In recent years,e-sports has rapidly developed,and the industry has produced large amounts of data with specifications,and these data are easily to be *** to the above characteristics,data mining and deep learning methods can be used to guide players and develop appropriate strategies to win *** one of the world’s most famous e-sports events,Dota2 has a large audience base and a good game system.A victory in a game is often associated with a hero’s match,and players are often unable to pick the best lineup to *** solve this problem,in this paper,we present an improved bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network model for Dota2 lineup *** model uses the Continuous Bag Of Words(CBOW)model in the Word2 vec model to generate hero *** CBOW model can predict the context of a word in a ***,a word is transformed into a hero,a sentence into a lineup,and a word vector into a hero vector,the model applied in this article recommends the last hero according to the first four heroes selected first,thereby solving a series of recommendation problems.

Knowledge distillation has become increasingly important in model compression. It boosts the performance of a miniaturized student network with the supervision of the output distribution and feature maps from a sophisticated teacher network. Some recent works introduce multi-teacher distillation to provide more supervision to the student network. However, the effectiveness of multi-teacher distillation methods are accompanied by costly computation resources. To tackle with both the efficiency and the effectiveness of knowledge distillation, we introduce the feature aggregation to imitate the multi-teacher distillation in the single-teacher distillation framework by extracting informative supervision from multiple teacher feature maps. Specifically, we introduce DFA, a two-stage Differentiable Feature Aggregation search method that motivated by DARTS in neural architecture search, to efficiently find the aggregations. In the first stage, DFA formulates the searching problem as a bi-level optimization and leverages a novel bridge loss, which consists of a student-to-teacher path and a teacher-to-student path, to find appropriate feature aggregations. The two paths act as two players against each other, trying to optimize the unified architecture parameters to the opposite directions while guaranteeing both expressivity and learnability of the feature aggregation simultaneously. In the second stage, DFA performs knowledge distillation with the derived feature aggregation. Experimental results show that DFA outperforms existing distillation methods on CIFAR-100 and CINIC-10 datasets under various teacher-student settings, verifying the effectiveness and robustness of the design. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Anomaly detection aims to find outliers data that do not conform to expected behaviors in a specific scenario, which is indispensable and critical in current safety environments related studies. However, when performing outlier detection on a large-scale multidimensional dataset, most of the traditional methods make no distinctions between classes of outliers and lack the reasoning ability and the explainability of the analysis results, which leads to the low accuracy of global outlier detection and the inability to effectively identify local outliers. In this paper, we propose a fine-grained anomaly detection method which well utilizes isolation forest and knowledge graph reasoning tactics. First, a better extracting data feature method and a more reasonable weighted strategy are used to find global outliers based on the traditional isolation forest algorithm, and then we construct a custom rule base according to the in-depth research and analysis of global abnormal data, and at last the ontology knowledge is reasoned based on such rule base to achieve the detection of local outliers. Through analysis of extensive experiment results, our method could effectively discover more abnormal data without big loss of time costs, has strong generalization, and correspondingly improves the performance for abnormal detection. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

To correct spectral peak drift and obtain more reliable net counts,this study proposes a long short-term memory(LSTM)model fused with a convolutional neural network(CNN)to accurately estimate the relevant parameters of a nuclear pulse signal by learning of samples.A predefined mathematical model was used to train the CNN-LSTM model and generate a dataset composed of distorted pulse *** trained model was validated using simulated *** relative errors in the amplitude estimation of pulse sequences with different degrees of distortion were obtained using triangular shaping,CNN-LSTM,and LSTM *** a result,for severely distorted pulses,the relative error of the CNN-LSTM model in estimating the pulse parameters was reduced by 14.35%compared with that of the triangular shaping *** slightly distorted pulses,the relative error of the CNN-LSTM model was reduced by 0.33%compared with that of the triangular shaping *** model was then evaluated considering two performance indicators,the correction ratio and the efficiency ratio,which represent the proportion of the increase in peak area of the two characteristic peak regions of interest(ROIs)to the peak area of the corrected characteristic peak ROI and the proportion of the increase in peak area of the two characteristic peak ROIs to the peak areas of the two shadow peak ROI,*** measurement results of the iron ore samples indicate that approximately 86.27%of the decreased peak area of the shadow peak ROI was corrected to the characteristic peak ROI,and the proportion of the corrected peak area to the peak area of the characteristic peak ROI was approximately 1.72%.The proposed CNN-LSTM model can be applied to X-ray energy spectrum correction,which is of great significance for X-ray spectroscopy and elemental content analyses.

