With the rapid development of the new generation of information technologies, including cloud computing, 5G, and the Internet of Things, data outsourcing storage in the cloud has brought great convenience to data storage or access anytime and anywhere. Due to the separation of ownership and management of outsourced stored data, it faces data security risks, including data loss and personal privacy disclosure. The third-party audit of data operational behavior by logs is often employed to strengthen the security of outsourced data. However, some privacy breach incidents in recent years show that third parties who may leak information about data and users' identities are not always trustworthy. To achieve data security and privacy protection, an operation behavior auditing scheme for outsourced data is proposed with the blockchain rather than third parties. The data operation behavior audit is carried out from three dimensions: integrity of the operation behavior log, the credibility of the operation behavior information, and compliance of operation behavior. The security analysis and experiment results indicate that this scheme is secure and feasible. © 2023 IEEE.

In the complex context of 5G ultra-dense networks, the unprecedented growth in traffic and computing demand has made the interaction between edge devices and edge servers extremely intricate due to the time-varying nature of the network environment and resource heterogeneity. The combination of UDN and Mobile Edge Computing not only significantly improves network performance but also expands application scenarios and enhances user experience, marking it as one of the crucial trends in future network development. In this paper, we review recent results and research progress on MEC-based resource allocation in 5G ultra-dense networks. We analyze resource allocation strategies from multiple dimensions, including user association, interference management, energy efficiency optimization, delay reduction, access selection, and user mobility. Finally, we discuss the challenges and open issues that need to be addressed for future development in this area. © 2025 Codon Publications. All rights reserved.

The solution of tridiagonal linear systems is used in in various fields and plays a crucial role in numerical simulations. However, there is few efficient solver for tridiagonal linear systems on the new Sunway supercomputer. Based on a three-dimensional heat conduction problem, we propose an adaptive heterogeneous tridiagonal matrix algorithm (AH-TDMA). Our major innovations include: (1) To address computational hotspots within AH-TDMA, a multi-level parallel approach involving MPI+Athread has been adopted. (2) An adaptive data partitioning scheme has been set up to achieve load balance. (3) Employing direct memory access and establishing shared space between registers and main memory, instead of employing discrete memory access, is done to enhance memory access efficiency. (4) The optimization of the loop structure has been made in adjusting the sequencing of the dual-layered loops to reduce communication overhead. The experimental results show that, with one core group, the AH-TDMA achieves a speedup of 99.6 times for hotspot and total time speedup up to 59.4 times compared to the Parallel and Scalable Library for Tridiagonal Matrix Algorithm (PaScal TDMA). The AH-TDMA is scalable up to 2048 core groups, with a parallel efficiency of 69.2%. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to its efficiency and versatility, the preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm has long been a staple in the realm of iterative linear system solvers. In this paper, we proposed an optimized preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm tailored for the SW26010-Pro manycore processor, The main work includes: Optimizing data block sizes based on the processor's storage structure;combining thread-level and data-level parallelism, utilizing manual SIMD to improve efficiency;optimizing the memory access pattern by employing direct memory access and overlapping of computation and communication;employing a shared-memory approach to store long vectors across all cores. Furthermore, we design an accelerated algorithm for reduction operations, to avoid data communication. Experimental results show that the hcaPCG yields up to 28.1× speedups on average compared to the original implementation. © 2023 IEEE.

The aim of cross-modal image-text retrieval is to heighten comprehension and to create robust associations between visual and textual content. This process entails a mutual querying and synchronization across various data formats. While conventional techniques have seen enhancements via attention-based approaches, they frequently miss the dynamics between corresponding and non-corresponding entity areas within image-text pairs. These techniques, often fixated on aligning image entities with textual terms, can overlook the congruence of entity characteristics, leading to less accurate localization. This research introduces PNRITR, an innovative strategy for cross-modal retrieval that leverages label learning to discern attributes absent from images, broadening the scope beyond just positive entity areas. PNRITR has delivered notable advancements on the Flickr30K and MS-COCO datasets. © 2024 Knowledge Systems Institute Graduate School. All rights reserved.

Image-text matching is an important problem at the intersection of computer vision and natural language processing. It aims to establish the semantic link between image and text to achieve high-quality semantic alignment between the two modalities. However, the existing methods have the problem that the meaning expressed in the image or the complex narrative in the text cannot be fully understood due to insufficient feature extraction. Moreover, due to the essential modal differences between images and texts, how to effectively and accurately align the semantic contents in images and texts has become the key of research. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method based on feature enhancement and relationship interaction. When processing images, the proposed method fuses labeled features, region features and location features to represent images. When processing text, a combination of Bi-GRU and self-attention mechanism is used to represent the text. In order to further align the semantic content in images and texts accurately, this paper improves two relational interaction mechanisms by identifying connection relationships and learning association relationships. Thus, the relation enhanced embedding is obtained. Finally, it calculated the similarity of the enhanced embedding to judge the matching degree of the image and text. Extensive experiments on the public datasets Flickr30K and MSCOCO demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 IEEE.

