Multipath based routing and switching can achieve network-wide load balancing and reduce the port contentions of switching devices. From this point of view, in this paper, after analyzing the feasibility of implementing multinext-hop in core switching networks comprehensively, it comes up with a switching scheme called MXrS (Multi-next-hop rerouting Switch) which supports multi-next-hop dynamical rerouting. The MXrS scheme implements dynamical re-routing internal the switches according to congestion status to achieve real-time load balancing, and it can provide various traffic with different routing paths based on their QoS requirements. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that switches equipped with MXrS can provide both good delay and throughput performance, and can reduce port contentions significantly.

Providing flexible personalized services on demand by heterogeneous network architectures or shared experiment environments is the next step for current information infrastructures. A major challenge is the efficient assignment of substrate network resources due to the diversiform requirements of different services. Current researches focus on finding out the feasible shortest routes by heuristics algorithms with multiple constraints which is computationally intractable. In this paper, we propose a novel approach based on load balance, in which we allocate substrate resources by choosing the routes with the minimal link utilization. The dynamic re-balance during the resources assignment could make efficient use of "piece resource" and consequently improve the resource utilization. In particular, this paper focuses on two versions: resource assignment for both unsplittable and splittable flows. For unsplittable flows, we propose the Lower Utilization First (LUF) algorithm based on load balance which exhibits well in both complexity and efficiency. For splittable flows, we take advantage of flow splitting and bring forward the Splitting-based Lower Utilization First (S-LUF) algorithm. In addition, by using reconfiguration to re-optimize the resource assignment, we improve the S-LUF algorithm and provide the reconfiguration and Splitting-based Lower Utilization First (rS-LUF) algorithm which could accept more requests and thereupon improve resource utilization. Our simulation experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithms enable a more efficient and well-performed resource assignment procedure. © 2011 Binary Information Press.

The objective of software process measurement is to find the abnormal conditions, such as incompliance and instable, in the real executing process of software process by measurement, so we can supply quantity proof for software process control and management. However, there are gaps between customer satisfaction degree measurement and software product quality degree measurement in mostly software process measurement approach and practice currently, cause the problems like ambiguity of measurement aims, and difficult to evaluate the effect of measurement etc. This paper put forward a new software process measurement approach based on Six Sigma theory, which combines customer satisfaction degree, software quality, software process altogether. The approach is based on ISO9126's software internal-external-user quality model, uses QFd(quality function deployment) to confirm the aim of software process measurement and measurement technique factors, using SPC(statistics process control) method to do trend analysis and stability analysis for measurement items, to find and remove abnormal instances, constructs performance baseline for measured process performance, improves and justifies software process according to measurement results, and provides focus for software test and maintain, finally insure the implementation of the target of customer satisfaction degree and software quality.

As Internet traffic grows explosively, high-speed switches and routers with large capability are becoming necessary, scalable multi-stage switching fabric is the next step. Nevertheless, current scheduling schemes based on random matching or roundrobin dispatching for Memory-Space-Memory (MSM) Clos switching fabric, are subjected to the limited throughput and time delay under non-uniform traffic. As the complexity primitive, this paper introduces the Frame-based Stability-guaranteed Scheduling scheme (FSS) by relaxing the time constraint of scheduling. The stability of FFS as the primary academic analysis is proved too. At last, our simulation results show that FSS can achieve higher throughput under non-uniform traffic compared to current schemes, while keeping high performance under uniform traffic with low implementation complexity.

In order to strengthen the administration of the barn, we need to storage environment for scientific and effective monitoring and analysisThis paper firstly filter and merge the temperature and humidity information in the environment by using fuzzy neural network, then regard the temperature and humidity as particles, calculate the fitness of the particles according to corresponding mildew rate and cost, finally the outputs of temperature and humidity curve values are obtained through iterative optimization of local and global extreme by particle swarm algorithm.

In heterogeneous wireless network, its open and interconnected characteristic challenges current secure mechanisms, To enhance the security and reduce the redundant identifiers of users, An access authentication scheme based on the non-redundant identifier is proposed. The scheme is to realize identifier authentication, through using identity separating storage, substitute transmission and identifier updating mechanisms, user privacy protection is enhanced. This paper also improves AKA algorithm to enhance the security of access authentication. Finally, security and communication performance of the proposed protocol are analyzed. The result showed that the proposed scheme is efficient and secure met users' requirements in access security. © 2010 IEEE.

With the development of Internet, P2P applications sometimes represent most of Internet traffic. This phenomenon effects on network performance worse. However, more and more P2P protocols can dynamically hop to different ports and use encryption techniques, in order to make them difficult to detect. In this paper, we develop a new model to identify P2P flow using behavior characteristics. This model doesn't depend on the deep packets inspection (dPI), only use the behavior characteristics. And the experiment results show that this method exhibits good performance for identifying P2P flow. ©2010 IEEE.

This paper proposes a new adaptive rate control algorithm for the reverse link of cdma2000 1x EV-dO rev. A system. In this algorithm, the reverse link channel quality is regarded as an influencing factor of T2P flow adjustment and a weighting factor is introduced to adjust the degree of influence. In this case, the terminals with good channel quality are able to get more data transmission space, while the terminals with poor channel quality can avoid the system instability which is caused by the increasing transmission power. Simulation results show that the new algorithm easily reduces the system load and improves the system throughput. © 2010 IEEE.

due to the use of variable length coding(VLC), the MPEG-2 code is very sensitive to channel disturbances. A single bit error in I frame may propagate up to the rest of the slice until the next resynchronization point is reached and may also propagate into temporal domain because of inter-frame coding. As a result, it leads to noticeable degradation of the decoded video quality. To prevent error propagation, an error correction algorithm to I frame is presented in this paper: moving window error correction algorithm. Be different from error concealment (EC) methods, it can partly correct some random and outburst errors in the corrupted discrete cosine transform (dCT) regions and can recover the original information. EC methods are used only when the correction algorithm fails. The performance of the proposed scheme proves to be satisfactory and surpasses the only use of EC methods under study. © 2010 IEEE.

An efficient Call Admission Control (CAC) arithmetic is essential to guarantee QoS for enhancing the utilization of radio resource in multitraffic CdMA systems. This paper presents a Multi-Class Services dynamic Mixed Judgment CAC arithmetic. This arithmetic judges a new coming call whether to accept or not based on the remaining resource, the priority of all services and the resource reservation for high priority. When self-similar service is coming, it uses probabilistic access. The results show that this arithmetic can keep better performance. ©2010 IEEE.
