Modeling the Percentage of NEET in Indonesia with Spatial Cauchy Regression through the Bayesian Analysis Approach

Indonesia has entered a period of demographic bonus. Human resources must be optimized. The number of children who do not in employment, education or training (NEET) in each province needs attention. Several factors that could contribute to the decline in the NEET percentage are literacy rates and the number of adolescents with computer skills. Increasing these two factors is believed to be able to reduce the percentage of NEET in every province in Indonesia. To find out the relationship between these two factors and how much influence they have on the percentage of NEET, this research is modeled by Cauchy regression and includes spatial effects. The results of the analysis show that the best model is when the spatial effect is modeled by Fernandez Steel Skew Normal conditionally autoregressive (FSSN CAR). This result is seen from the smallest value of the Watanabe Akaike Information Criterion (WAIC) in this model, which is 190.5. The parameter estimated shows that the higher the literacy rate and the number of adolescents with computer skills, the lower the percentage of NEET in each province in Indonesia. The results of this research can be useful for the Indonesian government to increase the number of educational facilities related to these two factors. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). The study of opinions, sentiments, assessments, perspectives, and feelings as they are expressed in written language is the focus of sentiment analysis and evaluation mining. It is commonly the subject of text mining, information mining, and web mining because it is one of the most active study fields in natural language processing. Sentiment analysis has been applied in many different contexts, including the study of how events affect unofficial groups and the exploration of presumptions about goods and services. The importance of sentiment analysis is increasing at the same time as virtual entertainment such as surveys, group chats, web blogs, micro sites, Twitter, and interpersonal organizations. In this work, we provide the results of our preliminary studies on twitter sentiment analysis. This study seeks to distinguish subjects from sentiment in tweets. It recognizes the sentiment that refers to the particular problem using Natural Language Processing techniques. Our analysis consists of three main processes, subjective grouping, semantic affiliation, and extreme order, to characterize sentiment. By describing the syntactic relationship between sentiment dictionaries and subject, the study makes use of sentiment vocabularies. Exploratory results demonstrate that the proposed framework performs better than existing message sentiment analysis tools because tweets don't have the same architecture as traditional messages. © 2023 IEEE.

Early diagnosis and treatment of disease are key in concentrations done for medical diagnostics. technology is moving fast and with that, there are always new methods for diagnosing patients being created, the improvement of accuracy and speed even in medical diagnostics. Unfortunately, the abundance of data collected by these tools makes it prohibitively difficult to accurately interpret and analyse real-time results. This is where Adaptive AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms are useful. This flexibility of adaptive AI systems makes them well-suited to the real-time medical diagnostics that are required. In addition, through the use of machine learning techniques these algorithms are capable to process and analyse large scale datasets at a speed that is orders faster than any human expert. They can also detect patterns and feature outliers within the data that traditional diagnostic methods may overlook. Using adaptive AI algorithms is anticipated to optimize the diagnostic process of medical conditions and increase accuracy thus allowing faster diagnosis. It could mean finding diseases earlier, and therefore treating they better as well as costing healthcare less. These algorithms are able to constantly learn from new data which allow them not only to improve with time, but also adapt in order effectively combat changing disease patterns. © 2024 IEEE.

The transmission of users’ personal data via networks poses an increased risk of being exposed to phishing threats. Phishing URLs hiding malicious web addresses have become a widespread means of compromising user privacy. This paper is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detecting and defending against phishing attacks in multimedia applications, aiming to safeguard users'personal data from exposure via phishing URLs. The proposed approach can be summarized in three phases. In the first phase, cosine and Jaccard similarities between training and test datasets are calculated to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the similarities of data points. A hybrid similarity score is built by combining these two measures in the second phase of the experiment to effectively blend content-related and quantity-related similarities. The third and final phase involves training a model on XGBoost that uses a hybrid similarity score as an input and then tunning up its hyperparameters using a genetic algorithm with the optimization of classification performance. Finally, the created powerful classifiers are merged to form a stacked ensemble model, increasing the overall accuracy of the classification. The strenuous test evaluation of 11,429 rows, 88 columns, through key metrics, such as Precision, Recall, F-Score, and Accuracy show that the proposed anti-phishing model has outperformance parameters in other models. With this lean approach, accuracy in classification can be improved by the incorporation of similarity-based techniques and machine learning and evolutionary optimization, in which defense can be performed against phishing threats in multimedia environments. The new innovation involved in the proposed work is based on stacking an ensemble of similarity-based techniques with a learning and optimization framework of machines, ensuring robustness toward phishing threat defense.

Not only do people enjoy listening to piano music, but it may also be differentiated from vocal music in the realm of digital music. With its ongoing development, the piano music recommendation algorithm has found solutions to a great number of practical issues, and its technical path has also progressed from its initial recommendation based on the behavioral preferences of users to the correlation recommendation among users to the mining of users' potential preferences in recent years. The birth of The ONE smart piano means that a new teaching mode will be produced, that is, piano learning and user experience will be integrated, and the latest achievements of modern science and technology will be applied and rooted in the field of music education and teaching, so that the piano, a large musical instrument, can be easily combined with a variety of intelligent devices. This is significant in terms of the combination of offline artificial intelligence and music education because it means that a new teaching mode will be produced. Additionally, this new teaching mode will The improved piano music recognition system is investigated in this study, which uses artificial intelligence as its foundation. In the beginning, both the overall architecture of the system and the functional module design plan are shown. It is well known that the feature matrix of a piano is distinct from that of other musical instruments. This distinction was discovered when a digital recognition approach was used to extract the music timbre feature matrix of a piano. The findings of the experiments indicate that the suggested system has a high recognition accuracy for the purpose of timbre recognition of piano arrangements, which demonstrates that it is deserving of further promotion and application. © 2023 IEEE.

Conventional security protocols have become increasingly precarious in the face of evolving cyber threats. This necessitates the adoption of avant-garde and nascent technologies to bolster the military's cybersecurity stance. The paper delves into an array of incipient technologies that proffers the prospect of enhancing cybersecurity in the realm of defence. These include artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain, and quantum computing. AI can be leveraged to automate numerous cybersecurity functions, such as threat detection and response. ML can augment the precision of threat detection and response systems. Blockchain, a distributed ledger technology, can safeguard data and transactions. Quantum computing, a nascent technology, harbours the potential to revolutionize computation. It could be utilized to breach present-day encryption standards, thereby rendering data vulnerable to attackers. Moreover, the paper appraises the exigencies and possibilities in defence cyber security and scrutinizes the policy and practice ramifications of these emergent technologies and best practices.

Cardiovascular disease is one of the dangerous non-communicable disorders or diseases that has become one of the causes of death worldwide. Various studies have been conducted to prevent cardiovascular disease in the world. This study analyzed cardiovascular disease medical record data from the Kaggle public dataset by implementing correlational analysis combined with association rule mining to identify variables that are the predominant cause of cardiovascular disease. Correlational analysis can analyze the interrelationships between variables in a dataset, but not in depth. Association rule mining can identify the interrelationships of variables in the form of frequent item sets, which can be calculated for their support and confidence values. The result of this study is a combination of correlation analysis with association rule mining that can identify predominant variables to cause cardiovascular disease. Found that the variable gender=woman, height=short (<165 cm), and age=middle (45-60 years) are more likely to be affected by cardiovascular disease. The variable gender=woman with height=short indicates a 76.07% probability of developing cardiovascular disease.
