Line segments are ordinary in industrial scene, accurate line segments matching is a key step for many applications, such as 3-D reconstruction. A matching method based on epipolar-line constraint and line segment features is proposed. Firstly, the points on line segments between image pairs are matched by epipolar-line constraint. Secondly, geometric descriptor and gray value descriptor are used to describe the line segment features, then the two descriptors are combined into a feature vector, and Euclidean distance between vectors is used to achieve fine match. Experiment results show that the proposed method is accurate and fast. © 2011 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

This paper presents a new algorithm for torus/torus intersection. The pre-image of the intersection in the parametric space of one torus is represented by an implicit equation. The pre-image is divided into one-valued function curve segments by characteristic points. The topological feature of these characteristic points is analyzed to obtain the structure of the pre-image. Intersection curves satisfying required precision are found by a self-adaptive refinement method. Experiment results are presented to illustrate the stability and efficiency of the method. © 2011 CAD Solutions, LLC.

Wheel slip-sinkage and its prediction model of lunar rover

In order to investigate wheel slip-sinkage problem, which is important for the design, control and simulation of lunar rovers, experiments were carried out with a wheel-soil interaction test system to measure the sinkage of three types of wheels in dimension with wheel lugs of different heights and numbers under a series of slip ratios (0-0.6). The curves of wheel sinkage versus slip ratio were obtained and it was found that the sinkage with slip ratio of 0.6 is 3-7 times of the static sinkage. Based on the experimental results, the slip-sinkage principle of lunar's rover lugged wheels (including the sinkage caused by longitudinal flow and side flow of soil, and soil digging of wheel lugs) was analyzed, and corresponding calculation equations were derived. All the factors that can cause slip sinkage were considered to improve the conventional wheel-soil interaction model, and a formula of changing the sinkage exponent with the slip ratio was established. Mathematical model for calculating the sinkage of wheel according to vertical load and slip ratio was developed. Calculation results show that this model can predict the slip-sinkage of wheel with high precision, making up the deficiency of Wong-Reece model that mainly reflects longitudinal slip-sinkage.

With the rapid development of ubiquitous computing technology, software is widely used in the intelligent mobile terminals. How to improve the intelligent mobile terminal software quality is one of the hot topics in embedded software testing field. Combined with the developed intelligent mobile terminal software automatic testing environment, the intelligent mobile terminal software testing script technology (TST-IMTS) was proposed firstly. And then, the main characteristics of the TST-IMTS and its modeling method applied to intelligent mobile terminal devices were studied. Furthermore, the automatic testing process based on the TST-IMTS was presented. Finally, TST-IMTS was applied in real intelligent mobile terminal software testing practice, and the verification result showed that the method proposed in this paper was efficient and of great value in engineering application. © 2010 IEEE.

In a Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), there are normally one or several sensor nodes working as Access Points (AP), which are able to provide a relay for other sensors to an external Internet connection. Since WSNs are resource constrained, the selection of APs is very crucial in economizing power usage. In this paper, we study the optimal selection of APs to maximize the WSN lifetime. This issue is closely related to routing protocols in WSN. We propose a new adaptive multi-path routing protocol to reduce the energy consumption and guarantee QoS requirements with respect to transmission delay. In this paper, we formulate the issues we mentioned above as a non-linear NP-hard optimization problem. Due to the high computation complexity of this problem, we proposed two polynomial-time approximation algorithms to optimally select APs in the WSN that based on the framework in. Combining with our new adaptive multi-path routing protocol, our preliminary simulation results show that our schemes can save more than 20% energy compared with the existing APs selection schemes with single path routing protocols.

In clinical practice,examination of the hemorrhagic spot (HS) remains *** this paper,we describe a remote controlled capsule (RCC) micro-system with an automated,color-based sensor to identify and localize the HS of the gastrointestinal (GI) *** vitro testing of the detecting sensor demonstrated that it was capable of discriminating mimetic intestinal fluid (MIF) with and without the hemoglobin (Hb) when the concentration of Hb in MIF was above 0.05 g/***,this RCC system is able to detect the relatively accurate location of the HS in the GI tract.

Conventional ball bearing reaction wheel used to control the attitude of spacecraft can＇t absorb the centrifugal force caused by imbalance of the wheel rotor,and there will be a torque spike at zero speed,which seriously influences the accuracy and stability of spacecraft attitude *** with traditional ball-bearing wheel,noncontact and no lubrication are the remarkable features of the magnetic bearing reaction wheel,and which can solve the high precision problems of *** general,two radial magnetic bearings are needed in magnetic bearing wheel,and the design results in a relatively large axial dimension and smaller momentum-to-mass *** this paper,a new type of magnetic bearing reaction wheel（MBRW） is introduced for satellite attitude control,and a novel integrated radial hybrid magnetic bearing（RHMB） with permanent magnet bias is designed to reduce the mass and minimize the size of the MBRW,*** equivalent magnetic circuit model for the RHMB is presented and a solution is *** stiffness model is also presented,including current stiffness,position negative stiffness,as well as tilting current stiffness,tilting angular position negative stiffness,force and moment equilibrium *** design parameters of the RHMB are given according to the requirement of the MBRW with angular momentum of 30 N ？ m ？ s when the rotation speed of rotor reaches to 5 kr/*** nonlinearity of the RHMB is shown by using the characteristic curves of force-control current-position,current stiffness,position stiffness,moment-control current-angular displacement,tilting current stiffness and tilting angular position stiffness considering all the rotor position within the clearance space and the control *** proposed research ensures the performance of the radial magnetic bearing with permanent magnet bias,and provides theory basis for design of the magnetic bearing wheel.

Model ontology representation is proposed to improve the standardization of model representation in model base system. There are model domain ontology, application ontology and ontology evolution in it. Model domain ontology ensures that the information of model is integrity and consistency, which is abstract of model information and relation on each other. Model application ontology is concretion of model information according with domain ontology as the resource of information of the model management modules. Model domain and application ontology are modified by using ontology evolution under model consistency. Model ontology representation is easy to be standardized and expanded by the instance. © 2010 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose open bisimulations for open processes in higher order π-calculus. The equivalence of open bisimulations and other bisimulations for open processes is proved. Furthermore, we present a symbolic operational semantics of higher order open processes, and give some symbolic bisimulations for higher order processes. The relation between symbolic bisimulations and other bisimulations is also studied. At last, we introduce a higher order π-calculus with sum and conditional operators, then we study open bisimulations and symbolic bisimulations for this calculus. © 2010 IEEE.
