The healthcare industry uses AI, because it is more efficient. In Indonesia, the accuracy of measurements and transmission of children's growth and development is often wrong. Many small hospitals usually don't have length measuring equipment, so the results are inaccurate. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the stunting prevention program in Indonesia using an information system. The methodology used is a qualitative method, to conduct subjective research and analysis. The results of the research are to improve the website/mobile application information system which can display a child's growth and development history and simple educational information related to nutrition. Digital recording methods can speed up the process of updating data with a central database in real time. The value of this research is to reach the public to utilize technology and obtain personalized and interactive information directly to individuals. The theoretical implications of this research focus on information dissemination and understanding how chatbots influence knowledge acquisition and behavior change in the context of stunting prevention can contribute to advancing these theories in the field of public health. Managerial implications can provide cost effectiveness as Chatbots offer potentially cost-effective solutions and data-driven insights where managers can leverage chatbot analytics. © 2024 IEEE.

The world's most serious chronic liver condition is Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). The early stage prediction saved people's lives. Recent machine and deep learning, help to predict and classify diseases. The main goal of this work is to make an advanced prediction system that uses plasma lipid data and MRI images to predict the stage-wise classification of NAFLD images. The four main stages of liver disease are normal, steatosis, steatohepatitis, and cirrhosis. The machine and deep learning techniques to identify and classify cirrhosis disease in NAFLD. This research study proposes a machine and deep learning techniques with features that classify and predict the NAFLD. The random forest algorithm is used to predict the disease images into binary classifications, and a deep neural network is used for stage-wise classification. Initially, different features are used to classify the liver. This work uses 52 features, such as GLGCM and GLCM to predict and classify the fatty liver. The proposed method combined the initial prediction features using the random forest method and deep neural network to classify different stages of livers images. The experimental work is done with the help of MRI images and various iterations for evaluation. The experimental results were evaluated using three metrics, such as specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy. The predicted values of this methodology were 96.26 % , 95.7 % , and 97.6%.

As the field of machine learning continues to advance, the importance of effective exploratory data analysis (EDA) cannot be overstated, especially in the context of classification problems. This research paper introduces an innovative and automated approach to exploratory data analysis using Autoviz, a powerful Python library designed to streamline the visualization process for machine learning datasets. The study aims to demonstrate the efficacy of Autoviz in meaningful insights, facilitating feature understanding, and supporting data preprocessing for classification tasks. Furthermore, the paper discusses how Autoviz assists in feature selection by highlighting the relevance and importance of each feature about the target variable. This feature-centric analysis contributes to optimizing machine learning models by guiding the selection of relevant input features, thereby improving model accuracy and interpretability. Autoviz is a Python library designed to automate the exploratory data analysis (EDA) process for machine learning tasks. It is specifically tailored to generate a variety of visualizations that aid in understanding the structure and characteristics of a dataset. The results indicate that Autoviz significantly reduces the time and effort required for exploratory data analysis while maintaining the quality and depth of insights obtained. The differences between Autoviz and Pycaret is discussed in this paper. It has been observed that AutoViz automates the process of exploring and analyzing data, while PyCaret is designed for the comparison, construction, and tuning of machine learning models.

Data sharing schemes based on the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) have emerged as a more convenient way to monitor and manage individuals’ health. However, this scenario faces challenges such as privacy preservation, effectiveness, and practicality, which hinder its further development. To the best of our knowledge, there is no agreed-upon data-sharing method that addresses all of these problems. In this paper, we make a step ahead by designing an Efficient and Auditable Privacy-preservation Data Sharing scheme (EAPDS) based on multi-authority attribute-based encryption. EAPDS designs an auditable anonymous authentication mechanism to realize identity privacy protection, as well as an efficient multi-authority attribute-based encryption mechanism to achieve the efficiency and practicability of data-sharing. Formal security analysis demonstrates EAPDS can resist replayable chosen-ciphertext attack. Many performance evaluation experiments and functional analyses show that EAPDS not only performs better than existing medical data-sharing schemes in terms of efficiency, but also in terms of privacy protection and feasibility. Consequently, our EAPDS scheme holds promising application prospects. © 2014 IEEE.

