A multi-dimensional conductive heterojunction structure,composited by TiO2,SnO2,and Ti3C2TX MXene,is facilely designed and applied as electron transport layer in efficient and stable planar perovskite solar *** on an oxygen vacancy scramble effect,the zero-dimensional anatase TiO2 quantum dots,surrounding on two-dimensional conductive Ti3C2TX sheets,are in situ rooted on three-dimensional SnO2 nanoparticles,constructing nanoscale TiO2/SnO2 *** fabrication is implemented in a controlled lowtemperature anneal method in air and then in N2 *** the optimal MXene content,the optical property,the crystallinity of perovskite layer,and internal interfaces are all facilitated,contributing more amount of carrier with effective and rapid transferring in *** champion power conversion efficiency of resultant perovskite solar cells achieves 19.14%,yet that of counterpart is just 16.83%.In addition,it can also maintain almost 85%of its initial performance for more than 45 days in 30–40%humidity air;comparatively,the counterpart declines to just below 75%of its initial performance.

PWG-IDS: An intrusion detection model for solving class imbalance in IIoT networks using generative adversarial networks

With the continuous development of industrial IoT (IIoT) technology, network security is becoming more and more important. And intrusion detection is an important part of its security. However, since the amount of attack traffic is very small compared to normal traffic, this imbalance makes intrusion detection in it very difficult. To address this imbalance, an intrusion detection system called pretraining Wasserstein generative adversarial network intrusion detection system (PWG-IDS) is proposed in this paper. This system is divided into two main modules: 1) In this module, we introduce the pretraining mechanism in the Wasserstein generative adversarial network with gradient penalty (WGAN-GP) for the first time, firstly using the normal network traffic to train the WGAN-GP, and then inputting the imbalance data into the pre-trained WGAN-GP to retrain and generate the final required data. 2) Intrusion detection module: We use LightGBM as the classification algorithm to detect attack traffic in IIoT networks. The experimental results show that our proposed PWG-IDS outperforms other models, with F1-scores of 99% and 89% on the 2 datasets, respectively. And the pretraining mechanism we proposed can also be widely used in other GANs, providing a new way of thinking for the training of GANs. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In order to effectively obtain the signal from sensor, the analogy signal needs to be amplified and then converted into a digital signal for matching to the sensor characteristics. With a supercapacitive electric field sensor based on graphene aerogel, the response current signal from the electric field sensor is weak and unstable. Herein, a high gain and low noise preamplifier is developed, and an amplifier circuit with double T-type feedback network is proposed to reduce the Johnson noise for the amplifier. This design can reduce the thermal noise of resistance by using the smaller resistance under the same gain, and it can effectively reduce the interference of peak noise by adding the feedback capacitance, so as to improve the detection accuracy. The simulation results show that under the same gain condition, the Johnson noise can be reduced by 46% and the detection accuracy can be improved by 12% compared with the traditional T-type feedback network. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This article introduces a method by which the power grid's security level can be observed in advance based on the expected initial failure. Firstly, based on the general form of cascading trip, this paper gives a mathematical expression of grid tripping based on cascading trip relay protection action behavior. According to the mathematical expression, the relationship between grid tripping and grid node injection power is discussed. According to this relationship, the distance between the node injection power under the current operation state and the nearest critical state node injection power is taken as the index to measure the power grid's security for cascading trip. According to this index, combined with various power grid constraints before and after the initial fault, a mathematical model for obtaining this safety index is given. This model is an optimized mathematical model. For the model, this paper gives a solution idea based on particle swarm. Finally, a few cases are performed in the IEEE-14 node system, and the calculations of the cases proved the accuracy of the proposed model and method. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

