Vector nozzle is an adjustable tail nozzle in aircraft engines. Due to the complex structure and coupling effect of each actuator, the traditional collaborative control methods can hardly achieve the required time synchronization. In this paper, an improved variable deviation collaborative control method is proposed to address such issues, which promotes the synchronization performance of nozzle actuators through an improved deviation coupler. At the same time, an adaptive disturbance rejection controller is used to enhance the robustness of the system. The experimental results show that the error of synchronization time of each actuator in the vector nozzle is less than 5%, and the steady-state error of displacement is less than 1%, which meets the requirement of practical engineering.

A novel microwave photonic channelization scheme for a broadband radio frequency (RF) signal based on an electro-optic ring modulator is proposed and demonstrated. Due to the modulation and filtering functions of the ring resonator, the proposed microwave photonic channelizer can simplify the general traveling-wave modulator and optical filter into a single ring. In the proposed scheme, the input RF signal is multicast by an optical frequency comb (OFC), spectrally sliced by the ring resonator, and then channelized by an optical wavelength-division multiplexer (WDM). An 8-channel channelizer centered at 21~28 GHz with a 1 GHz step is achieved by numerical simulation and experiment. © 2023 IEEE.

Twisted bilayer graphene(TBG) has been extensively studied because of its novel physical properties and potential application in electronic *** we report the synthesis and characterization of 300 TBG naturally grown on Cu_(0.75)Ni_(0.25)(111) film and investigate the electronic structure by angle-resolved photoemission *** with other substrates,our TBG with a wafer scale is acquired with a shorter growth *** Fermi velocity and energy gap of Dirac cones of TBG are comparable with those of a monolayer on Cu_(0.85)Ni_(0.15)(111).The signature of moré lattices has not been observed in either the low-energy electron diffraction patterns or the Fermi surface map within experimental resolution,possibly due to different Cu and Ni contents in the substrates enhancing the different couplings between the substrate and the first/second layers and hindering the formation of a quasiperiodic structure.

世界卫生组织认定无机砷为危害全球公众健康的十大化学物质之一.学术界普遍认为地下水中无机砷源自地层,非人为污染所致,从基岩或经风化搬运形成的松散沉积物含水层中释放进入地下水,但鲜见岩石圈砷异常的报道.本研究对银川平原高砷地下水系统中沉积物的物源和砷源开展了定量溯源,构建了基于粒度、无机化学参数(Fe/Al和Si/Al比)及有机碳-13和碳-14的无机物源、有机物源及砷源端元模型,发现沉积物中存在贺兰山和黄河等岩石圈源之外的“过量砷”;结合环青藏高原多个高砷地下水区文献数据分析,发现可通过As/Fe摩尔比大于0.0003识别沉积物砷异常.鉴于砷在地表-地下水交互界面的氧化次生富集,提出该异常源自水圈,可循环进入地下水“再生”.这可解释全球高砷地下水冲洪积平原上游地区无显著岩石圈砷异常之谜.

Using a large number of power amplifiers brings serious nonlinear distortion to 5G communication systems, which becomes a challenging problem for conventional digital predistortion (DPD) to linearize signals. To address this challenge, we propose a digitally assisted nonlinearity suppression architecture for applications in multiple antenna arrays. In this architecture, we use an auxiliary array to generate a nonlinear cancelation signal to cancel with the main beam at the receiving end. We explore a two-step method to model the nonlinear signal and combine neural network to complete the modeling. In addition, we introduce a novel method for estimating and tracking the channel to update the model coefficients. To verify the proposed methods, we design a scene and compare the performance of our architecture with that of conventional DPD. Our experiments demonstrate that our proposed methods can significantly enhance the adjacent channel power leakage ratio performance by 12 dB while also optimizing in-band distortion. Moreover, our architecture outperforms conventional DPD approaches even with enhanced distortion. © 2023 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

The event-triggered sliding-mode control (SMC) for discrete-time networked Markov jumping systems (MJSs) with channel fading is investigated by means of a genetic algorithm. In order to reduce resource consumption in the transmission process, an event-triggered protocol is adopted for networked MJSs. A key feature is that the signal transmission is inevitably affected by fading phenomenon due to delay, random noise, and amplitude attenuation in a networked environment. With the aid of a common sliding surface, an event-triggered SMC law is designed by adjusting the system network mode. Under the framework of stochastic Lyapunov stability, sufficient conditions are constructed to ensure the mean-square stability of the closed-loop networked MJSs, and the sliding region is reached around the specified sliding surface. Moreover, based on the iteration optimizing accessibility of objective function, an effective SMC approach under genetic algorithm is proposed to minimize the convergence region around the sliding surface. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by the F-404 aircraft model. © 2013 IEEE.

Driven by new military requirements and technological innovation, modern warfare is developing towards system-of-systems combat based on distributed operations. Correspondingly, the traditional kill chains are extending to kill webs or effects webs. During this process, unmanned aircraft systems play a more and more important role, especially those networked, small, low-cost ones, and are collaborated and integrated as goal-driven systems in the new distributed combat style. In this paper, we firstly introduce the shift from kill chain to kill web, which has put forward new requirements for the applications of UAS. Then, typical UAS distributed dynamic cooperative combat styles are discussed. Under this background, several key issues of cooperative control and management for UAS that need to be addressed by future research activities are analyzed and summarized, related with cooperation architecture, communication, navigation, decision-making, planning, guidance, and control. Novel electromagnetic (EM) materials with adjustable EM properties are anticipated to fulfill the requirements of electronic communication, national defense, and aerospace fields. In this study, functional Ti3C2Tx@Ni composite powders with adjustable Ni content were successfully prepared using a facile electroless plating strategy. The EM parameters can be regulated by controlling the Ni content in Ti3C2Tx@Ni composite powders. As the Ni content increases, the values of real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity of the Ti3C2Tx@yNi/wax (y = 10 ∼ 80) in the 2-18 GHz show a trend of initially decreasing and then increasing. The real and imaginary parts of the complex permeability of Ti3C2Tx@yNi/wax range from 0.95 to 1.03 and -0.10 to 0.07, respectively. After introducing magnetic Ni, Ti3C2Tx exhibits dielectric and magnetic losses on EM waves, with dielectric losses having a greater dissipation on the EM waves. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The Pomacea canaliculata, also known as apple snail, is an invasive species in China, posing a serious threat to agricultural production and public health. To prevent its rampant infestation, we developed a highly efficient snail-killing lead compound, 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(pyridin-3-yl)urea (PBQ). However, the killing mechanism of PBQ remains unclear. To elucidate this, two novel compounds, B-PBQ and J-PBQ, were developed through structural modification of PBQ and were used, through both protein pull-down assay and confocal laser scanning microscopy imaging, to identify and confirm that phosphofructokinase(PFK) in the apple snail is the primary target protein of PBQ. Further studies revealed that PBQ successfully inhibits the activity,content, and expression of PFK in apple snail, disrupting the glycolysis pathway and leading to abnormal energy *** disruptions impair the snail’s tolerance to low oxygen, resulting in its efficient eradication. These findings offer a promising direction for developing next-generation PFK-targeted snail-killing pesticides. Furthermore, the strategy of combining pull-down assays with optical imaging used in this work provides a novel approach for the exploration of mechanisms of other pesticide candidates.
