With the rapid development of hardware and the improvement of control performance requirements, digital control is widely used in power electronics. And due to the mature analysis methods and convenient implantation, the traditional linear control strategies, such as PID control, are directly applied to the design of digital controllers in industrial application. However, as the control delay and the designing process approximation, most digital controllers do not achieve the desired performance indexes and its parameters need to be tested repeatedly when simply adopting traditional control strategies. In view of this above problems, taking the application in inverter systems as an example, the discrete state space model of the inverter is derived with the consideration of one beat control delay. In order to design the controller accurately, this paper proposes a double-loop control strategy in which proportional controller is used for current loop and PI plus state feedback controller is used for voltage loop. Particularly, the designing process of current loop and voltage loop is relatively independent, and the parameters of the voltage loop controller are precisely calculated according to the indexes of overshoot and bandwidth. The proposed control strategy and its parameters tuning method is verified on a platform of 30kVA 115V/400Hz inverter power.

Delay is a ubiquitous physical phenomenon in many military and industrial manufacturing processes applications. In real applications control systems with delay, two issues restrict the implementation of the discretized controller: the speed of calculating the controller input and the precision of reconstructing the controller input. The traditional way is to adopt the Newton-Cotes integral formula to estimate the integral formula term to obtain the controller input, which is based on fixed step length and, the reconstructing error is not small enough in several high precision required situations. In this paper, to overcome these two limitations, we proposed to use the Guass-Legendre quadrature formula with three nodes type to reconstruct the control law, and by using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory, we established conditions to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system and can obtain the design results in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The main contribution of this paper lies in twofold: firstly, a new way of implement the discretized controller consist of integrated terms is suggested, which is potential fast way due to we adopt the three nodes type reconstruction method;Secondly, high precision can be achieved accordingly due to the character of the Guass-Legendre quadrature formula. Simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Generative adversarial networks (GAN) has been mainly used in the generation of natural images such as MNIST, CIFAR10 as well as Imagenet datasets and achieves satisfying generation results. However, GAN always fails in generating high quality high-resolution remote sensing images because remote sensing images are large in size and have various ground objects. To address this issue, a novel framework called High-Resolution PatchGAN (HRPGAN) is introduced in this paper. The structure of HRPGAN follows PatchGAN, but the batch normalization layers are removed and the ReLU activation is replaced by the SELU activation. In addition, a new loss function consisting of the adversarial loss, perceptual reconstruction loss and regularization loss is used in HRPGAN. Experiment results show that the proposed HRPGAN model generates the more diverse and lifelike images in HR remote sensing generation than Bicubic method and TGAN model.

The cerebral blood flow（CBF） alterations related to sound-induced opening of the blood–brain barrier（BBB） in adult mice are studied using laser speckle contrast imaging（LSCI） and wavelet analysis of vascular *** results clearly show that the opening of the BBB is accompanied by the changes of venous but not microvessel circulation in the brain. The elevation of the BBB permeability is associated with the decrease of venous CBF and the increase of its complexity. These data suggest that the cerebral veins rather than microvessels are sensitive components of the CBF related to the opening BBB.

On energy-efficient NOMA designs for heterogeneous low-latency downlink transmissions

This paper investigates energy-efficient resource allocation for the two-user downlink with strict latency constraints at users. To cope with strict latency constraints, the capacity formula of the finite blocklength codes (FBCs) is adopted, in contrast to the classical Shannon capacity formula. The FBC formula explicitly specifies the trade-off between blocklength and reliability. We first consider the case where the transmitter uses super-position coding based non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA). However, due to heterogeneous latency constraints and channel conditions at users, the conventional successive interference cancellation may be infeasible. We thus propose to use different interference mitigation schemes according to heterogeneous user conditions and solve the corresponding NOMA design problems. Though the target energy function is non-convex and implicit, optimal user blocklength and power allocation can still be identified for the considered NOMA schemes and checking the problem feasibility is simple. It is observed that when the latency requirements are more heterogeneous, the NOMA scheme cannot achieve the best energy-efficiency of the downlink. In view of this, a hybrid transmission scheme which includes time division multiple access (TDMA) and NOMA as special cases is considered. Although the energy minimization is even challenging than the pure NOMA design problem, we propose a concave approximation of the FBC capacity formula which allows to obtain computationally efficient and high-quality solutions. This paper describes the planar schottky diode based subharmonic mixers currently being developed at the EHF key laboratory of Fundamental science of Universtity of Electronic science and technology of China. Hybrid and integrated GaAs Schottky diode based 330GHz and 420GHz subharmonic mixers are designed, fabricated and measured. Test results show that the minimum conversion loss of 330GHz monolithic integrated sub-harmonic mixer is 10.4dB at 328GHz, SSB conversion loss is less than 14.7dB from 320GHz to 340GHz when the LO power is 5mW;the minimum conversion loss of the 420GHz hybrid sub-harmonic mixer is 9.99dB at 406GHz, the SSB conversion loss is less than 15dB from 380GHz to 430GHz when the local power is 6dBm;the minimum conversion loss of the 420GHz heterogeneous integrated sub-harmonic mixer is 10dB at 419GHz and 422GHz, SSB conversion loss is less than 14.7dB over 400GHz to 440GHz frequency range when the LO power is 5.2dBm at 210GHz.

A key issue in heavy fermion research is how subtle changes in the hybridization between the 4f (5f) and conduction electrons can result in fundamentally different ground states. CeRhIn5 stands out as a particularly notable example: when replacing Rh with either Co or Ir, antiferromagnetism gives way to superconductivity. In this photoemission study of CeRhIn5, we demonstrate that the use of resonant angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy with polarized light allows us to extract detailed information on the 4f crystal field states and details on the 4f and conduction electron hybridization, which together determine the ground state. We directly observe weakly dispersive Kondo resonances of f electrons and identify two of the three Ce 4f5/21 crystal-electric-field levels and band-dependent hybridization, which signals that the hybridization occurs primarily between the Ce 4f states in the CeIn3 layer and two more three-dimensional bands composed of the Rh 4d and In 5p orbitals in the RhIn2 layer. Our results allow us to connect the properties observed at elevated temperatures with the unusual low-temperature properties of this enigmatic heavy fermion compound.
