to the Inception-V3 network's 83.17% accuracy. Additionally, the other three indicators of ResNet-50 are also surpass those of Inception-V3. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Active disturbance-rejection methods are effective in estimating and rejecting disturbances in both transient and steady-state *** paper presents a deep observation on and a comparison between two of those methods:the generalized extended-state observer(GESO)and the equivalent input disturbance(EID)from assumptions,system configurations,stability conditions,system design,disturbance-rejection performance,and extensibility.A time-domain index is introduced to assess the disturbance-rejection performance.A detailed observation of disturbance-suppression mechanisms reveals the superiority of the EID approach over the GESO method.A comparison between these two methods shows that assumptions on disturbances are more practical and the adjustment of disturbance-rejection performance is easier for the EID approach than for the GESO method.

Anomaly detection aims to find outliers data that do not conform to expected behaviors in a specific scenario, which is indispensable and critical in current safety environments related studies. However, when performing outlier detection on a large-scale multidimensional dataset, most of the traditional methods make no distinctions between classes of outliers and lack the reasoning ability and the explainability of the analysis results, which leads to the low accuracy of global outlier detection and the inability to effectively identify local outliers. In this paper, we propose a fine-grained anomaly detection method which well utilizes isolation forest and knowledge graph reasoning tactics. First, a better extracting data feature method and a more reasonable weighted strategy are used to find global outliers based on the traditional isolation forest algorithm, and then we construct a custom rule base according to the in-depth research and analysis of global abnormal data, and at last the ontology knowledge is reasoned based on such rule base to achieve the detection of local outliers. Through analysis of extensive experiment results, our method could effectively discover more abnormal data without big loss of time costs, has strong generalization, and correspondingly improves the performance for abnormal detection. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