Chinese short text similarity computation stands as a pivotal task within natural language processing, garnering significant attention. However, existing models grapple with limitations in handling intricate semantic relationships, such as the challenge of discerning subtle semantic nuances in text, inadequacies in effectively integrating diverse levels of semantic information, and the struggle to capture polysemous meanings accurately. In addressing these issues, this paper introduces an innovative Chinese short text similarity computation model, SMGC-SBERT. This model addresses shortcomings of the existing models by employing a multi-module fusion strategy, thereby enabling a more precise measurement of semantic similarity between texts. Primarily, the model incorporates SAT embedding to acquire phrase-level semantic information and leverages the MS-BERT model to encode text, improving the model's comprehension of textual polysemy and obtaining richer semantic representation. Then, the fusion of module features, including multi-branch convolutional networks and mix pooling, enables the extraction of textual features from varied levels, bolstering the model's representational capacity. Additionally, to further reduce overfitting risks while improving accuracy and other performance, a multi-layer feature adjustment network is utilized for short text similarity calculation. The final resultant experimental findings showcase the superiority of the SMGC-SBERT model over other neural network models, demonstrating significant advancements across both Chinese-SNLI and CCKS2018_Task3 Chinese short text datasets. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, leading to the evolution of malware variants, and malicious threats are also increasing. Therefore, rapid and accurate classification of malware becomes crucial. In response to this challenge, this paper proposes a malware classification method based on deep learning and visualization techniques. The method first extracts sample features, then converts malware binary samples into image format, thus transforming abstract binary data into images with visual information. Subsequently, color mapping technique is applied to convert the processed images into color images. Furthermore, to address imbalanced datasets, this paper introduces data augmentation methods to ensure more balanced and comprehensive training of the model across different sample categories. Finally, an improved convolutional neural network architecture is employed for the classification detection of malware families, achieving accurate classification and identification of different malware families through learning and analysis of sample features. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, experiments are conducted on the Google Code Jam (GCJ) benchmark dataset. The experimental results demonstrate an accuracy rate of 99.29% on the GCJ dataset. Additionally, we also compared the performance of the improved method before and after, and found that the proposed method can provide more comprehensive feature representation and significantly improve classification accuracy and detection efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

Extracting buildings from remote sensing images using deep learning techniques is a widely applied and crucial task. Convolutional Neural networks (CNNs) adopt hierarchical feature representation, showcasing powerful capabilities in extracting local information but facing challenges in capturing global features. Transformers can address this limitation, but they perform poorly in extracting local features and significantly increase memory requirements and computational complexity. To overcome these challenges, we propose a method for building extraction from remote sensing images called LGDB-Net (Local-Global Dual-Branch network), employing a dual-branch approach. Firstly, inspired by Swin Transformer, we designed GB-Former(Global Branch-Former) as the backbone network to model global information. We use a linear multi-head self-attention mechanism to reduce time and memory complexity while maintaining a large global receptive field. Additionally, we replace the traditional multi-layer perceptron with a convolution-enhanced multi-layer perceptron to improve channel feature representation, reduce model parameters, and enhance segmentation performance. Secondly, we use multiple Depth-wise Conv3×3 + LN (Layer Normalization) + GeLU (Gaussian Error Linear Unit) modules as the auxiliary branch for local detailed feature extraction. Finally, we adopt a multi-scale feature fusion strategy to integrate feature information from both branches. We conduct a series of experiments on three datasets: WHU, Massachusetts, and Inria. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method not only effectively improves segmentation accuracy with lower building omission and commission rates but also significantly reduces model parameters and computational complexity. © 2024 IEEE.

Chain-of-Thought (CoT) has become a vital technique for enhancing the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs), attracting increasing attention from researchers. One stream of approaches focuses on the iterative enhancement of LLMs by continuously verifying and refining their reasoning outputs for desired quality. Despite its impressive results, this paradigm faces two critical issues: (1) Single verification method: The current paradigm relies solely on a single verification method. (2) Wrong Information Ignorance: The traditional paradigm directly ignores wrong information during reasoning and refines the logic paths from scratch each time. To address these challenges, we propose Wrong-of-Thought (WoT), which includes two core modules: (1) Multi-Perspective Verification: A multi-perspective verification method for accurately refining the reasoning process and result, and (2) Wrong Information Utilization: Utilizing wrong information to alert LLMs and reduce the probability of LLMs making same mistakes. Experiments on 8 popular datasets and 5 LLMs demonstrate that WoT surpasses all previous baselines. In addition, WoT exhibits powerful capabilities in difficult computation tasks. © 2024 Association for Computational Linguistics.
