An immune-theory-based model for monitoring inter-domain routing system

The inter-domain routing system faces many serious security threats because the border gateway protocol(BGP) lacks effective security ***,there is no solution that satisfies the requirements of a real *** address this problem,we propose a new model based on immune theory to monitor the inter-domain routing *** introduce the dynamic evolution models for the "self" and detection cells,and construct washout and update mechanisms for the memory detection ***,borrowing an idea from immune network theory,we present a new coordinative method to identify anomalous nodes in the inter-domain routing *** this way,the more nodes working with their own information that join the coordinative network,the greater is the ability of the system to identify anomalous nodes through evaluation between *** it is not necessary to modify the BGP,the ITMM is easy to deploy and inexpensive to *** experimental results confirm the method’s ability to detect abnormal routes and identify anomalous nodes in the inter-domain routing system.

In this paper, the multi-path utility maximization problem is investigated. As the objective function of Multipath routing is not strictly concave, the dual problem may not be differentiable for every point when one attempts to use a duality approach. To ensure the objective function strictly concave, a logarithmic term is introduced. We propose a distributed rate allocation algorithm and prove the convergence performance. Simulation results show that the mechanism can converge rapidly and make better use of network resources. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Single method may hardly satisfy fast and full-scale identification owing to the limitation of capability and speed, especially under the trend of new applications emerging and capacity expanding in Internet. An online identification architecture is proposed, in which identify units are assembled flexibly with various topologies to perform diverse tasks. Furthermore, the front end unit filters traffic according to the feedback of identifying results of back end units. Process pressure of system is reduced for core identifying units so that the system processes can achieve convenient capacity expanding and smooth capability updating. Low cost and high performance online identification is achieved.

Achieving fair service with a hybrid scheduling scheme for CICQ switches

Providing performance guarantees for arriving traffic flows has become an important measure for today’s routing and switching systems. However, none of current scheduling algorithms built on CICQ (combined input and cross-point buffered) switches can provide flow level performance guarantees. Aiming at meeting this requirement, the feasibility of implementing flow level scheduling is discussed thoroughly. Then, based on the discussion, it comes up with a hybrid and stratified fair scheduling (HSFS) scheme, which is hierarchical and hybrid, for CICQ switches. With HSFS, each input port and output port can schedule variable length packets independently with a complexity of O(1). Theoretical analysis show that HSFS can provide delay bound, service rate and fair performance guarantees without speedup. Finally, we implement HSFS in SPES (switch performance evaluation system) to verify the analytical results.

Multi-path based routing and switching can achieve network-wide load balancing and reduce the port conflicts of switching *** by this novel idea,in this paper,through analyzing the feasibility of implementing multi-next-hops in core switching networks comprehensively,we advance a switching scheme called MHrS(multi-next-hop re-routing switch)and a forwarding table management scheme called HMFT(hierarchical multi-stage forwarding table)to support multi-next-hop dynamical *** implements dynamical re-routing in the switches according its congestion status to achieve real-time load balancing,while HMFT can provide traffic with different forwarding paths based on their QoS *** analysis and simulation results show that switches equipped with HMFT and MHrS can provide good delay and throughput ***,they can reduce port conflicts significantly.

In d-S evidence theory, the dempster's rule always leads to counter-intuitive results when combining conflicting evidences. The methods proposed to solve these problems all simply focus on BBA features, and ignore the decision assistant purpose. In order to get consistent results, a new combination scheme is proposed, which imitates the thinking of our brain, and fuses evidences with different conflict levels by different rules. The new scheme firstly classifies the evidences according to decision support property, then, fuses the BBAs in the same class through classical discounting method, in which the discount factor is related to probability quality, finally, combines the evidences conflicting seriously through another discount way selecting BBA reliability as the factor. The numeric examples show that the new scheme evaluates BBAs from decision assistant point all-time long, and can solve the counter-intuitive paradoxes effectively. © 2012 IEEE.

A new web attack pattern called HTTP Parameter Pollution has been presented in recent years. The harm and detection method about HPP has become a hot topic in the field of web application security. In the paper, we started with analyzing the HPP attack pattern, researched on the necessary conditions and the potential harm of attack, pointed that the determination of parameter precedence is a prerequisite for the implementation and testing of such attacks, and proposed determination method for parameter priority based on tree edit distance to provide the necessary support for HPP vulnerabilities detection. As well as, we developed different detection methods for the difference of parameters between UrL and the page. Finally the detection system for HPP vulnerability was realized, and some vulnerabilities have been discovered in real world. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

For the issue of the discretionary access control（dAC） model safety analysis,a logic method is *** method takes the Gd model as the classic dAC model and Prolog as the basic language to describe system states and state transfer rules.A general program based on this logic method is proposed for dAC safety analysis,but this program may never be terminal for some safety analysis *** safety analysis algorithm is achieved by simplifying the general program according to the property of the dAC model state transfer *** safety analysis algorithm is easier to understand and implement than the previous algorithms and its time complexity is O（N＋M＋T）,in which N,M,and T are the numbers of the rights with copy flag,the policies for right transferring,and the policies for right permitting,respectively.

The present study conducted a multi-scale dynamic functional connectivity analysis to evaluate dynamic behavior of acupuncture at Taichong （Lr3） and sham acupoints surrounding Taichong results showed differences in wavelet transform coherence characteristic curves in the declive, precuneus, postcentral gyrus, supramarginal gyrus, and occipital lobe between acupuncture at Taichong and acupuncture at sham acupoints. The differences in characteristic curves revealed that the specific effect of acupuncture existed during the post-acupuncture rest state and lasted for 5 minutes.
