The nonreciprocity of energy transfer is constructed in a nonlinear asymmetric oscillator system that comprises two nonlinear oscillators with different parameters placed between two identical linear *** slow-flow equation of the system is derived by the complexification-averaging *** semi-analytical solutions to this equation are obtained by the least squares method,which are compared with the numerical solutions obtained by the Runge-Kutta *** distribution of the average energy in the system is studied under periodic and chaotic vibration states,and the energy transfer along two opposite directions is *** effect of the excitation amplitude on the nonreciprocity of the system producing the periodic responses is analyzed,where a three-stage energy transfer phenomenon is *** the first stage,the energy transfer along the two opposite directions is approximately equal,whereas in the second stage,the asymmetric energy transfer is *** energy transfer is also asymmetric in the third stage,but the direction is reversed compared with the second ***,the excitation amplitude for exciting the bifurcation also shows an asymmetric *** vibrations are generated around the resonant frequency,irrespective of which linear oscillator is *** excitation threshold of these chaotic vibrations is dependent on the linear oscillator that is being *** addition,the difference between the energy transfer in the two opposite directions is used to further analyze the nonreciprocity in the *** results show that the nonreciprocity significantly depends on the excitation frequency and the excitation amplitude.

Industrial Cyber-Physical (ICP) systems are integration of computation and physical processes to help achieve operational excellence. As sensors and actuators compose the openly deployed ICP systems and are often susceptible to interference, it puts forward higher requirements on reliability. Reliable coverage ensures sensors acquiring information and therefore coverage reliability of sensor network is studied from various perspectives. However, most existing reliability evaluation methods ignore the belief degree of coverage which influences the reliability to an extent. To evaluate the coverage reliability from the perspective of belief degree, we firstly define Confident information Coverage Belief Reliability (CICBR) based on the Confident information Coverage (CIC) model and D-S evidence theory, which comprehensively considers the coverage rate, interference from the environment, and belief degree of the result. Next, to evaluate the belief degree more reasonably, an Evidence-discount-based basic probability assignment generating method is proposed based on D-S theory to describe the interference in the belief degree. Moreover, a belief evaluation algorithm is proposed to calculate the belief degree of the coverage. Finally, an evidence-Discount-based Confident information Coverage Belief Reliability Evaluation (D-CICBRE) algorithm is proposed to evaluate CICBR. The simulation result indicates that the proposed method can obtain higher and more reasonable reliability. Therefore, the proposed D-CICBRE algorithm can be used to evaluate the reliability of ICP systems more accurately and reasonably. © 2023 IEEE.

Global Navigation Satellite systems (GNSS) can provide real-time positioning information for outdoor users, but cannot for indoor scenarios or heavily occluded outdoor scenarios. Strap-down Inertial Navigation system (SINS) are widely used to locate people in complex interior or heavily occluded outdoor scenarios due to its light weight and low power consumption. However, IMU of SINS are noisy, and the sampling data error is large, which is a divergence of the error with time. Therefore, it will generate a positioning accumulation error, which affects the final positioning accuracy. The problem of cumulative IMU errors is usually dealt with by Zero-Velocity Update (ZUPT). The zero-velocity detection part of basic ZUPT method usually uses a single threshold to determine the gait of pedestrian, which often has the problem of gait misjudgment and omission. To address these problems, this paper proposes a composite conditional detection method to solve the problem of misjudgment in the zero-velocity interval. In addition, we redesign the zero-velocity update algorithm and uses the Cubature Kalman filter (CKF) for pedestrian positioning error correction. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed ZUPT method based on dual-threshold detection can better detect the interval between pedestrian motion and stationery than ones with single threshold. The zero-velocity update algorithm based on CKF has higher performance than conventional EKF and UKF methods, which constrains the cumulative error of SINS to about 0.2% of the whole walking distance. © 2023 IEEE.

