Controlled thermonuclear fusion has always been a dream pursued by mankind. However, the physical processes of controlled thermonuclear fusion are complex, requiring numerical simulations with high performance computing, and the amount of data generated by the physical processes on spatial, temporal and temperature scales is too large to be captured, managed, processed and collated in a reasonable time frame by mainstream software tools to achieve more aggressive fusion physical design. The data are too large to be captured, managed, processed, and collated into more aggressive targets for fusion physical design in a reasonable time by mainstream software tools. At the same time, the failure of fusion ignition can be caused by the distortion of various key physical quantities, and only by decomposing the process step by step and clarifying the changes of key physical quantities in the fusion physics process, can an effective mechanism be formed to prevent the distortion of key physical quantities from causing ignition failure in experimental physics. Big data in collaboration with artificial intelligence and high performance computing to drive the physical design of fusion is a novel avenue. By data acquisition with and pre-processing, this allows the creation of small sample libraries and deep learning. With supervised learning function convergence, incorporating solid/fluid computational methods, further network layering and cell expansion, the parameters of the physical model conforming to Lawson’s criterion will become experimental physical parameters, and we find the new approach in Data capacity, Model combination approach, Type of material, Calculation speed, Optimisation of design iteration times, etc. are superior to the traditional approach.

Data distribution is a key technology for resources convergence and sharing in distributed environment. To better meet the requirement for real time data distribution in the dynamic network, a trace routing algorithm named CRAWL based on the hybrid two-layered topology is put forward. The algorithm contains an overlay topology named CBDLO, upper of which consists of multiple distributed balanced binary trees corresponding to different properties and the lower of which is an unstructured topology. CRAWL forwards the data on the lower unstructured topology in the form of random walk, so that the data can be sent to the corresponding upper topology entry. It also includes a matching algorithm named CDM for the parallel matching data properties on the upper distributed and balanced binary tree and transmitting the matched data to the nodes that are interested in the data. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively support large-scale data distribution in a dynamical network, reduce distribution overhead and matching delays. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Decision trees are famous machine learning classifiers which have been widely used in many areas, such as healthcare, text classification and remote diagnostics, etc. The service providers usually host a decision tree model on the cloud server and provide some classification service for clients to use such a model remotely. In such a scenario, the model is a valuable asset to the cloud which should not be disclosed to the clients, while the query data and classification results are private to the client. To solve such a problem, we propose several building blocks, i.e., secure comparison and secure polynomial calculation, in a two-cloud model. Based on these building blocks, we design a privacy-preserving decision tree evaluation scheme. Compared with the most recent works, our scheme can fully protect the tree model and clients’ data privacy simultaneously. Besides, our scheme also supports offline service users which is essential to the system’s scalability. Moreover, through theoretical analysis and real-world experimental test, it is oblivious that our scheme is quite efficient. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This paper introduces a new deep learning approach to approximately solve the Covering Salesman Problem (CSP). In this approach, given the city locations of a CSP as input, a deep neural network model is designed to directly output the solution. It is trained using the deep reinforcement learning without supervision. Specifically, in the model, we apply the Multi-head Attention to capture the structural patterns, and design a dynamic embedding to handle the dynamic patterns of the problem. Once the model is trained, it can generalize to various types of CSP tasks (different sizes and topologies) with no need of re-training. Through controlled experiments, the proposed approach shows desirable time complexity: it runs more than 20 times faster than the traditional heuristic solvers with a tiny gap of optimality. Moreover, it significantly outperforms the current state-of-the-art deep learning approaches for combinatorial optimization in the aspect of both training and inference. In comparison with traditional solvers, this approach is highly desirable for most of the challenging tasks in practice that are usually large-scale and require quick decisions. Convolutional layers are ubiquitous in a variety of deep neural networks. Due to the lower computation complexity and the smaller number of parameters, convolutions with small filter sizes are often used, such as one by one convolution. Nevertheless, these small convolution operations are still time-consuming. A common approach to implementing convolutions is to transform them into matrix multiplications, known as GEMM-based convolutions. The approach maybe incurs additional memory overhead and calls matrix multiplication routines, which are not optimized for matrices generated by convolutions. In this paper, we present a new parallel one by one direct convolution implementation on ARMv8 multi-core CPUs, which doesn't incur any additional memory space requirement. Our implementation is verified on two ARMv8 CPUs, Phytium FT-1500A and FT-2000plus. In terms of performance and scalability, our implementation is better than GEMM-based implementations in all the tests on Phytium FT-1500A. On Phytium FT-2000plus, our approach gives much better performance and scalability than GEMM-based approaches in most cases.

