In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud-Native Technologies is essential for improving personalized mobile banking experiences. The limitations and errors of existing financial systems necessitate such integration. Existing systems often struggle to adapt to modern consumers dynamic tastes and expectations, resulting in unsatisfactory customer experiences. Identifying the gap, the proposed system revolutionizes mobile banking applications by leveraging AI algorithms such as machine learning and natural language processing within a microservices-based cloud infrastructure. As a result, the proposed system solves the limitations of outdated architectures by providing personalized and efficient services while addressing security issues. The study indicates considerable gains in terms of user pleasure, system scalability, and security robustness through an in-depth evaluation of the results. The results highlight AI's and Cloud-Native Technologies transformational potential in revolutionizing the landscape of tailored mobile banking experiences. The study provides helpful information to financial institutions looking to adopt innovation and fulfill the evolving needs of modern consumers.

A publicly verifiable key sharing mechanism based on threshold key sharing is provided to explore the security of users' private keys on the blockchain. Participating nodes check the key fragment after receiving it, effectively preventing it from being abused. The crucial sections of the nodes that participated in the critical splicing are made public during the critical recovery stage to prevent them from performing harmful things during the critical recovery stage. Add IDs to the nodes that participated in the crucial splicing during the key distribution stage;a dynamic threshold system is intended to track and update the status of malicious nodes in real time. When the node that possesses the crucial component fails, the owner of the critical component and the main node relocate a key element to the new participating nodes. To safeguard sensitive information. The experimental results show that this system has a key recovery rate of 80% and threshold qualities such as traceability, enforceability, and recoverability. © 2024 Copyright for this paper by its authors.

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)has emerged as a promising model for investigating adrenal steroid synthesis,but it is unclear whether the same cells produce steroid hormones and whether their production is regulated in the same way as in ***,we comprehensively mapped the cell types and pathways of steroid metabolism in the adrenal gland of Chinese tree shrews using single-cell RNA sequencing,spatial transcriptome analysis,mass spectrometry,and *** compared the transcriptomes of various adrenal cell types across tree shrews,humans,macaques,and *** showed that tree shrew adrenal glands expressed many of the same key enzymes for steroid synthesis as humans,including CYP11B2,CYP11B1,CYB5A,and *** analysis confirmed the production of aldosterone,cortisol,and dehydroepiandrosterone but not dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the tree shrew adrenal ***,genes in adrenal cell types in tree shrews were correlated with genetic risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypertension,and related disorders in humans based on genome-wide association ***,this study suggests that the adrenal glands of Chinese tree shrews may consist of closely related cell populations with functional similarity to those of the human adrenal *** comprehensive results(publicly available at http://***:16245/scAGMap/)should facilitate the advancement of this animal model for the investigation of adrenal gland disorders.

Class activation mapping (CAM), a visualization technique for interpreting deep learning models, is now commonly used for weakly supervised semantic segmentation (WSSS) and object localization (WSOL). It is the weighted aggregation of the feature maps by activating the high class-relevance ones. Current CAM methods achieve it relying on the training outcomes, such as predicted scores (forward information), gradients (backward information), etc. However, when with small-scale data, unstable training may lead to less effective model outcomes and generate unreliable weights, finally resulting in incorrect activation and noisy CAM seeds. In this paper, we propose an outcome-agnostic CAM approach, called BroadCAM, for small-scale weakly supervised applications. Since broad learning system (BLS) is independent to the model learning, BroadCAM can avoid the weights being affected by the unreliable model outcomes when with small-scale data. By evaluating BroadCAM on VOC2012 (natural images) and BCSS-WSSS (medical images) for WSSS and OpenImages30k for WSOL, BroadCAM demonstrates superior performance than existing CAM methods with small-scale data (less than 5%) in different CNN architectures. It also achieves SOTA performance with large-scale training data. Extensive qualitative comparisons are conducted to demonstrate how BroadCAM activates the high class-relevance feature maps and generates reliable CAMs when with small-scale training data. © 2023, CC BY.

Deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) depend on feedforward and feedback ways to obtain good performance in image denoising. However, how to obtain effective structural information via CNNs to efficiently represent given noisy images is key for complex scenes. In this paper, we propose a cross Transformer denoising CNN (CTNet) with a serial block (SB), a parallel block (PB), and a residual block (RB) to obtain clean images for complex scenes. A SB uses an enhanced residual architecture to deeply search structural information for image denoising. To avoid loss of key information, PB uses three heterogeneous networks to implement multiple interactions of multi-level features to broadly search for extra information for improving the adaptability of an obtained denoiser for complex scenes. Also, to improve denoising performance, Transformer mechanisms are embedded into the SB and PB to extract complementary salient features for effectively removing noise in terms of pixel relations. Finally, a RB is applied to acquire clean images. Experiments illustrate that our CTNet is superior to some popular denoising methods in terms of real and synthetic image denoising. Dynamic Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG) has shown great success in mitigating hallucinations in large language models (LLMs) during generation. However, existing dynamic RAG methods face significant limitations in two key aspects: 1) Lack of an effective mechanism to control retrieval triggers, and 2) Lack of effective scrutiny of retrieval content. To address these limitations, we propose an innovative dynamic RAG method, DioR (Adaptive Cognitive Detection and Contextual Retrieval Optimization), which consists of two main components: adaptive cognitive detection and contextual retrieval optimization, specifically designed to determine when retrieval is needed and what to retrieve for LLMs is useful. Experimental results demonstrate that DioR achieves superior performance on all tasks, demonstrating the effectiveness of our work. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The integration with artificial intelligence (AI) is recognized as one of the six usage scenarios in next-generation wireless communications. However, several critical challenges hinder the widespread application of deep learning (DL) techniques in wireless communications. In particular, existing DL-based wireless communications struggle to adapt to the rapidly changing wireless environments. In this paper, we discuss fast adaptation for DL-based wireless communications by using few-shot learning (FSL) techniques. We first identify the differences between fast adaptation in wireless communications and traditional AI tasks by highlighting two distinct FSL design requirements for wireless communications. To establish a wide perspective, we present a comprehensive review of the existing FSL techniques in wireless communications that satisfy these two design requirements. In particular, we emphasize the importance of applying domain knowledge in achieving fast adaptation. We specifically focus on multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) precoding as an examples to demonstrate the advantages of the FSL to achieve fast adaptation in wireless communications. Facial expressions in videos inherently mirror the dynamic nature of real-world facial events. Consequently, facial expression recognition (FER) should employ a dynamic graph-based representation to effectively capture the relational structure of facial expressions rather than relying on conventional grid or sequence methods. However, existing graph-based approaches have their limitations. Frame-level graph methods provide a coarse representation of the facial graph across time and space, while landmark-based graph methods need to introduce additional facial landmarks, resulting in a static graph structure. To address these challenges, we propose spatial-temporal relation-aware dynamic graph convolutional networks (ST-RDGCN). This fine-grained relation modeling approach enables the dynamic modeling of evolving facial expressions in videos through dynamic space-time graphs, eliminating the need for facial landmarks. ST-RDGCN encompasses three graph construction paradigms: dynamic independent space graph, dynamic joint space-time graph, and dynamic cross space-time graph. Furthermore, we propose a relation-aware space-time graph convolution (RSTG-Conv) operator to learn informative spatiotemporal correlations in dynamic space-time graphs. In extensive experimental evaluations, our ST-RDGCN demonstrates state-of-the-art performance on the five popular video-based FER datasets, achieving overall accuracy scores of 99.69%, 91.67%, 56.51%, 69.37%, and 49.03% on the CK+, Oulu-CASIA, AFEW, DFEW, and FERV39 k datasets, respectively. In particular, our ST-RDGCN outperforms the current best method by 3.6% in UAR on the most challenging FERV39 k dataset. Furthermore, our analysis reveals that the dynamic cross space-time graph scheme is the most effective among the three dynamic graph construction schemes. © 2010-2012 IEEE.