Dunhuang mural images classification belongs to the research task in the field of image recognition. In this paper, the semi-supervised model is established with multidimensional features extracted by transfer learning. A small number of labeled samples were used to obtain a large number of unlabeled data, combined with Active Learning and iterative strategy for multiple rounds of label transfer of selected samples. After several rounds of iterations, we can get a more powerful classification learner. Experiments on the self-built Dunhuang mural dataset have shown that the results can approach or even exceed some supervised learning methods when the number of known label samples is less than 4%. Our research implements the cultural resource image classification algorithm based on small samples, which is conductive to improving the accuracy when label samples are scarce. © 2023 IEEE.

Oral history involves conveying experienced events through spoken narratives, typically preserved and later studied by converting spoken language into text. Named entity recognition (NER) is the recognition of meaningful named entities in text, such as person names, locations, organizations, etc. Conducting NER research on oral history text is significant as it not only facilitates the verification of named entities by researchers but also allows for the extraction of key information from texts through named entities. By collecting oral history corpus, we establish an oral history text dataset, manually annotating all texts with six entity labels and repeatedly verifying them manually. Utilizing the concept of machine reading comprehension (MRC), a semantic fusion module was added, integrating label information into text information using a cross-attention mechanism, and decoding the corresponding entity labels through span decoding. The final model performs well on the oral history text dataset and also showed good performance on general Chinese datasets.

Recently,deep learning based city flow prediction has been extensively used in the establishment of *** methods are data-hungry,making them unscalable to areas lacking *** transfer learningcan use data-rich source domains to assist target domain cities in city flow prediction,the performance of existingmethods cannot meet the needs of actual use,because the long-distance road network connectivity is *** this problem,we propose a transfer learning method based on spatiotemporal graph convolution,in which weconstruct a co-occurrence space between the source and target domains,and then align the mapping of the sourceand target domains’data in this space,to achieve the transfer learning of the source city flow prediction modelon the target ***,a dynamic spatiotemporal graph convolution module along with a temporalencoder is devised to simultaneously capture the concurrent spatiotemporal features,which implies the inherentrelationship among the road network structures,human travel habits,and city bike ***,these concurrentfeatures are leveraged as cross-city invariant representations and nonlinearly spanned to a co-occurrence *** domain features are thereby aligned with the source domain features in the co-occurrence space by using aMahalanobis distance loss,to achieve cross-city bike flow *** proposed method is evaluated on the publicbike flow datasets in Chicago,New York,and Washington in 2015,and significantly outperforms state-of-the-arttechniques.

As an integral component of modern cultural works, the role of film and television music in artistic expression and emotional communication has become increasingly significant. Timbre, as a crucial attribute of music, has primarily been studied in terms of the influence of its fundamental objective parameters on coarse-grained emotions. However, there is a lack of in-depth exploration of the association between timbre perception features and fine-grained emotion. Consequently, this paper approaches from the perspective of timbre perception features and fine-grained emotions in film and television music. By conducting perceptual evaluation and subjective emotional annotation experiments, it analyzes the correlation between timbre perception features and fine-grained emotions, confirming that timbre perception features significantly influence musical emotions. Furthermore, a multivariate linear regression model was employed to construct a fine-grained emotion prediction model, which has demonstrated good predictive ability for most musical emotions. This research provides a new perspective on understanding the relationship between timbre and emotion in film and television music, offering a scientific basis for its creation and performance.

Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (HMD), also known as VR glasses, is a typical amusement device that provides an immersive viewing experience based on virtual reality technology in cultural tourism equipment. Various factors may cause users to experience different degrees of sensory discomfort when using VR head-mounted displays, posing potential safety risks during performances. This study focuses on typical VR glasses used in cultural tourism performances and evaluates user comfort as the primary indicator. Through subjective evaluation experiment design, it examines the impact of motion conditions, internal scene settings, and VR glasses configuration on users’ comfort perception. The research aims to provide theoretical analysis and experimental data to reduce performance safety risks.

To improve the safety of stage lifts’ operation and reduce the failure rate, a digital-twin assisted fault prediction method is proposed here. Signals such as vibration and temperature are collected from the virtual and physical models. A fault prediction model based on Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN) is constructed to identify the potential faults of stage lift. The experiment results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. It would enhance the safety and stability of stage equipment, and provide reliable support for stage performances.
