With the rapid and continuous development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) and communication technology, UAV cluster have become a preferred solution for long-distance mission execution. Additionally, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) are no longer confined to individual or single-task combat operations. Instead, UAVs are coordinated to form an Ad Hoc network to accomplish multiple mission objectives. As the number of missions and electronic communication devices increases, the complexity of spectrum resource allocation becomes more and more complex. In order to address the spectrum allocation challenges faced by multiple onboard systems within the UAV Ad Hoc network during mobility flights, this paper proposes an implicit spectrum resource allocation algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning, where the ground station and UAVs are viewed as intelligent agents in the deep reinforcement learning, addressing communication issues among different onboard systems. By leveraging the past experience through Q-learning and utilizing deep learning to train the spectrum allocation strategies, the proposed algorithm aims to achieve a better system performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed spectrum resource allocation algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning can reasonably allocate spectrum resources according to various onboard systems and communication environment with benefits on system data rate. © 2024 IEEE.

Empirical wavelet transform (EWT) is a recently proposed algorithm for single-channel signal separation, which has been widely applied in the field of fault diagnosis. With the development of sensors, multi-sensors are increasingly applied in equipment condition monitoring, and multi-channel signals can more comprehensively characterize the fault signals of bearings. Aiming at the problem that EWT cannot deal with multi-channel signals, the multivariate empirical wavelet transform (MEWT) method is proposed in this paper. Through analyzing the simulated fault signals for bearing, the effectiveness of the proposed MEWT method is verified, and the fault types of the bearings can be accurately diagnosed. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

The deployment of various emerging wireless services has necessitated that sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks integrate sensing, computing and communication within the same radio spectrum. However, it is challenging to improve the performance of the integrated sensing, communication, and computation (ISCC) systems in complex propagation environment. In this paper, we investigate the beamforming design problem in reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS)-aided ISCC systems, where an RIS can provide additional spatial degree of freedom. To this end, we first formulate a joint beamforming problem for RIS-aided ISCC, aiming to concurrently improve the performance for multiple target sensing, multi-dimensional computation, and multi-stream communication. Then we present joint optimization of various performances (JOVP) algorithm that minimizes the sum mean square error (MSE) of various demands under power constraints. Next, we analyze the impact of key system parameters on the overall performance of ISCC, providing valuable guidelines for system design. Finally, simulation shows that the sensing error of JOVP algorithm is reduced by at least 46.7% compared with the existing popular algorithms, while the computation rate and communication rate are increased by more than 49.1% and 22.2%, respectively. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at velocity/height tracking control and attitude stabilization for the longitudinal flight of cruise vehicle, the research of intelligent flight control method is carried out by combining the backstepping control theory and the deep reinforcement learning method. Firstly, the longitudinal flight control system of the vehicle is decomposed into velocity and height subsystems, and the control law is designed based on backstepping control theory. Then, aiming at the problems that the selection of the multiple control gains will directly affect the control performance of the closed-loop system and the adjustment process of control gains is cumbersome, the twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm (TD3) will be adopted to train the cruise vehicle, so that it can determine the control gains online according to the current flight states. The numerical simulation results show that, the proposed intelligent flight control method can guarantee the high-precision tracking with respect to height and velocity commands, and also realize the attitude stability of cruise vehicle. © 2023 IEEE.

Transparent conductive films (TCFs) are widely used as electrodes in flexible optoelectronic devices, which have very strong potential applications in a lot of fields. Currently, one of the most intensively studied subject in this community is developing transparent organic buffer layer with both low thermal expansion coefficient and strong interfacial bonding energy with TCFs, so as to enhance their resistibility against thermal expansion during device working. This is particularly important for the ceramic type TCFs, such as indium tin oxide (ITO), because their thermal expansion coefficients are almost two orders of magnitude lower than that of flexible organic substrates. In this work, we have successfully developed a new highly transparent SiO2-PMMA buffer layer with glass transition temperature of 119.6 ℃. Thermal shock tests reveal that a 100 nm thick ITO film grown on this SiO2-PMMA buffer layer can tolerate 10 cycles of temperature shock between -55 ℃ and 120 ℃. In addition, the interfacial adhesion between organic substrate and ITO film after thermal shock was greatly enhanced as well by introducing SiO2-PMMA buffer layer. Our work presents the possible for ITO films to achieve the good thermal shock resistance and robust adhesion to organic substrates simultaneously, and is expected to be widely used in flexible optoelectronic devices. © 2024 SPIE.

Sequential recommendation systems dynamically predict the users’ next behaviors from chronological historical records to provide more accurate recommendations. However, in many real-world scenarios, recommenders find it difficult to make recommendations for cold-start users who have limited interactions with items. To address this issue, existing methods utilize auxiliary information to capture user preferences, which have achieved performance improvement to some extent. But with the gradual awareness of personal privacy, external information becomes difficult to obtain. Therefore, we develop a novel model called Path-based sequential Recommender for cold-start users (PathRec). PathRec exploits the rich sequential dependencies within the interactive paths to give reasonable recommendations for cold-start users without additional external information. Specifically, (i) PathRec constructs the global graph to learn the representations of the items. (ii) Then, PathRec elaborately selects the sampled paths to derive the underlying dependencies of the cold-start sequence. (iii) Finally, PathRec provides rich and complementary information to user-item interactions by strongly coupling the paths to give suitable recommendations. Extensive experiments on three datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of PathRec. In particular, our model can adapt to the cold-start users and has potential interpretability for recommendations. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Augmented reality (AR) has increasingly been used in varying activities by superimposing visual instructions on the workbench directly. Nevertheless, most current AR deployment is mainly first-person perspective, and it is difficult for colleagues to observe the other's operating intent directly when involving co-located users in complex environments, such as collaborative AR assembly. To this end, this paper tries to propose a co-located alignment-enabled mobile collaborative AR system. Instead of the commercial AR glass, we first establish a self- contained visual-inertial odometry system for mobile hand- held devices, and it can realize markerless pose estimation for mobile objects and enable the foundation for easy-to-deploy applications. Then, a collaborative alignment framework from multi co-located AR clients is proposed, and thus the unified global coordinate system is available for a shared immersive AR workplace on the shop floor. Finally, extensive experiments are carried out on the motion tracking and collaborative AR experience, and experimental results illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed system. © 2023 IEEE.

Thermo-electrochemical cells(TECs)provide a new potential for self-powered devices by converting heat energy into ***,challenges still remain in the fabrication of flexible and tough gel electrolytes and their compat-ibility with redox actives;otherwise,contact problems exist between electrolytes and electrodes during stretching or ***,a novel robust and neutral hydrogel with outstanding stretchability was developed via double-network of crosslinked carboxymethyl chitosan and polyacrylamide,which accommodated both n-type(Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+))and p-type([Fe(CN)_(6)]^(3-)/[Fe(CN)_(6)]^(4-))redox couples and maintained stretchability(>300%)and recoverability(95%compression).Moreover,poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)textile elec-trodes with porous structure are integrated into gel electrolytes that avoid contact issues and effectively boost the P_(max) of n-and p-type thermocell by 76%and 26%,*** optimized thermocell exhibits a quick current density response and is continually fully operational under deformations,which satisfies the working conditions of wearable *** thermocells(four pairs)are effectively connected in alternating single n-and p-type cells in series and out-putted nearly 74.3 mV atΔT=10℃.The wearable device is manufactured into a soft-pack thermocells to successfully harvest human body heat and illuminate an LED,demonstrating the potential of the actual application of the thermocell devices.
