Due to the problems of poor scalability, difficult experimental evaluation, and the lack of teaching data analysis and collaborative sharing in traditional experimental teaching platforms, this paper designs an interactive and scalable intelligent experimental teaching auxiliary platform BERTDS based on deep learning algorithms and computer technology. The platform provides a wide range of functions, such as the release of experimental resources, online Q&A, cloud storage sharing, automatic evaluation, similarity detection, evaluation and assignment management, etc. This paper first introduces the design idea and overall architecture of the experimental platform based on the deep learning BERT framework;then expounds the design of the organization module and automated evaluation engine that support a variety of experimental schemes and the distributed deployment scheme of the server;finally, through the actual application data analysis and user Research feedback to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fundamentals, as a crucial mandatory component of social practice, plays a significant role in fostering students' innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial capabilities. Addressing the deficiency in integrating ideological and political elements within traditional curricula, a novel pedagogical approach has been proposed, one that is grounded in the 'Four Orientations' and characterized by an immersive, distinctive ideological and political curriculum model. This model ingeniously weaves distinctive ideological and political components into the foundational course of innovation and entrepreneurship. An eclectic course evaluation framework has been established, which integrates the assessment of ideological and political content with the curriculum's subject matter, thereby harmonizing the evaluation criteria across various assessment phases. The construction of ideological and political courses more effectively integrates ideological and political education into professional instruction, achieving dual objectives of knowledge dissemination and value shaping. This approach aims to cultivate a new generation of youth endowed with an innovative spirit and a sense of social responsibility for the benefit of the nation and society. © 2024 IEEE.

Effects of high‑grain diet feeding on fatty acid profiles in milk,blood,muscle,and adipose tissue,and transcriptional expression of lipid‑related genes in muscle and adipose tissue of dairy cows

Background High-grain(HG)diets affect lipid metabolism in the liver and mammary tissue of dairy cows,but its effects on muscle and adipose tissue have not been wide ***,the aim of this study is to clarify this *** Twelve Holstein cows were randomly divided into two groups:conventional diet group(CON,n=6)and the HG diet group(n=6).On day 7 of week 4,rumen fluid was sampled to measure pH,milk was sampled to meas-ure components,and blood was sampled to measure biochemical parameters and fatty acid *** the experiment,cows were slaughtered to collect muscle and adipose tissue for fatty acid composition and transcriptome *** HG feeding decreased the ruminal pH,milk’s fat content and long-chain fatty acid proportion(P<0.05)and increased the proportion of short-and medium-chain fatty acids in the milk(P<0.05)as compared with CON *** concentrations of blood cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the HG cows were lower than those in CON cows(P<0.05).In muscle tissue,HG feeding tended to increase the triacylglycerol(TG)concentration(P<0.10).Transcriptome analysis revealed changes in the biosynthesis of the unsaturated fatty acids pathway,the regulation of lipolysis in the adipocytes pathway,and the PPAR signalling *** adipose tissue,HG feeding increased the concentration of TG and decreased the concentration of C18:1 cis9(P<0.05).At the transcrip-tome level,the fatty acid biosynthesis pathway,linoleic acid metabolism pathway,and PPAR signalling pathway were *** HG feeding leads to subacute rumen acidosis and a decreased milk fat *** fatty acid profiles in the milk and plasma of dairy cows were changed by HG *** muscle and adipose tissue,HG feeding increased TG concentration and up-regulated the expression of genes related to adipogenesis,while down-regulated the expression of genes related to lipid *** results complement our knowledge of the

Subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA)represents one of the most important digestive disorders in intensive dairy farms,and dairy cows are individually different in the severity of SARA *** objectives of the current study were to investigate differences in the ruminal bacterial community and metabolome in dairy cattle with different susceptibility to *** the present study,12 cows were initially enrolled in the *** on average ruminal pH,4 cows with the lowest ruminal pH were assigned to the susceptible group(SUS,pH=5.76,n=4)and 4 cows with the highest ruminal pH assigned to the tolerant group(TOL,pH=6.10,n=4).Rumen contents from susceptible(SUS,n=4)and tolerant(TOL,n=4)dairy cows were collected through rumen fistula to systematically reveal the rumen microbial and metabolic alterations of dairy cows with different susceptibility to SARA using multi-omics approaches(16S and 18S rRNA gene sequencing and metabolome).The results showed that despite being fed the same diet,SUS cows had lower ruminal pH and higher concentrations of total volatile fatty acids(VFA)and propionate than TOL cows(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in dry matter intake,milk yield,and other milk compositions between the SUS and TOL groups(P>0.05).The principal coordinates analysis based on the analysis of molecular variance indicated a significant difference in bacterial composition between the two groups(P=0.01).More specifically,the relative abundance of starch-degrading bacteria(Prevotella spp.)was greater(P<0.05),while the proportion of fiber-degrading bacteria(unclassified Ruminococcaceae spp.,Ruminococcus spp.,Papillibacter,and unclassified Family_-XIII)was lower in the rumen of SUS cows compared with TOL cows(P<0.05).Community analysis of protozoa showed that there were no significant differences in the diversity,richness,and community structure(P>0.05).Metabolomics analysis revealed that the concentrations of organic acids(such as lactic acid),biogenic amines(s

