There are some problems in traditional network architecture, such as traffic can not be real-time scheduling, business information can not be visualized, operation and maintenance is complex, and fault location efficiency is low. This article proposes a dual-band bandpass filter (BPF) based on stub-loadedresonator (SLr) with the second passband independently tunable. Varactors loaded on the end of the central stub are employed to independently tune the second passband. Two shunt quarter-wavelength open stubs and source-load (S-L) coupling are applied to generate transmission zeros (TZs) to enhance the selectivity and improve the out-bandrejection. For verification, a tunable dual-band BPF is designed, fabricated and tested, which realizes frequency tuning range (FTr) of the second passband from 2.24 to 2.71 GHz with constant fractional bandwidth (CFBW) of 1.5±0.4%. The simulated and measuredresults are in good accordance.

Space-air-ground-sea integrated communication is expected to be an important research direction in the future to meet the growing demand for efficiency, reliability and coverage. However, due to the open channel of wireless communication, the security of the communication network is facing great challenge. In this paper, a weighted fractional Fourier transform (WFrFT) direct sequence spread spectrum (dSSS) system based on chaotic cyclic shift is proposed. Specifically, a chaotic sequence is generated to control the cyclic shifts of the original spreading sequence and then the shifted sequences are encrypted through WFrFT before spreading the information bits. Simulation results demonstrate the practicability of chaotic cyclic shifted WFrFT (CCS-WFrFT) spreading sequence and the superior security performance of the proposedsystem.

reducing the power consumption and maintaining the Flow Completion Time (FCT) for the Quality of Service (QoS) of applications in data center Networks (dCNs) are two major concerns fordata center operators. However, existing works either fail in guaranteeing the QoS due to the neglect of the FCT constraints or achieve a less satisfying power efficiency. In this paper, we propose SmartFCT, which employs Software-defined Networking (SdN) coupled with the deep reinforcement Learning (drL) to improve the power efficiency of dCNs and guarantee the FCT. The drL agent can generate a dynamic policy to consolidate traffic flows into fewer active switches in the dCN for power efficiency, and the policy also leaves different margins in different active links and switches to avoid FCT violation of unexpected short bursts of flows. Simulation results show that with similar FCT guarantee, SmartFCT can save 8% more of the power consumption compared to the state-of-the-art solutions.
