In 3d image processing, such as medical volume data and industrial CT volume data analysis, speckle noise suppressing significantly affects their accuracy. This paper utilizes a group of volume morphology arithmetic operators, mainly including volume open and volume close, by extending area morphology into 3-d space. Using these operators, the light and dark objects of small size could be removed directly from the 3-d space of the target objects, while the connectivity of the main 3-d target objects in the volume data is still preserved. To improve the volume morphology operations efficiency, we decompose volume data in bitplanes instead of in gray scale space to reduce the binary volumes. To verify the effect of the improved volume morphology operators, they are applied to suppress speckle noises in 3-d images of coral and rat skull and compared with original volume morphology operations. Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can significantly reduce computing time, while maintaining comparable results to original operations results. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In this paper,a novel NEtwork MObility(NEMO) solution based on predictive fast handover is proposed to solve the problem of long handover delay and lack of effective interdomain handover scheme in Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6) *** the help of L2 scheme,NEMO can perform prehandover before getting registered so that relevant information is acknowledged in ***-domain handover is supported by extending signaling messages to make entities communicate between different *** packet loss problem is eliminated by introducing double buffering *** and simulation shows that this solution can reduce the delay during handover and improve communication efficiency.

VANET is new kind of Ad hoc. It is widely used in ITS (Intelligent Transportation systems), which has many characteristics as large scale network, fast moving nodes, the frequently changing topological structure and easily divided networks. Therefore, routing protocol design must fully consider of this characteristics with much node information that bring a great challenge to the security of VANET. In this paper, we divide the information type into four categories based on different content, and analyze the security threats in different information type, then summarize the existing security technologies and give the possible research directions.

In order to enhance the extensibility of current attack feature extracted and detection means for App-ddoS(Application Layer distributed denial of Service, App-ddoS)attacks, a novel feature extracted method based on marking access and a new detection algorithm named d-SVdd are proposed. After expressing kinds of App-ddoS attacks as characteristic vectors by access marked strategy and feature extracted strategy, d-SVdd algorithm is used for secondary classification and detection of pre-set area around decision boundary based on SVdd. It is proved by experiments that the proposed feature extracted and detection means can realize effective detection for kinds of App-ddoS attacks, both have satisfying time, space and extensibility performance. © 2013 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.

A video copy detection method based on fusion of spatio-temporal features is proposed in this paper. Firstly, trajectories are built and lens boundaries are detected by SUrF features analyzing, then normalized histogram is used to describe spatio-temporal behavior of trajectories, the bag of visual words is constructed by trajectories behavior clustering, word frequency vectors and SUrF features with behavior labels are extracted to express spatio-temporal content of lens, finally, duplicates are detected efficiently based on grade-match. The experimental results show the performance of this method is improved greatly compared with other similar methods. © 2013 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.

We report the discovery of OGLE-2016-BLG-1190Lb, which is likely to be the first Spitzer microlensing planet in the Galactic bulge/bar, an assignation that can be confirmed by two epochs of high-resolution imaging of the combined source-lens baseline object. The planet’s mass Mp = 13.4 ± 0.9 MJ places it right at the deuterium burning limit, i.e., the conventional boundary between "planets" and "brown dwarfs". Its existence raises the question of whether such objects are really "planets" (formed within the disks of their hosts) or "failed stars" (low massobjects formed by gas fragmentation). This question may ultimately be addressed by comparing disk and bulge/bar planets, which is a goal of the Spitzer microlens program. The host is a G dwarf Mhost = 0.89 ± 0.07 M and the planet has a semi-major axis a ∼ 2.0 AU. We use Kepler K2 Campaign 9 microlensing data to break the lens-mass degeneracy that generically impacts parallax solutions from Earth-Spitzer observations alone, which is the first successful application of this approach. The microlensing data, derived primarily from near-continuous, ultra-dense survey observations from OGLE, MOA, and three KMTNet telescopes, contain more orbital information than for any previous microlensing planet, but not quite enough to accurately specify the full orbit.
