Receiver plays a vital role in various electronic countermeasure systems and has always been a hot topic to research. Based on the traditional receiver digital channelization structure, this paper further researches and derives the high-efficiency digital channelization structure based on polyphase discrete Fourier transform corresponding to various application scenarios. Then we design a 256-sub-channel digital channelization system and implement it on a 64-channel parallel digital down converter to verify the structure. The system design relies on system on chip as the platform, and we verify the feasibility of it on field programmable gate array. © 2022 IEEE.

Plant diseases,caused by a wide range of pathogens,severely reduce crop yield and quality,posing a significant threat to global food *** broad-spectrum resistance(BSR)in crops is a key strategy for controlling crop diseases and ensuring sustainable crop *** disease-resistance(R)genes and understanding their underlying molecular mechanisms provide new genetic resources and strategies for crop *** genetic engineering and genome editing tools have accelerated the study and engineering of BSR genes in crops,which is the primary focus of this *** first summarize recent advances in understanding the plant immune system,followed by an examination of the molecular mechanisms underlying BSR in ***,we highlight diverse strategies employed to achieve BSR,including gene stacking to combine multiple R genes,multiplexed genome editing of susceptibility genes and promoter regions of executor R genes,editing cis-regulatory elements to fine-tune gene expression,RNA interference,saturation mutagenesis,and precise genomic *** genetic studies and engineering of BSR are accelerating the breeding of disease-resistant cultivars,contributing to crop improvement and enhancing global food security.

Complex simulation systems usually need to satisfy the credibility requirements and the credibility of complex simulation systems is inextricably linked to the credibility of simulation sub-systems. Hence, in order to guarantee the credibility of complex simulation systems meets requirements, it is necessary to allocate the credibility of simulation sub-systems. Complex simulation systems are composed of several correlative simulation sub-systems and their credibility has correlation relationships, which makes it difficult to obtain the credibility of simulation sub-systems quickly. The existing works mostly ignore the relationships between the sub-systems and are difficult to generate the credibility allocation results of simulation sub-systems. In this paper, we model the credibility allocation problem as a probabilistic inference problem based on the pairwise Markov random field (PMRF). In addition, we apply several inference algorithms to perform the inference exactly and approximately in the credibility PMRF. Finally, experiments are conduted on the air defense combat complex simulation system, and the experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can obtain the credibility allocation results quickly and accurately. © 2023 The Authors.

Island classification is a key element of scene matching navigation in the sea area. However, the image classification methods face the problems of inconsistent distribution structure, uneven size and lack of stable features of islands. In order to solve these problems, we define three types of island, the isolated island, the large island and the multi-island. This paper considers the pyramid decomposition to perform multi-scale analysis, and uses the histogram of oriented gradient and the local binary pattern algorithm to extract the stable features of the island images at different scales, then these feature vectors of each scales are classified by support vector machines. Furthermore, the evidence theory is introduced to fuse the classification results of single classifier on each image scale. The island database is obtained by Google Earth satellite images, which covers all islands in South China Sea and some of islands in Pacific/Indian Ocean. The experimental results on the satellite image database show that the classification accuracy of proposed method is 91.83%, and it is about 2% higher than single classifier methods. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Simulation study of the impact of split gate (SG) on silicon carbide double trench MOSFET short circuit (SC) withstand capability is conducted in this paper. A proper electro-thermal model is built to study SC transient and evaluate SC withstand capability of the devices. The simulation results show that after introducing SG, the saturation current decreases by about 70% in certain condition. As a result, it effectively mitigates the self-heating during SC transient and extends the SC time from 1.5μs to 6μs. Furthermore, both SG oxide layer thickness and current spreading layer doping concentration of the SG device determine the trade-off relationship between SC withstand capability and conduction loss. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a new navigation integrity monitoring method required for civil aviation in LPV-200 approach phase. In this integrity monitoring system, multi-constellation and the corresponding failure types are taken into consideration. Firstly, the tightly coupled multi-constellation/INS integration model is constructed, including INS errors, baro-altitude bias and pseudo-range biases for GPS and BD. Then, due to the increase of constellation, the failure types are distinct from the single-constellation. Two kinds of failures with different probabilities of hazardously misleading information (PHMI ) are taken into account: inconsistent fault and consistent fault, which affect the integrity level. In addition, the distributed solution separation is used for integrity monitoring, which includes not only calculating the integrity parameters but also detecting and excluding the potential failures. Finally, the simulation reveals that the inconsistent fault is allowable and the consistent fault should be avoided. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

To address the large uncertainty issues caused by large parameters perturbation, difficult modeling of the deformation process, and complex external disturbances for the hypersonic morphing flight vehicle attitude control, a class of variable back-swept vehicle models are established and a finite-time attitude control scheme with FTESO is designed. Firstly, the three-DOF models with deformations for attitude control are developed, which can reflect the intrinsic effects of the morphing process. Secondly, the aerodynamic properties of the morphing vehicle under some typical states are analyzed, and a feasible way to handle the key aerodynamic data of continuous deformation is presented. Furthermore, a finite-time control scheme based on sliding-mode method is designed for the continuously deformable hypersonic morphing flight vehicle. Additionally, considering the command differentiation terms are necessary for the control law, the command convergence filter is introduced. Then, the finite-time extended state observer is used to estimate the 'combined disturbances'. Finally, numerical simulations along with three circumstances verify the efficiency and robustness of the proposed control scheme. © 2022 IEEE.
