Cluster based cooperative spectrum sensing is investigated to achieve diversity gains and improve the performance of cognitive radio networks. However, the performance of the entire system will be degraded for the non-ideal detecting channels and the non-ideal reporting channels. Considering this issue, we propose a weighted collaborative spectrum sensing scheme with different sensing durations to reduce the impact of the fading channels in this paper. The simulation results and theoretical analysis show that the sensing performance of the proposed scheme can be improved significantly. © 2012 IEEE.

According to the epidemic state, propagation mode and transformation between HBV infection states,the Hepatitis B Virus （HBV） infection with impulsive vaccination and time delay are modelled and analyzed. The control methods of impulsive vaccination and active therapy are adopted. By using comparative theorem of impulsive differential equation, the sufficient conditions that Hepatitis B Virus will be eliminated eventually or be persistent are derived.

At present, the quality and the speed of the traditional main sorting algorithm are hard to meet the current complex electronic circumstance at the same time. Aiming at the problem, the inter-destiny is defined, and then the improved main sorting algorithm based on the inter-destiny is given. Furthermore, the algorithm steps and flow are given to meet the project need. The simulation shows that the speed and the efficiency of theimproved algorithms is obvious improved than that of traditional algorithms. This paper can be useful to the sorting performance improvement of the equipments as reference. © 2011 IEEE.

The aim of This paper is to sorting the phased array radar signal. The method is using the radar beams scanning characters of the phased array radar, then proposes an algorithm based on the rough sets theory to sort the signal of phased array radars. From researching on the characters of the phased array radar's beam scanning manners, we can use the PDW received from the receiving equipments as a set of attributes. Through using RST to reduce the attributes of phased array radar signal, we can get the rule of the attributes' nucleus. So we can sort the phased array radar signal from the electromagnet environment from using the rule. Through experiments showed that this method can get a good result and can efficiently sort the phased array radar signal. © 2010 IEEE.

Based on deeply analyzing the characteristic of the battlefield ferromagnetic targets, according to the problems of magnetic detection system, for instance single detection pattern, low detection resolution and poor anti-interference performance, the Giant Magneto-Impedance(GMI) micro-magnetic sensor in combination with the technology of fuzzy neural networks(FNN) were carried as the core of the magnetic detection system. Take advantage of GMI sensor and FNN to realize accurate recognition of the target in the range of nan-otesla magnetic field. In this paper, equable magnetization rotation ellipsoid is used to simulate the tank and military truck, taking the triaxial magnetic moments and semi-focal length, that is Mx, M y, Mz, c as recognition characteristic quantity, and the FNN is used to recognize the tank and military truck including the categories and motion directions. The method reaches good recognition effect through experimental verification, and it has significance to improve detection range and recognition accuracy. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) can adaptively decompose multicomponent signals into a finite number of simple oscillatory mode functions termed intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) through a sifting process. In this paper, a tree-structured EMD filter is designed to describe the EMD algorithm. The core element of the EMD filter is called sifting filter which depicts the EMD sifting process of extracting an IMF. As a consequence, the tree-structured EMD filter can make toward a better understanding of the EMD method. ©2010 IEEE.

A great deal of attention is currently focused on multi-sensor track fusion (TF), for it can not only achieve improved performance and provide more inferences, but also reduce the computational complexity and the bandwidth of transmission. This paper makes use of Joint Probabilistic Data Association (JPDA) algorithm to track the multi-target for each sensor in cluttered environment. And one of the most important aspects of multi-sensor track fusion is track-to-track-association (TTTA). To solve the problem, an approach of double-threshold tracks association is presented. It uses the track weighted fusion approach to fuse each track from sensors. Compared to a single sensor's performance, Simulation results show that the proposed approach achieves considerable performance improvement for multisensor-multitarget tracking in cluttered environment. © 2010 IEEE.

A new dynamic programming based track before detect (DP-TBD) algorithm is presented to detect and track multi-target when SNR is low and target number is unknown. The technique combines the possible target state estimation using PDA with standard DP-TBD algorithm. And with the assumption that one measurement can originate from one target or clutter, the track separation phenomenon can be minimized and the target number can be obtained. Since the like-ratio function is not included in the merit function, the new method can be used without the priori information of the noise. Simulation results reveal that the new DP-TBD method has good performance when detecting target number and recovering target trajectories. © 2010 IEEE.

The problem of robust stochastic stabilization and robust H ∞ control for a class of uncertain stochastic time-delay Markovian jump system with state and input delays is discussed. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, a memory-less state feedback controller is designed in order to make the closed-loop system robust stochastic stable and meet H∞ performance for all admitted uncertainties. At the same time, a sufficient condition for this problem is given in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMI). Finally, a numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2010 IEEE.
