In the field of electromagnetic radiation source location, using UAVs to locate the radiation source target has become a new location method. At present, the UAV swarm cooperative optimization method for high-precision location has some challenges, such as insufficient ability of multi-objective high-precision location, poor timeliness and so on. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a cooperative optimization method of UAV swarm for multi-objective location. Firstly, the multi-objective joint location accuracy is derived, which is taken as the objective function of swarm cooperative optimization. Secondly, in order to allocate multiple UAVs to multiple targets efficiently, the initialization strategy based on target isolation and the random allocation method of UAV based on probability are proposed. Finally, by combining the above improved strategies, an optimization method of UAV swarm cooperative location is proposed. Through the analysis of experimental results, the cooperative optimization method in this paper has obvious advantages in global optimization and convergence ability, which can improve the joint location accuracy and optimization speed. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In this paper, an algorithm based on quality of service (QoS) framework is proposed to address the multitask scheduling problem in complex collaborative multi-radar scenarios. The task scheduling problem is described as an NP-hard mixed integer optimization problem in terms of task quality and task efficiency. To efficiently tackle the characteristic of the optimization problem, we proposed a two-step decoupling algorithm based on convex relaxation focusing on optimizing overall performance. Then, two comparison algorithms are proposed in this paper to benchmark against the proposed task scheduling algorithm. By contrasting these algorithms with the proposed approach, the study assesses the effectiveness and superiority of the new method in optimizing task utility and addressing the challenges of multi-task scheduling in multi-radar cooperative surveillance scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

In the field of natural language processing, Knowledge Base Question Answering (KBQA) is a challenging task that involves accurately retrieving answers from structured knowledge. Existing methods often face issues when generating query statements using LLMs, as the knowledge introduced may be imprecise and the models themselves may exhibit hallucination problems, leading to low accuracy, particularly when dealing with complex questions. To address these challenges, we introduce a novel semantic parsing approach called RGR-KBQA, which adopts a Retrieve-Generate-Retrieve framework. The first retrieval step introduces factual knowledge from a knowledge graph to enhance the semantic understanding capabilities of LLMs, thereby improving generation accuracy of logical form. The second step uses a fine-tuned model to generate the logical form, and the final step involves unsupervised relation and entity retrieval to further enhance generation accuracy. These two retrieval steps help alleviate the hallucination problems inherent in LLMs. Experimental results show that RGR-KBQA demonstrate promising performance on CWQ and WebQSP datasets. © 2025 Association for Computational Linguistics.

We analyze the properties of a focused Laguerre–Gaussian(LG)beam propagating through anisotropic ocean turbulence based on the Huygens–Fresnel *** the Rytov approximation theory,we derive the analytical formula of the channel capacity of the focused LG beam in the anisotropic ocean turbulence,and analyze the relationship between the capacity and the light source parameters as well as the turbulent ocean *** is found that the focusing mirror can greatly enhance the channel capacity of the system at the geometric focal plane in oceanic *** results also demonstrate that the communication link can obtain high channel capacity by adopting longer beam wavelength,greater initial beam waist radius,and larger number of transmission ***,the capacity of the system increases with the decrease of the mean squared temperature dissipation rate,temperature-salinity contribution ratio and turbulence outer scale factor,and with the increase of the kinetic energy dissipation rate per unit mass of fluid,turbulence inner scale factor and anisotropy *** to a Hankel–Bessel beam with diffraction-free characteristics and unfocused LG beam,the focused LG beam shows superior anti-turbulence interference properties,which provide a theoretical reference for research and development of underwater optical communication links using focused LG beams.

A time-frequency diagram is a commonly used visualization for observing the time-frequency distribution of radio signals and analyzing their time-varying patterns of communication states in radio monitoring and management. While it excels when performing short-term signal analyses, it becomes inadaptable for long-term signal analyses because it cannot adequately depict signal time-varying patterns in a large time span on a space-limited screen. This research thus presents an abstract signal time-frequency (ASTF) diagram to address this problem. In the diagram design, a visual abstraction method is proposed to visually encode signal communication state changes in time slices. A time segmentation algorithm is proposed to divide a large time span into time slices. Three new quantified metrics and a loss function are defined to ensure the preservation of important time-varying information in the time segmentation. An algorithm performance experiment and a user study are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the diagram for long-term signal analyses. © 2022 IEEE.

