The emergence of Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) has promoted the development of synthesized high-fidelity views of the intricate real world. However, it is still a very demanding task to repaint the content in NeRF. In this paper, we propose a novel framework that can take RGB images as input and alter the 3D content in neural scenes. Our work leverages existing diffusion models to guide changes in the designated 3D content. Specifically, we semantically select the target object and a pre-trained diffusion model will guide the NeRF model to generate new 3D objects, which can improve the editability, diversity, and application range of NeRF. Experiment results show that our algorithm is effective for editing 3D objects in NeRF under different text prompts, including editing appearance, shape, and more. We validate our method on both real-world datasets and synthetic-world datasets for these editing tasks. In this paper,we consider skyline queries in a mobile and distributed environment,where data objects are distributed in some sites(database servers)which are interconnected through a high-speed wired network,and queries are issued by mobile units(laptop,cell phone,etc.)which access the data objects of database servers by wireless *** inherent properties of mobile computing environment such as mobility,limited wireless bandwidth,frequent disconnection,make skyline queries more *** show how to efficiently perform distributed skyline queries in a mobile environment and propose a skyline query processing approach,called efficient distributed skyline based on mobile computing(EDS-MC).In EDS-MC,a distributed skyline query is decomposed into five processing phases and each phase is elaborately designed in order to reduce the network communication,network delay and query response *** conduct extensive experiments in a simulated mobile database system,and the experimental results demonstrate the superiority of EDS-MC over other skyline query processing techniques on mobile computing.

Due to over-abundant information on the Web, information filtering becomes a key task for online users to obtain relevant suggestions and how to extract the most related item is always a key topic for researchers in various fields. In this paper, we adopt tools used to analyze complex networks to evaluate user reputation and item quality. In our proposed Accumulative Time Based Ranking (ATR) algorithm, we take into account the growth record of the network to identify the evolution of the reputation of users and the quality of items, by incorporating two behavior weighting factors which can capture the hidden facts on reputation and quality dynamics for each user and item respectively. Our proposed ATR algorithm mainly combines the iterative approach to rank user reputation and item quality with temporal dependence compared with other reputation evaluation methods. We show that our algorithm outperforms other benchmark ranking algorithms in terms of precision and robustness on empirical datasets from various online retailers and the citation datasets among research publications. Therefore, our proposed method has the capability to effectively evaluate user reputation and item quality.

Aptamers are single-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotides that selectively bind to specific targets, making them valuable for drug design and diagnostic applications. Identifying the interactions between aptamers and target proteins is crucial for these applications. The systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment process, traditionally used for this purpose, is challenging and time-consuming. The resulting aptamers often suffer from limitations in stability and diversity. Computational approaches have shown promise in aiding the discovery of high-performance aptamers, but existing methods are usually constrained by insufficient training data and limited generalizability. Recently, advancements in pre-training large language models have offered a new avenue to mitigate the dependency on large datasets. In this study, we propose a novel method to predict aptamer-protein interactions using large language models within a contrastive learning framework. Experimental results demonstrate that our method exhibits superior generalization and outperforms existing approaches. This method holds promise as a powerful tool for predicting aptamer-protein interactions. © 2024 IEEE.

With the increasing use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in a variety of applications, their safety has become a critical concern. UAVs face numerous emergencies during missions, in these situations, the UAVs need to autonomously find a suitable landing site, plan flight routes, and avoid obstacles in unstructured environments. However, due to the limitations of computing power and sensors, it is challenging to achieve this goal. This research aims to explore the monocular emergency autonomous landing algorithm. Specifically, this work focuses on extracting depth and vision information. A topology information extractor is designed to convert image to graph and assess the connectivity of terrain. Additionally, a depth information extractor is designed to calculate the slope and roughness of the ground. A 3D topology optimizer is designed to optimize the graph by depth information and evaluate the landing suitability by a heuristic strategy. To make the action decision, a hybrid decision network (DGN) based on 3D topology information is proposed. Finally, this work build a simulated scenario based on real scene to verify the efficiency of DGN. The results of the experiment show that DGN outperforms its counterparts in terms of action prediction accuracy and landing success rate. © 2023 IEEE.

World models significantly enhance hierarchical understanding, improving data integration and learning efficiency. To explore the potential of the world model in the remote sensing (RS) field, this paper proposes a label-efficient remote sensing world model for multimodal data fusion (FusDreamer). The FusDreamer uses the world model as a unified representation container to abstract common and high-level knowledge, promoting interactions across different types of data, i.e., hyperspectral (HSI), light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and text data. Initially, a new latent diffusion fusion and multimodal generation paradigm (LaMG) is utilized for its exceptional information integration and detail retention capabilities. Subsequently, an open-world knowledge-guided consistency projection (OK-CP) module incorporates prompt representations for visually described objects and aligns language-visual features through contrastive learning. In this way, the domain gap can be bridged by fine-tuning the pre-trained world models with limited samples. Finally, an end-to-end multitask combinatorial optimization (MuCO) strategy can capture slight feature bias and constrain the diffusion process in a collaboratively learnable direction. Experiments conducted on four typical datasets indicate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed FusDreamer. Intelligent defect detection methods are important for the surface of the containment of nuclear power plants and face many challenges in the field of computer vision. Due to the irregular shapes and large variation of defects, as well as the similarity of the features between some defects and the background. Most existing deep learning-based defect detection networks suffer from insufficient feature extraction capabilities, making it difficult to detect defects from the background. Inspired by discrete representation learning methods, we propose a two-stage defect detection model called ConVQVAE, which uses a semi-supervised method for representation learning to achieve binary classification for defect detection. In addition, contrastive learning is performed in two stages to enhance the model's diversity representation ability and inter-class disentanglement representation ability. Finally, we experimentally verify that the proposed method can obtain good classification results. © 2023 IEEE.

Memory disaggregation, facilitated by Smart Network Interface Cards (SmartNICs), has emerged as a cost-effective approach for sharing memory resources in data centers. However, current SoC-based SmartNICs face several challenges for supporting near-data processing (NDP) in disaggregated memory (DM) systems effectively, such as inefficient resource allocation for SmartNICs employed in NDP, and the lack of collaboration between SmartNICs on data nodes and CPUs on compute nodes. To address these issues, we propose TIGA, an efficient NDP framework for SmartNICs-based disaggregated memory systems. We propose an adaptive resource allocator to fully utilize the SoC cores among NDP engines automatically, and a SmartNIC-CPU cooperative computing mechanism to schedule NDP tasks among CPUs and SmartNICs. We prototype TIGA with FPGAs and evaluate it with several typical workloads. Experimental results show that TIGA significantly improves the efficiency of NDP tasks in DM systems compared with state-of-the-art SmartNIC-based co-processing schemes. © 2024 Copyright is held by the owner/author(s). Among the plethora of IoT(Internet of Things)applications,the smart home is one of the ***,the rapid development of the smart home has also made smart home systems a target for ***,researchers have made many efforts to investigate and enhance the security of smart home *** a more secure smart home ecosystem,we present a detailed literature review on the security of smart home ***,we categorize smart home systems’security issues into the platform,device,and communication *** exploring the research and specific issues in each of these security areas,we summarize the root causes of the security flaws in today's smart home systems,which include the heterogeneity of internal components of the systems,vendors'customization,the lack of clear responsibility boundaries and the absence of standard security ***,to better understand the security of smart home systems and potentially provide better protection for smart home systems,we propose research directions,including automated vulnerability mining,vigorous security checking,and data-driven security analysis.