Fingerprint identification systems have been widely deployed in many occasions of our daily ***,together with many advantages,they are still vulnerable to the presentation attack(PA)by some counterfeit *** address challenges from PA,fingerprint liveness detection(FLD)technology has been proposed and gradually attracted people’s *** vast majority of the FLD methods directly employ convolutional neural network(CNN),and rarely pay attention to the problem of overparameterization and over-fitting of models,resulting in large calculation force of model deployment and poor model *** at filling this gap,this paper designs a lightweight multi-scale convolutional neural network method,and further proposes a novel hybrid spatial pyramid pooling block to extract abundant features,so that the number of model parameters is greatly reduced,and support multi-scale true/fake fingerprint ***,the representation self-challenge(RSC)method is used to train the model,and the attention mechanism is also adopted for optimization during execution,which alleviates the problem of model over-fitting and enhances generalization of detection ***,experimental results on two publicly benchmarks:LivDet2011 and LivDet2013 sets,show that our method achieves outstanding detection results for blind materials and *** size of the model parameters is only 548 KB,and the average detection error of cross-sensors and cross-materials are 15.22 and 1 respectively,reaching the highest level currently available.

This paper focuses on the improvement of the intelligent time management system which employ Bayesian optimization for suggesting time management plans for each particular person. In this sense, through historical data of input-output patterns and users' preferences, the system aims at increasing productivity and user satisfaction. In the study, Gaussian Processes are used as the surrogate model in the Bayesian optimization so that the required evaluations by the algorithm to realize optimal scheduling methodologies are kept to a minimum. Implementation is done as a web application where users submit their tasks and get the recommended schedule instantly. Indicators like, the degree of task accomplishment, time, and scheduling compliance, and probably the users' satisfaction suggest that system helped enhance time management results. Lack of feedback from the users is removed through questionnaire that reveals the simplicity of the system and the quality of its recommended times, thereby supporting the idea of Bayesian optimization as a game changer in the management of time. This research significance points to the need for maintaining efficient and individualized approaches to time management strategies and agrees with others' findings, which suggest that this is an area ample fiction research needs to acknowledge and pursue. © 2024 IEEE.

Traditional industrial processes benefit greatly from the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), which increases efficiency as well as productivity. However, as IIoT becomes more connected, critical infrastructure is exposed to a variety of cyber risks. In order to accurately identify dangerous attack behaviors within IIoT systems, the present research focuses on the development and execution of deep learning models, combining recurrent neural networks (RNNs) including artificial neural networks (ANNs). The approach uses Python-based visualization techniques, model creation, and data pretreatment. By proactively identifying and mitigating cyber risks, our research seeks to strengthen IIoT security and ensure the resilience and honesty of industrial operations in a world that is becoming more linked.

As network systems expand in complexity, the necessity for effective intrusion detection grows. This study compares two distributed machine learning systems utilizing different communication topologies: Parameter Server and Point-to-Point. The former employs centralized parameter management for efficient communication, while the latter facilitates direct node-to-node communication without a central server. Using extensive network traffic data, the models are assessed on performance metrics like accuracy, scalability, and false positive rates. Both systems show promising results, with median accuracy and F1 scores around 93%. However, limitations include potential data homogeneity issues, scalability challenges particularly with the Parameter Server becoming a bottleneck, concerns over model overfitting, and high computational overhead in maintaining models across numerous nodes. Addressing these drawbacks is crucial for improving the reliability of intrusion detection systems in complex network environments.

The increasing sophistication of cyber attacks necessitates effective intrusion detection systems. We propose a novel intrusion detection method integrating deep learning with big data management using Apache Spark. Leveraging the comprehensive CSE-CIC-IDS2018 dataset, we apply extensive data preprocessing, including handling missing and unreliable values, duplicates, and redundant columns. In addition, implementation of a Random Forest based feature importance approach is derived to prioritize the most impactful Features. Furthermore, stratified k-fold cross-validation is used for a model selection process on a class-imbalanced dataset. Our weighted Random Forest classifier achieves a remarkable weighted average F1-score of 0.999 and a test inference time of 0.673 seconds using only the top 34 features, outperforming previous studies without sampling techniques. The proposed architecture offers a scalable and accurate solution for intrusion detection in cloud architectures, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining deep learning and big data technologies for cybersecurity.