The sparse adversarial attack has attracted increasing attention due to the merit of a low attack cost via changing a small number of pixels. However, the generated adversarial examples are easily detected in vision since the perturbation to each pixel is relatively large. To achieve imperceptible and sparse adversarial attacks, this article formulates a bi-objective constrained optimization problem, simultaneously minimizing the 0 and 2 distances to the original image, and proposes a dual-population-based constrained evolutionary algorithm to solve it. The proposed method solves the optimization problem by evolving two populations, where one population is responsible for finding feasible solutions (i.e., successful attacks) and the other one is to minimize both the 0 and 2 distances. Moreover, a population initialization strategy and two genetic operators are customized to accelerate the convergence speed. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can achieve high success rates with low attack costs, and strikes a better balance between the 0 and 2 distances than state-of-the-art methods. © 2020 IEEE.

Dynamic graph neural networks are a research hotspot in the field of deep learning, especially in social networks, recommendation systems, traffic networks and other fields with very wide applications. At present, most of the commonly used deep learning based network analysis methods are focused on discrete dynamic graph neural networks. However, the effectiveness of discrete graph neural network methods is based on the degree of good or bad snapshot segmentation of dynamic networks, so this paper proposes a snapshot clustering segmentation method (SCSM) for dynamic networks, and researchers can effectively segment the snapshots of dynamic networks by the SCSM method in this paper to make the downstream tasks can get good results. © 2023 SPIE.

Formation target track sorting is an important problem in multi-target track processing. Unlike the processing of periodic scans and point tracks of active radar, passive positioning data has the problems of irregular positioning period and difficulty in distinguishing multiple targets by target signal attributes. In this paper, we propose a track initiation algorithm for passive positioning system based on density clustering and Hough transform for the characteristics of passive positioning system. The algorithm first uses the density clustering algorithm to identify the cluster centers of targets with large measurement errors, and then uses the Hough transform method to initiate a track. © 2023 SPIE.

Due to its superior performance and fewer parameters, CAM++ has become the state-of-the-art model for speaker verification tasks. This model uses 2D convolutional blocks to extract front-end features, which are then fed into a densely connected time-delay neural network backbone to extract deep features. However, the simple stacking of 2D convolutions may lead to the generation of a significant amount of redundant features, which is detrimental to efficient feature extraction. Furthermore, although CAM++ already has a relatively small number of parameters, there is still room for further optimization. To address these issues, this paper first employs depthwise separable convolutions to replace the dilated convolutions in the backend network of CAM++, making the model more lightweight. Next, we introduce spatial and channel reconstruction convolution (SCConv) in the ResBlock module of CAM++ to reduce redundant features and optimize the feature extraction process. Finally, after SCConv, we apply squeeze and excitation attention mechanism to model the interdependencies between channels and recalibrate each channel, further enhancing the model’s representational capacity. We name the resulting model LE-CAM++. Our proposed model achieves an EER of 0.686 and a minDCF of 0.084 on the VoxCeleb1-O dataset. Compared to the baseline model CAM++, the EER is reduced by 11%, and the minDCF is reduced by 28%. Additionally, the model parameters are reduced by 8%. ©2024 IEEE.

Receiver plays a vital role in various electronic countermeasure systems and has always been a hot topic to research. Based on the traditional receiver digital channelization structure, this paper further researches and derives the high-efficiency digital channelization structure based on polyphase discrete Fourier transform corresponding to various application scenarios. Then we design a 256-sub-channel digital channelization system and implement it on a 64-channel parallel digital down converter to verify the structure. The system design relies on system on chip as the platform, and we verify the feasibility of it on field programmable gate array. © 2022 IEEE.
