Aiming at the problem that the advanced arresting device is difficult to obtain the landing speed of the aircraft in real time, this paper predicts the speed of the aircraft through the self-encoding fuzzy inference system (AE-ANFIS). Firstly, the working principle of the advanced arresting system is expounded, and the sensors directly related to the aircraft speed measurement are analyzed. And filter auxiliary variables through feature extraction and maximum information coefficient (MIC);then predict acceleration through adaptive fuzzy neural network (ANFIS);finally, for the problem of over-fitting caused by the large number of ANFIS rules, an auto-encoder (AE) method is proposed. Data dimensionality reduction is performed by extracting abstract features, which effectively improves the prediction accuracy of ANFIS. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can fit the aircraft speed well, and the accuracy is better than traditional ANFIS and BP, LSTM, GoogleNet, AlexNet and other algorithms. © 2023 SPIE.

Taking the IGBT power module of the inverter device as the research object, finite element analysis technology was used to explore the influence of long-term service on the thermal characteristics and stress-strain of the IGBT module. At the same time, the influence of service aging on the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the device was studied, and the finite element simulation results were verified through accelerated aging experiments. The results showed that during the long-term operation of the IGBT module, due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of its materials, strain differences were found, ultimately leading to an increase in its ground capacitance, resulting in an increase in the amplitude of the common mode conducted noise of the device by 3dBμA in the frequency band after 20MHz. This study will provide theoretical guidance for the electromagnetic compatibility design of inverter devices for long-term service. ©2024 IEEE.

In the integrated power system (IPS) of ship platform, the conducted interference generated by high-power power electronic equipment will not only spread along the wire on the power grid, but also radiate to the surrounding space through the cable. With the increasingly strict electromagnetic compatibility standards, the magnetic field radiation generated by the high-power power electronic equipment has also been strictly limited. Predicting it can more effectively design the interference suppression measures and improve the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance of equipment. First a basic cable radiation model is established based on the electromagnetic field theory. Then, the conducted interference estimation of power electronic equipment has been briefly introduced. Finally, a simplified prediction method of magnetic field radiation of high-power power electronic equipment according to the calculation results of conducted interference and cable radiation model is proposed. Solder fatigue is quite important for the reliability of IGBTs under thermal cycling. In this work, a Finite Elements Analysis-Fatigue Damage Calculation/Feedback (FEA-FDC) iterative looping was proposed for the evolution of micro-cracks in the solder layer of IGBTs. Due to the problem that large torque and flux ripple, and not constant switching frequency of inverter in traditional direct torque control (DTC) of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), a speed control method based on space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm is adopted. In order to reduce switching frequency and switching losses of inverter in control process, based on further optimization of seven-segment SVPWM algorithm in DTC, one five-segment SVPWM algorithm which begin an end with effective vector is proposed in this paper. The algorithm has been modeled and simulated in MATLAB, compared with traditional control method and seven-segment SVPWM algorithm. The results testify that PMSM using SVPWM-DTC has higher dynamic response rate and higher stationary precision than traditional DTC. The five-segment SVPWM algorithm can reduce the switching frequency and switching losses effectively compared with seven-segment SVPWM algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

The constant admittance model of power electronic switches adopt an inductance and a capacitance to simulate the on-off state of the switch respectively, which is also called L/C equivalent model. Its constant switching admittance is conducive to simplifying the simulation calculation while its virtual power loss affects the accuracy of the model seriously. Therefore, a modeling method of constant admittance of power electronic switches based on state initializations is proposed in this paper, where initial state values of the equivalent LC elements of the switch model are obtained through voltage and current relationships between the ideal switch and the external circuit, then an accurate L/C equivalent model with the ability of simulating fault injection is built. The factors affecting the accuracy of the L/C equivalent model are analyzed, and three typical circuits’ off-line simulations under normal and fault conditions are carried out. Simulation results show that the switch model established based on the proposed method solves the problem of virtual power loss of the classical L/C equivalent model and simulates the short-circuit and open-circuit faults of switches correctly. Compared with the existing virtual power loss elimination methods, our method is based on a single switch directly rather than specific topologies, and has better universality and simple implementation. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In modern war,radar countermeasure is becoming increasingly fierce,and the enemy jamming time and pattern are changing more *** is challenging for the radar to efficiently identify jamming and obtain precise parameter information,particularly in low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)*** this paper,an approach to intelligent recognition and complex jamming parameter estimate based on joint time-frequency distribution features is proposed to address this challenging ***,a joint algorithm based on YOLOv5 convolutional neural networks(CNNs)is proposed,which is used to achieve the jamming signal classification and preliminary parameter ***,an accurate jamming key parameters estimation algorithm is constructed by comprehensively utilizing chi-square statistical test,feature region search,position regression,spectrum interpolation,etc.,which realizes the accurate estimation of jamming carrier frequency,relative delay,Doppler frequency shift,and other ***,the approach has improved performance for complex jamming recognition and parameter estimation under low SNR,and the recognition rate can reach 98%under−15 dB SNR,according to simulation and real data verification results.

Based on the analysis of the current characteristics of the DC side of the 12 pulse three-level rectifier, a common-model integrated reactor is proposed to suppress the DC ripple. Through magnetic-circuit coupling, the reactor can enhance the filtering effect of the main harmonic and cancel out the DC main magnetic flux in the core of the reactor, thus greatly reducing the volume, weight and cost of the reactor. Based on the theoretical analysis, a common model integrated reactor is designed and manufactured. The test results show that the proposed method not only ensures the harmonic suppression effect, but also reduces the volume, weight and cost of the reactor by more than 70% compared with the discrete filtering method. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

When hybrid energy storage technology is applied in different occasions, there are key problems in topology design and configuration optimization. For electromagnetic emission application scenarios with strict volume-weight constraints and large power-energy requirements, a hybrid energy storage group chopper discharge topology is designed, and its working principle and operation boundary are introduced. Then, taking the single maximum power demand, continuous maximum energy demand and multiple constraints of the transmitting load as the design input, the optimal con-figuration of supercapacitor and lithium battery is carried out. Taking the weight, volume and cost as the comprehensive optimization objectives, iterative approximation is carried out, and finally the optimal configuration solution of the hybrid energy storage system is obtained. The effectiveness of the topology is verified by simulation. © 2022 IEEE.
