It is not clear how coherent ordered nanoparticles affect characteristics of FCCHCP martensitic transformation in disordered alloys. In this paper, the precipitations of coherent ordered nanoparticles and their effects on the FCCHCP martensitic transformation were systematically investigated in a solution-treated Co24Ni6Si shape memory alloy. The results showed that both the coherent ordered L12 structured and L11 structured nanoparticles could precipitate even in the solution-treated Co24Ni6Si alloy followed by water quenching. The L12 structured nanoparticles strongly hindered the occurrence of stress-induced HCP martensitic transformation and its reverse transformation, but their hindrance dramatically reduced with the decrease of size when below 1.5 nm. The coherent ordered nanoparticles did not convert the nonthermoelastic FCCHCP martensitic transformation to the thermoelastic ones owing to absence of group-subgroup relation between the parent phase and martensite. A maximal recovery strain of 6.7% was obtained after only aging at 1073 K for 1 min. This value was 1~2% higher than the reported maximal ones in conventional FeMnSi-based alloys subjected to complicated thermomechanical treatments. The enhanced reversibility of HCP martensitic transformation could account for this larger recovery strain by the ultrafine coherent ordered L12 structured nanoparticles. © 2023, The Authors. Flexible sensors are renowned for their rapid responsiveness, high flexibility, and outstanding mechanical properties, making them ideal for applications in wearable devices, sports and health monitoring, and human-machine interfaces. To enhance the sensing performance of these flexible sensors, researchers have drawn inspiration from nature, creating various bionic microstructures. However, these structures often manifest in the macroscopic form of thin films, which do little to improve impact resistance and joint protection. In response, this work achieves a highly sensitive and impact-resistant pressure sensor by integrating bionic principles at both micro and macro levels. Specifically, at the micro level, a muscle-like hydrogel system consisting of MXene nanosheets incorporated into the double network of polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate matrix is selected. At the macro level, the bionic prototypes of mimosa leaves and durian spikes with good energy absorption structure, together with octopus’ sucker with good adsorption capacity are selected, and the synergistic construction of the three structures is realized through 3D printing methods. The obtained sensor has an appropriate response range, sensitivity and stability. More importantly, the displacement deformation of the hydrogel can be reduced by 91.22%, while its adhesion strength can be increased by 57.5% compared to the unstructured hydrogel. As a proof-of-concept, the proposed bionic flexible sensor can be used to monitor the motion status of the human ankle joint in real-time, thereby assisting users in making real-time judgments on gait health. © 2024, The Authors. Underwater object detection and recognition are still challenging because of the degradation caused by the complex underwater imaging environment and lighting conditions. Aiming at the problems of the simultaneous enhancement and super-resolution (SESR), a method with single image super-resolution and enhancement of underwater imagery is proposed. Firstly, an underwater image super-resolution algorithm is proposed to remove blurring, and then an end-to-end underwater image enhancement network is used to compensate for color casts and produce natural color enhancement images. In addition, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed model through qualitative analysis and quantitative experiments and compare the performance with several state-of-the-art models, which show that the proposed method performs better. © 2021 IEEE.

Metamorphic testing is one of the effective methods to alleviate the test oracle problem. Metamorphic relation is the core of metamorphic testing, and there is no effective automatic identification technology. This paper transforms the metamorphic relation recognition issue into a symbolic expression regression problem. The test input pairs are generated using the preset input pattern, and the output pattern is mined by gene expression programming. After reduction and verification, a valid metamorphic relation is obtained. Experiments show that this method can identify the relation obtained by static analysis and a more significant number. At the same time, compared with existing technologies, it has apparent advantages in effectiveness, reliability, and performance. © 2022 IEEE.

Inspection robots are widely used in transformer substation for inspection tasks. In order to complete the task, the robots need to understand and recognize road scenes. However, the transformer substation contains lots of similar and small equipment, which are difficult to recognize. To address this problem, we propose a semantic segmentation model to recognize road scenes. Specifically, our proposed model discriminates the equipment by leveraging multi-view method. We use attention mechanism to strengthen the relationship between pixels that belong to an individual category. Compared with previous methods, our approach achieves a good performance in a new dataset from a transformer substation and shows robustness in recognizing equipment of transformer substation. © 2021 IEEE.