Objectives:The nutrient rich sea bass is prone to oxidation of lipid and protein during *** and Methods:The research was to investigate the effect of different concentrations of Melissa officinalis *** oil(MOEO)nanoemulsions on myofibrillar protein(MP)and lipid oxidation in sea bass(Lateolabrax japonicus)during refrigeration at 4°***:The results of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and mitochondrial membrane potential showed that carboxymethyl chitosan/locust bean gum active coating solutions incorporating 2%MOEO nanoemulsions(C/L-2M)was the most effective in inhibiting lipid oxidation that occurred in sea bass under attack by reactive oxygen ***-field nuclear magnetic resonance results showed that C/L-2M maximally slowed the conversion of bound water to free water during *** oxidation of lipids and MP disrupted the secondary and tertiary conformations of MP and accelerated protein aggregation and ***:C/L-2M slowed the oxidation of lipids and proteins by inhibiting the oxidation of reactive oxygen species.C/L-2M is a very promising preservative emulsion for the preservation of sea bass.

Relevance of cathepsins activity and texture in slightly acidic electrolyzed water-slurry iced mackerel(Pneumatophorus japonicus)

The incorporation of SAEW and SI can effectively maintain the characteristics of texture in marine *** study aimed to investigate the relevance of cathepsin activity for texture and the establishment of a shelf-life model of mackerel(Pneumatophorus japonicus)stored at 4◦*** the cold storage,mackerel samples were exposed to flake ice(Control),slurry ice(SI),and slightly acidic electrolyzed water-slurry ice(SAEW-SI),*** the TVC,K-value,cathepsin activity,texture,and sensory attributes were *** results showed that the TVC and K-value of samples in SAEW-SI group was significantly lower by approximately 1 log CFU/g and 17%than those in Control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was a tendency to first increase and then decrease on the activities of cathepsin B,D and *** of texture profile analysis(TPA)clarified that SAEW-SI can markedly suppress the decrease of hardness,springiness and chewiness(P<0.05).During the experimental period,the highest sensory scores were obtained in SAEW-SI *** addition,the heat map of correlation analysis suggested that texture attributes(hardness)were negatively correlated with cathepsin B(r=-0.66),cathepsin D(r=-0.49),and cathepsin L(r=-0.69),*** to the principal component analysis(PCA)and analysis of linear regression,SAEW-SI treatment could effectively maintain mackerel quality and extend the estimated shelf-life of mackerel by at least 5 days compared to Control ***,SAEW-SI could be suggested as a novel strategy for cold-chain transportation in seafood industry.

Effect of structural parameters on the hydrodynamic performance of vertical curved V-Type otter board

In order to study the influence mechanism of structural type and size on the hydrodynamic performance of vertical curved V-type otter board,this paper based on the computational fluid dynamics method,a three-dimensional numerical model of vertical curved V-type otter board is established to calculate and analyze its hydrodynamic performance,and the validity of the numerical simulation results is verified by designing and constructing a scaled model for dynamic flume *** this basis,the effects of different structural parameters,such as the deflector angle,camber,and spacing,on the hydrodynamic performance of the vertical curved V-Type otter board are investigated and the optimal structural design scheme is *** results demonstrate that single or synchronous changes of the angle,camber,and spacing of the two deflectors have varying degrees of impact on the hydrodynamic performance of the vertical curved V-Type otter *** improve the expansion effect of the otter board,setting the angle of the deflector A to 40◦and that of the deflector B to 30◦,or setting the camber of deflectors A and B to 18%,or setting the spacing between deflectors A and B to 380 mm and that between the deflector and the main panel to 670 mm can increase the lift coefficient of the vertical curved V-Type otter board to its maximum *** the overall performance of the otter board,when the angle of the deflector A is set to 25◦and that of the deflector B is set to 30◦,or the camber of the deflector A is set to 6% and that of the deflector B is set to 9%,or the spacing between deflectors A and B is set to 340 mm and that between the deflector and the main panel is set to 610 mm,the lift-to-drag ratio of the otter board can be increased to its maximum value.
