Gemmini is an open-source, full-stack DNN accelerator generator. For an DNN algorithm running on Gemmini, traditional optimizations focus on changing Gemmini's hardware configuration (e.g., changing the size of internal storage and the size of the systolic array). This work proposes an an optimization-test iteration route combining Spike simulation and FPGA simulation under the constraints of unacceptable running speed of verilator simulator and limited FPGA resources. According to this route, this work starts from two aspects of hardware optimization and algorithm optimization. The internal storage size and calculation scale of Gemmini are changed in hardware, and the convolutional layer of Resnet50 neural network algorithm is optimized in algorithm. The experimental results show that for Resnet50 DNN algorithm, Gemmini with basic configuration provides 2000x speedup compared with running on CPU. On the platform of Gemmini accelerator, the optimization of hardware configuration provides 1.59x speedup for Resnet50. On the basis of the hardware optimization, the algorithm optimization provides 1.012x speedup. © 2024 SPIE.

The food additive titanium dioxide is commonly utilized to enhance the appearance and flavor of food ***,this substance has been linked to gastrointestinal *** aim of this study was to investigate the impact of dietary exposure of titanium dioxide E171 on Listeria monocytogenes infection in *** were mainly divided into the control,LM group(*** infection),and E171+LM groups(E171 supplementation before *** infection).Pre-exposure to E171 resulted in increased bacterial counts in the liver,spleen,ileum,colon,mesenteric lymph nodes,and feces of mice after *** ***,E171 exposure increased the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines while attenuating the levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines in mice infected with ***,mice in the E171+LM group exhibited considerably more severe colonic inflammation and worse intestinal barrier function than mice in the LM *** 16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed a shift in the composition of the gut microbiota of mice in the E171+LM group,characterized by a decrease in the relative abundance of Firmicutes and a decrease in the Firmicutes-to-Bacteroidetes *** levels of acetate,butyrate,and isobutyrate were markedly decreased within the cecum of mice in the E171+LM group in comparison to mice in the LM *** conclusion,these results suggest that E171 exposure could exacerbate *** infection in mice,which may provide useful information for future risk assessment of this commonly used food additive.

In recent years, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have been used in many fields by virtue of their flexible design, low cost and zero casualties. With the deepening application of UAVs, the tasks they undertake are gradually becoming more complex and can no longer be accomplished by a single UAV alone, so multiple UAVs are needed to collaborate in order to perform the tasks. In this paper, a UAV ground control station software system is designed for the characteristics of multiple UAVs to perform tasks. The system is designed with the key requirement of reducing the operator’s workload in mind, while taking into account the differences in control and surveillance between multiple UAVs and a single UAV. After defining the functional requirements of the ground control station, the development and implementation of the ground station software is carried out, and finally, an application example of the ground station software is presented. In this paper, the problem of cubature Kalman fusion filtering(CKFF) is addressed for multi-sensor systems under amplify-and-forward(AaF) relays. For the purpose of facilitating data transmission, AaF relays are utilized to regulate signal communication between sensors and filters. Here, the randomly varying channel parameters are represented by a set of stochastic variables whose occurring probabilities are permitted to exhibit bounded uncertainty. Employing the spherical-radial cubature principle, a local filter under AaF relays is initially constructed. This construction ensures and minimizes an upper bound of the filtering error covariance by designing an appropriate filter gain. Subsequently, the local filters are fused through the application of the covariance intersection fusion rule. Furthermore, the uniform boundedness of the filtering error covariance's upper bound is investigated through establishing certain sufficient conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed CKFF scheme is ultimately validated via a simulation experiment concentrating on a three-phase induction machine.

Both bulk stress(σ_(i i))and stress path(SP)significantly affect the transportation characteristics of deep gas during reservoir pressure ***,the experimental study of horizontal stress unloading on seepage behavior of gas-bearing coal under constantσi i-constraints is *** results show that coal permeability is affected by horizontal stress anisotropy(σ_(H)≠σh),and the contribution of minor horizontal stress to permeability is related to the differential response of horizontal *** slippage phenomenon is prominent in deep high-stress regime,especially in low reservoir pressure.σ_(i i)and SP jointly determine the manifestation of slippage effect and the strength of stress sensitivity(γ)of *** reservoir implies an incremental percentage of slip-based permeability,and SP weakens the slippage effect by changing the elastic–plastic state of ***,γis negatively correlated with slippage *** the Walsh model,narrow(low aspect-ratio)fractures within the coal under unloading SP became the main channel for gas seepage,and bring the effective stress coefficient of permeability(χ)less than 1 for both low-stress elastic and high-stress damaged *** the raise of the effective stress,the effect of pore-lined clay particles on permeability was enhanced,inducing an increase inχfor highstress elastic coal.

A Multi-UCAV cooperative occupation method based on weapon engagement zones for beyond-visual-range air combat

Recent advances in on-board radar and missile capabilities,combined with individual payload limitations,have led to increased interest in the use of unmanned combat aerial vehicles(UCAVs)for cooperative occupation during beyond-visual-range(BVR)air ***,prior research on occupational decision-making in BVR air combat has mostly been limited to one-on-one *** such,this study presents a practical cooperative occupation decision-making methodology for use with multiple *** weapon engagement zone(WEZ)and combat geometry were first used to develop an advantage function for situational assessment of one-on-one *** encircling advantage function was then designed to represent the cooperation of UCAVs,thereby establishing a cooperative occupation *** corresponding objective function was derived from the one-on-one engagement advantage function and the encircling advantage *** resulting model exhibited similarities to a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)*** such,an improved discrete particle swarm optimization(DPSO)algorithm was used to identify a *** occupation process was then converted into a formation switching task as part of the cooperative occupation model.A series of simulations were conducted to verify occupational solutions in varying situations,including two-on-two *** results showed these solutions varied with initial conditions and weighting *** occupation process,based on formation switching,effectively demonstrates the viability of the proposed *** cooperative occupation results could provide a theoretical framework for subsequent research in cooperative BVR air combat.
