SARS-CoV-2 infection is benign in most individuals but,in-10%of cases,it triggers hypoxemic COVID-19 pneumonia,which becomes critical in-3%of *** ensuing risk of death(-1%)doubles every five years from childhood onward and is-1.5 times greater in men than in *** are the molecular and cellular determinants of critical COVID-19 pneumonia?Inborn errors of type I IFNs,including autosomal TLR3 and X-linked TLR7 deficiencies,are found in-1-5%of patients with critical pneumonia under 60 years old.

Allergen penetration through epithelium to the body is important for allergic sensitizations (*** sensitization to food allergens). Because allergen sensitization and chronic inflammation are important in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases, zonulin is suggested to paly important roles in allergic diseases. According to the reports, the caregivers of children with food allergy were confronted with difficulties to get allergen-free foods, and actually some children developed allergic symptoms. According to the addition of LR in to the child diet, they were divided in group A-201 infants exclusively breastfed for 4-6 months, and group B-115 infants breastfed with addition of LR from fourth week of life for 12 weeks. First visit, skin tests, risk stratification and desensitization decision, place and number of steps.

From Genomics to MetabonomicsIn 2003,the human genome was completely mapped and sequenced under the global effort in the Human Genome Project(HGP).However,how a single gene may impact on the phenotypic expression is not fully *** new and high throughput technologies developed from the HGP are important technological legacy that have served the basic tools for the new era of ’omics’ research.’Omics’ research includes genomics(DNA),transcriptomics(RNA),proteomics(protein)and recently metabonomics(metabolites),which are integrated under the ’systems biology’ domain to study collectively(Fig.1).