Movable antennas offer new potential for wireless communication by introducing degrees of freedom in antenna positioning, which has recently been explored for improving sum rates. In this paper, we aim to fully leverage the capabilities of movable antennas (MAs) by assuming that both the transmitter and receiver can optimize their antenna positions in multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) communications. Recognizing that WMMSE beamforming is a highly effective method for maximizing the MU-MIMO sum rate, we modify it to integrate antenna position optimization for MA systems, which we refer to as flexible WMMSE (F-WMMSE) beamforming. Importantly, we reformulate the subproblems within WMMSE to develop regularized sparse optimization frameworks to achieve joint beamforming (antenna coefficient optimization) and element movement (antenna position optimization). We then propose a regularized least squares-based simultaneous orthogonal matching pursuit (RLS-SOMP) algorithm to address the resulting sparse optimization problem. To enhance practical applications, the low-complexity implementation of the proposed framework is developed based on the pre-calculations and matrix inverse lemma. The overall F-WMMSE algorithm converges similarly to WMMSE, and our findings indicate that F-WMMSE achieves a significant sum rate improvement compared to traditional WMMSE, exceeding 20% under appropriate simulation conditions. Reinforcement learning (RL) has made great success in recent years. Generally, the learning process requires a huge amount of interaction with the environment before an agent can achieve acceptable performance. This motivates many techniques, such as incorporating prior knowledge which is usually presented as experts' demonstration, and using a probability distribution to represent state-and-action values, to accelerate the learning process. The methods perform well when the prior knowledge is genuinely correct and no much change occurs to the learning environment. However, the requirement is not perfectly realistic in many complex applications. The demonstration knowledge may not reflect the true environment and even be full of noise. In this article, we introduce a dynamic distribution merging method to improve knowledge utilization in a general RL algorithm, namely Q-learning. The new method adapts a normal distribution to represent state-action values and merges the prior and learned knowledge in a discriminative way. We theoretically analyze the new learning method and demonstrate its empirical performance over multiple problem domains. © 2020 IEEE.

This paper proposes a framework for fuzzy temporal association rule mining based on density clustering optimization, aimed at improving the fuzzification of continuous attributes and enhancing the efficiency of mining temporal association rules. The first part of the framework effectively handles continuous attribute data and reduces data redundancy by adopting a density peak clustering algorithm and designing an optimized membership function. The second part introduces a fuzzy list ranking structure combined with item lifespan to mine fuzzy temporal association rules. Experimental results demonstrate that the framework exhibits superior performance in mining fuzzy temporal association rules and outperforms advanced algorithms in handling continuous attributes. © 2024 IEEE.

An analytical solution is undertaken to describe the wave-induced flow field and the surge motion of a permeable platform structure with fuzzy controllers in an oceanic *** the design procedure of the controller,a parallel distributed compensation（PDC） scheme is utilized to construct a global fuzzy logic controller by blending all local state feedback controllers.A stability analysis is carried out for a real structure system by using Lyapunov *** corresponding boundary value problems are then incorporated into scattering and radiation *** are analytically solved,based on separation of variables,to obtain series solutions in terms of the harmonic incident wave motion and surge *** dependence of the wave-induced flow field and its resonant frequency on wave characteristics and structure properties including platform width,thickness and mass has been thus drawn with a parametric *** which mathematical models are applied for the wave-induced displacement of the surge motion.A nonlinearly inverted pendulum system is employed to demonstrate that the controller tuned by swarm intelligence method can not only stabilize the nonlinear system,but has the robustness against external disturbance.

To fully leverage the complementary advantages of the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) and Differential Evolution (DE) algorithms for various optimization problems, this paper introduces an ABC-DE hybrid evolutionary algorithm based on individual preference for population selection. This method divides the population into subpopulations using a preference-based selection mechanism and employs ABC and DE for diverse subpopulation search strategies. Additionally, it implements a new resource allocation mechanism that increases computational efforts for promising solutions. Comparative analysis on the CEC2014 benchmark suite with five other current ABC and DE improved algorithms confirms that the proposed hybrid evolutionary algorithm effectively enhances convergence speed, accuracy, and robustness. © 2024 SPIE.

Graphs are good at presenting relational and structural information, making it powerful in the representation of various data. For the efficient storage and processing of graph-like data, graph databases have been rapidly developed and extensively studied. However, graph databases mostly use adjacency lists as their basic data structure (e.g., Neo4j), which could result in poor performance of edge due to the skewed degree distribution of *** design the Wind-Bell Index to address this problem. Wind-Bell Index is a memory-efficient index data structure, which can be attached to existing graph databases to speed up the edge. We have fully implemented our data structure in Neo4j, the most popular graph database today, and conduct theoretical and experimental analysis to evaluate the performance. Theoretical results prove the high query efficiency of our algorithm. And experimental results show that the average edge query speed is increased by hundreds of times compared with the original query interface of Neo4j. We believe that the excellent performance and scalability of Wind-Bell Index make it suitable for the application in a variety of graph databases. © 2023 IEEE.