As a kind of keywords to describe video contents, tags are extremely beneficial for viewers to locate videos when they search the site. Additionally, tags also help video platform operators to better organize and recommend videos to platform users. Previous approaches are mainly based on manually tagging or tag propagation via video content analysis, which is time-consuming and resource-consuming. Especially, given the high volume of fresh movies generated per year, it is difficult to accurately tag all the movies manually. Moreover, video content analysis is also not easy considering typical features (e.g., long duration, complicated scenarios) of commercial movies. In this paper, we propose an automatic tagging algorithm called TagRec that exploits crowdsourced user reviews to generate accurate movie tags. We observe that user reviews contain rich information about movies (e.g., quality, actors) which can be learned to generate high-quality movie tags. Inspired by the above observation, we choose to transform the movie video tagging problem into a tag recommendation problem, in which tags are recommended to different movies by extracting knowledge from crowdsourced movie reviews. We take latent topics, tag co-occurrence probability and tag semantics into account, and formulate the problem as a recommendation optimization problem. We evaluate the performance of our pro-posed TagRec algorithm with a large-scale real-world dataset. Extensive experiments demonstrate that TagRec achieves 7.1 % and 9.6% improvement compared with other state-of-the-art methods in terms of Hit Ratio and Normalized Discounted Cumulative Gain respectively.

In this study, the efficacy of three different pretreatments of rice straw including alkaline hydrogen peroxide (NaOH-H2O2), electrochemically produced NaOH-H2O2 (eNaOH-H2O2) and electrohydrolysis (EH) was investigated. All three pretreatments allowed to reach 80% of total biogas production within 23 and 25 days which was 3 to 5 days faster compared to conventional NaOH pretreatment. The cumulative biogas production was enhanced by 8%, 22% and 14% for NaOH-H2O2, eNaOH-H2O2 and EH, respectively compared to traditional treatment. The eNaOH-H2O2 pretreatment decreased the crystallinity of cellulose and created a porous surface vein, thus promoting microbial degradation of lignocellulose. The findings of this study demonstrate that electrochemical pretreatment provides a promising approach for efficiently utilizing rice straw biomass to produce renewable electricity. © 2022, The Authors. QCluster: Clustering Packets for Flow Scheduling

Flow scheduling is crucial in data centers, as it directly influences user experience of applications. According to different assumptions and design goals, there are four typical flow scheduling problems/solutions: SRPT, LAS, Fair Queueing, and Deadline-Aware scheduling. When implementing these solutions in commodity switches with limited number of queues, they need to set static parameters by measuring traffic in advance, while optimal parameters vary across time and space. This paper proposes a generic framework, namely QCluster, to adapt all scheduling problems for limited number of queues. The key idea of QCluster is to cluster packets with similar weights/properties into the same queue. QCluster is implemented in Tofino switches, and can cluster packets at a speed of 3.2 Tbps. To the best of our knowledge, QCluster is the fastest clustering algorithm. Experimental results in testbed with programmable switches and ns-2 show that QCluster reduces the average flow completion time (FCT) for short flows up to 56.6%, and reduces the overall average FCT up to 21.7% over state-of-the-art. How Does Knowledge Graph Embedding Extrapolate to Unseen data: A Semantic Evidence View

Knowledge Graph Embedding (KGE) aims to learn representations for entities and relations. Most KGE models have gained great success, especially on extrapolation scenarios. Specifically, given an unseen triple (h, r, t), a trained model can still correctly predict t from (h, r,?), or h from (?, r, t), such extrapolation ability is impressive. However, most existing KGE works focus on the design of delicate triple modeling function, which mainly tells us how to measure the plausibility of observed triples, but offers limited explanation of why the methods can extrapolate to unseen data, and what are the important factors to help KGE extrapolate. Therefore in this work, we attempt to study the KGE extrapolation of two problems: 1. How does KGE extrapolate to unseen data? 2. How to design the KGE model with better extrapolation ability? For the problem 1, we first discuss the impact factors for extrapolation and from relation, entity and triple level respectively, propose three Semantic Evidences (SEs), which can be observed from train set and provide important semantic information for extrapolation. Then we verify the effectiveness of SEs through extensive experiments on several typical KGE methods. For the problem 2, to make better use of the three levels of SE, we propose a novel GNN-based KGE model, called Semantic Evidence aware Graph Neural Network (SE-GNN). In SE-GNN, each level of SE is modeled explicitly by the corresponding neighbor pattern, and merged sufficiently by the multi-layer aggregation, which contributes to obtaining more extrapolative knowledge representation. Finally, through extensive experiments on FB15k-237 and WN18RR datasets, we show that SE-GNN achieves state-of-the-art performance on Knowledge Graph Completion task and performs a better extrapolation ability.
