To investigate the possibly carcinogenic substance occurring in soy sauce, the furan, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) and nitrite, as well as chemical properties, such as total titratable acid, reducing sugars, ethanol, amino nitrogen and total nitrogen, analysis in sixteen commercial soy sauce from the China market were determined using chromatography-mass spectrometry method. There were considerable variations in furan, HMF and nitrite concentrations of different commercial soy sauces. The results showed that the level of furan and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural of the soy sauce studied ranges from15.36 to 119.82 µg/kg and 0.21 to 4.27 mg/kg, respectively, whereas the content of nitrite ranges from 0.04 to 0.73 mg/kg. The results indicated that the level of nitrogen and glucose may have a relationship with formation of furan, 5-HMF and nitrite in soy sauce. It was observed that soy sauce may be an important source of contamination by furan, HMF and nitrite.

In this paper, a 620-690GHz sub-harmonic mixer using monolithic GaAs integrated schottky diodes is presented in order to remove the mismatch caused by manual assembly of the flip chip diode. The monolithic microwave integrated circuit integrates a Schottky anti-parallel diodes pair in a longitudinal configuration. We mostly analyzed the influence caused by diode position offset and conductive adhesive thickness on the performance of the mixer, which shows the necessity of monolithic integration technology. In 620GHz to 690 GHz simulated results of the mixer had achieved less than 9dB of conversion loss and 920K for DSB noise temperature within the bandwidth.

The hybrid power system consisting of new energy inverters and diesel generators has become a typical case of independent power systems in remote areas. Aiming at the problem of generator overload caused by sudden load applying in such systems, this paper proposes a novel emergency control strategy which increases the inverter output power according to the changing rate of system frequency. This control strategy is based on the constant current control of inverters and voltage and rotate speed droop control of generators. And it effectively solves the generator overload problem and guarantees the continuous power supply for all the loads in the system. The control strategy is validated by time-domain electromagnetic transient simulations.

In the design of adaptive interference cancellation systems (AICSs), the simulation model plays an important role. Particularly, accurate modeling of the response of electronic attenuator is crucial but is usually a difficult task since it relies on the exact fitting of the response of real PIN diodes. In this paper, the PIN diode response characteristics are firstly measured with exprienment. Then, the key parameters of the model are extracted by fitting the experiment data with the output of the model. The feasibility of this approach is examined with three levels of experiments and simulations, i.e., the response of the PIN diode and the electronic attenuator, as well as the performance of the AICS. The results show that our proposed method is feasible and effective.

In this work, cobalt micro-particles containing various nanoscale subunits were hydro- thermally synthesized and controlled by the content of sodium tartrate in reaction solution. Both the static and dynamic magnetization properties of cobalt particles changes accordingly. As the content of sodium tartrate varies from 0 g, 0.552 g to 4.416 g, subunits of the cobalt particles shrinks from dendrites, coralloids to small bumps, saturation magnetization changes from 122.5 emu/g, 86.5 emu/g, to 95.79 emu/g, and the coercive force reduces from 195 Oe, 148 Oe, to 62 Oe. Consequently, ferromagnetic resonance bandwidth of the cobalt particles decreases due to the diminishing surface scatterers (subunits), whereas low frequency loss tangential increases following the growth of spherical particle core. The proposed cobalt particles with nanoscale subunits shows potential for electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding application.

Multi-antenna technologies have already achieved a series of great successes in the development of information networks. For future space-ground integrated networks(SGINs), the traditional various kinds of separated information networks will converge to a whole fully connected information network to provide more flexible and reliable services on a world scale. Regarding their great successes in existing systems, multiantenna technologies will be of critical importance for the realization of SGINs and multi-antenna technologies are definitely one of the most important enabling technologies for future converged SGINs. In this article, a comprehensive overview on multi-antenna technologies is given. We first investigate multi-antenna technologies from a theoretical viewpoint. It is shown that we can understand multi-antenna technologies in a general and unified point of view. This fact has two-fold meanings. First, the research on multi-antennas can help us understand the relationships between different technologies e.g., OFDMA, CDMA, etc. On the other hand,multi-antenna technologies are easy to integrate into various information systems. Following that, we discuss in depth the potentials and challenges of the multi-antenna technologies on different platforms and in different applications case by case. More specifically, we investigate spaceborne multi-antenna technologies, airborne multi-antenna technologies, shipborne multi-antenna technologies, etc. Moreover, the combinations of multiantenna technologies with other advanced wireless technologies e.g., physical layer network coding, cooperative communication, etc., are also elaborated.

To satisfy the requirements of complex distributed power electronic system (PES) communication, this paper has proposed a single optic-fiber link data communication protocol based on the Manchester code due to an vacancy in the commonly-adopted protocols, analyzed the encoding and decoding principle of Manchester code, defined the formats of command frame and data frame, calculated the communication time and error rate, and described the mechanism of fault identification and handing. All this leads to a distributed master-slave control structure suitable for high-power multiphase inverter and a point-to-point data communication mode. Experiments prove the protocol to be correct and feasible. The Manchester code communication protocol based on FPGA program is simple in the structure of hardware and software. When the system clock is 100MHz, the communication bandwidth can reach 40Mbps, which can meet the needs for communication of PES with kHz or 10kHz switching frequency.

With the recent flurry of the research on Inner-Formation satellite system, there has been apparent need for a set of linearized equations to describe the relative motion of satellites under the effect of the Jgeopotential disturbance, which is the important perturbed-factor for low-orbit Inner-Formation system. Hence,on the assumption of small eccentricity, a new set of linearized equations of motion is proposed that accounts for Jperturbations in an elliptical orbit. To avoid the collision between the inner satellite and the outer satellite,the Minimum Sliding Mode Error Feedback control(MSMEFC) is developed to perform a real-time control on the outer satellite with the uncertain perturbations from the space. The highlight of MSMEFC is to introduce the concept of equivalent control error, which is the key utilization of MSMEFC. It is shown that the proposed MSMEFC can compensate any kinds of uncertain perturbations. Besides, in this paper, the relationship between the equivalent control error and uncertain perturbations is discussed. The robustness and steady-state error of MSMEFC are also analyzed to show its theoretical advantages compared with traditional SMC. Numerical simulations are employed to check the fidelity of the linearized equations. In addition, the efficacy of MSMEFC is verified by the utilization of Inner-Formation system with high control precision.