In this work, we focus on fast-slow delayed dynamical systems, which are usually described by coupled delayed differential equations with two-time scales. The purpose of this article is to propose a data-driven discovery method to identify the fast-slow delayed differential equations from noisy measurements. The proposed method blends delay dictionary-based sparse identification of nonlinear dynamics (SINDy) framework and a fixed interval sampling strategy. Specifically, we leverage the SINDy methodology to describe the fast-slow delayed differential equations by a few active terms of a large dictionary containing the delay terms and many candidate nonlinear basis functions. To identify the active terms and the corresponding coefficients, a sequential thresholded re-weighted 2 least squares algorithm is used to solve the resulting sparse regression problem to enhance the sparsity. Once a sparse model with fixed delay is selected, the proposed method further estimates the delayed time by calculating the reconstruction error from the sparse model until the one that makes the reconstruction error minimum. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed method with several classical fast-slow coupling delayed systems. The experimental results show that the proposed method can well automate the fast-slow delayed differential equations from noisy data and the delayed terms also can be detected accurately. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of sensor layout in an emergency flotation system, a sensor layout scheme design method based on the NSGAII method is proposed. The ALE method is used to simulate the water landing process of the helicopter on different pitch angles. The logic relationship of the 4/5 voting system is used to improve the sensor module reliability. Further, a mathematical model of layout scheme is established to maximize the detection coverage and minimize the force acting on the water immersion sensors when helicopter emergent water landing as the objective functions. Based on the mathematical model of water immersion sensor layout optimization constructed in this paper, NSGAII is used to solve this problem. The results show that the proposed method can realize the optimization of the layout of the water immersion sensor, the detection coverage of optimized schemes is increased by 3.26% on average compared with the value under the original scheme, and the force acting on the water immersion sensors is reduced by 61.86%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Due to the turbulent external business environment, the complexity of internal relations of the organization and the emergence of subversive IT roles, the business-IT alignment(BITA)has become increasingly difficult. The unsuccessful realization of BITA will lead to the waste of organizational resources, the reduction of return on investment and eventually the loss of competitive advantage. In recent years, coevolution has received widespread attention due to its ability to describe the dynamic relationship between IT and business. Multiple principles such as quickening learning action loops and adopt suitable organizing principles for achieving business and IT coevolution(BITC) are obtained. However, the continuous BITC is still hard to be achieved because of the lack of complete BITC management. This paper focuses on the management process of the BITC and how to perform it gradually. A coevolution framework combines the enterprise architecture(EA) approach with the coevolution analysis is proposed, which contains the design of EA, the sensing and governance of the misalignment and the procedure of the EA misalignment *** steps for the governance and prevention of misalignment are discussed in particular. Through comparison with the principles,characteristics and methods of coevolution in the literature, the proposed framework is evaluated. The results show that the proposed framework is effective for BITC implementation.

In the process of exploration and development of oil and gas fields, the acidic environment of oil reservoir, production and transport processes cause corrosion of pipelines and equipment, resulting in huge economic losses and production safety risks. Corrosion inhibitors were widely used in oil industry because of simple operation process and economical. In this study, three environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors were synthesized based on the natural polysaccharide chitosan. Corrosion inhibition of three dendritic chitosan derivatives (We name them BH, CH and DH) on mild steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution with natural ventilation system was evaluated by weight loss experiment, electrochemical analysis and surface morphology characterization. The experimental results showed that when the three dendritic chitosan derivatives added in the corrosive medium were 500 mg L^(−1), the corrosion inhibition efficiencies were all more than 80%. Based on quantum chemical calculation, inhibition mechanisms of three dendritic chitosan derivatives were investigated according to molecular structures. The results showed that the benzene ring, Schiff base and N atom contained in the molecule were the active centers of electron exchange, which were more likely to form a film on the carbon steel surface, thereby slowing or inhibiting corrosion. The results also predicted the corrosion inhibition effect BH > DH > CH, which was consistent with the experimental conclusion.

In this paper, the fatigue propagation mechanism of motor stator insulation damage under variable frequency drive is studied by combining theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation. Based on the magneto-thermo-solid coupling and fatigue damage theory, the stress-strain state, crack damage degree and propagation rate of motor stator insulation are analyzed. The crack damage propagation at different positions of the end winding outlet, middle and nose end is simulated and calculated by three-dimensional finite element method. It is found that the stress, strain and stress intensity factor of the end winding insulation at the outlet position change violently, which reflects that the crack damage is easier to expand and the propagation rate is greater. The results of this paper can provide reference for the evolution law, fault diagnosis and optimization design of insulation damage of variable frequency drive motor under complex working conditions.