With the rapid development of the satellite industry, the information transmission network based on communication satellites has gradually become a major and important part of the future satellite ground integration network. However, the low transmission efficiency of the satellite data relay back mission has become a problem that is currently constraining the construction of the system and needs to be solved urgently. Effectively planning the task of satellite ground networking by reasonably scheduling resources is crucial for the efficient transmission of task data. In this paper, we hope to provide a task execution scheme that maximizes the profit of the networking task for satellite ground network planning considering feeding mode (SGNPFM). To solve the SGNPFM problem, a mixed-integer planning model with the objective of maximizing the gain of the link-building task is constructed, which considers various constraints of the satellite in the feed-switching mode. Based on the problem characteristics, we propose a distance similarity-based genetic optimization algorithm (DSGA), which considers the state characteristics between the tasks and introduces a weighted Euclidean distance method to determine the similarity between the tasks. To obtain more high-quality solutions, different similarity evaluation methods are designed to assist the algorithm in intelligently screening individuals. The DSGAalso uses an adaptive crossover strategy based on similarity mechanism, which guides the algorithm to achieve efficient population search. In addition, a task scheduling algorithm considering the feed-switching mode is designed for decoding the algorithm to generate a highquality scheme. The results of simulation experiments show that the DSGA can effectively solve the SGNPFM problem. Knowledge representation learning (KRL) is one of the important research topics in artificial intelligence and Natural language processing. It can efficiently calculate the semantics of entities and relations in a low-dimensional space, and effectively solve the problem of data sparsity, which significantly improve the performance of knowledge acquisition, fusion and reasoning and so on. Starting from the five perspectives of distance-based, semantic matching, bilinear-based, neural network model and additional information model, this paper first introduces the overall framework and specific model design, and then correspondingly introduces the experimental evaluation tasks, metrics and benchmark datasets of each model. On this basis, how to apply KRL to various downstream tasks is summarized.

Network monitoring is vital in modern clouds and data center networks that need diverse traffic statistics ranging from flow size distributions to heavy hitters. To cope with increasing network rates and massive traffic volumes, sketch based approximate measurement has been extensively studied to trade the accuracy for memory and computation cost, which unfortunately, is sensitive to hash *** paper presents a clustering-preserving sketch method to be resilient to hash collisions. We provide an equivalence analysis of the sketch in terms of the K-means clustering. Based on the analysis result, we cluster similar network flows to the same bucket array to reduce the estimation variance and use the average to obtain unbiased estimation. Testbed shows that the framework adapts to line rates and provides accurate query results. Real-world trace-driven simulations show that LSS remains stable performance under wide ranges of parameters and dramatically outperforms state-of-the-art sketching structures, with over 10 3 to 10 5 times reduction in relative errors for per-flow queries as the ratio of the number of buckets to the number of network flows reduces from 10% to 0.1%.

With the development of intelligent buildings and aging of population,designing a high-accuracy alarm system is essential to prevent the elderly from accidentally falling *** address the problems of poor generalization and low accuracy of the SVM in the application of indoor elderly fall alarm systems,in this paper,the human keypoints detection algorithm,which increases the discrimination of the dataset,is proposed to pre-process the *** on this,the features of images are extracted from the histogram of the oriented gradient and the gray-level co-occurrence matrix,and the improved SVM algorithm is then used again for image *** simulation results show that the classification accuracy of using SVM to detect the dataset is around 91%,while the accuracy of the dataset classified as using improved SVM is around 97%.The method proposed in this paper is effective in increasing the accuracy of computer recognition of accidental falls by the elderly.
